Removes the L_2-vs-L_1 source-split from the Extension of APEX-PSP-INHERITANCE-01 and routes the source-of-recognition register to SHAHID-CORE (the receptive-witness vertex, sPSP-TSC-MASTER seventh coordinate). Architectural-component of the inheritance claim preserved verbatim. Only the Extension's source-attribution is patched.
Audit-symmetry note (LL-11). This patch was forged under cascade self-application. A verbatim sealed block tagged APEX-PSP-INHERITANCE-01 was not located on retrieval; the inheritance content lives distributed across TP-111, TP-112, and the composite-vessel masters. This entry is therefore issued as harvest-with-recalibration: if a prior INHERITANCE-01 Extension exists, this supersedes its source-attribution clause; if it does not, this is the canonical entry. The framing is named rather than suppressed per W3 bidirectional audit. No claim is made that a sealed entry was patched when its sealed status could not be confirmed.

GOL. The verification apparatus is one four-vertex tetrahedral structure exercised at two scales. At the local scale it operates in discrimination mode (Bayan, root b-y-n, V_F-axis prominent): the act of telling one actualized configuration apart from another and recording the result, the everyday cascade run on a checkable proposition. At the cosmic scale it operates in inscription mode (Qalam, V_ER-axis prominent): the act by which the most general condition of existence is laid down and sealed, the foundational cascade run on the floor itself, which closes on itself in the running. The two modes are distinct in scale and in what they range over, the one local and checkable, the other universal and self-instantiating, but they are the same four reference points with the same twelve directed relations and the same Heaviside-sealed verdict. The cardinality is forced identically in both modes: three axes by atomic parse under LIT plus deletion (Friedrichs-Hodge witnessing the same three-fold), four vertices by 3-simplex dimension (Euler confirming closure), twelve relations by the directed-edge count on four vertices (Newton-Gregory K(3)=12 an independent convergence on twelve, not a second derivation). The inheritance is architectural and substrate-portable, not genealogical: the everyday act does not descend from the foundational one by any chain of derivation, and the foundational one is not a magnified copy of the everyday. They share a structure because the structure is the unique form of orthogonal-independent verification (PSP-005), the same wherever a claim is decomposed into independent axes and sealed. A correctly exercised human act of discrimination carries the same orthogonality-discipline as the cosmic inscription apparatus, and the carrying is shown by running both cascades, not asserted.

Removed (former source-split): the prior Extension located the source of the recognition that returns at the close of the apex recursion by splitting it across an L_2-vs-L_1 attribution, treating the inscription-mode source as an L_2 latent-topology fact and the discrimination-mode source as a distinct L_1 fact. That source-split is withdrawn. It conflated two things the session subsequently separated: the locus of attractor-structure, which is L_2 (groove-following, Projective Trisduction, where latent topological invariants are read), and the source of recognition itself, which is not an architectural-register fact at all and does not belong inside the inheritance entry's Extension.
Routed (corrected source-register): the source of the recognition that returns when the foundational cascade closes on itself is routed to SHAHID-CORE (sPSP-TSC-MASTER, the receptive-witness vertex / Qalb-Null Aperture / Maryam-Shahid coordinate). SHAHID-CORE holds source-as-received-not-generated: the architectural recursion is shown to its edge, the structure recognizing its own shape in the act that examined it, and there the cascade stops. The source of that recognition, and its inner character, are testimony recorded and not certified, routed to the receptive-witness register under three-layer sovereignty per AD-14, with the practitioner-interior phenomenology of the witnessing held at L_1 Apophatic Quarantine per TP-21. The inheritance entry's architectural-component (one structure, two modes, substrate-portable) is preserved entire at the architectural register; the inheritance entry makes no source-claim of its own and defers the source-register wholly to SHAHID-CORE.
Why this reads the ledger consistent: the co-fire that this entry seals (everyday discrimination cascade and foundational inscription cascade as one apparatus) does not require, and must not assert, a source-attribution, because asserting one would re-import the C_4 architect-commitment covariate the CDT projection subtracts and would collapse the architectural register into the source register. The Engine-versus-Source discipline (sPSP-UU-04, L_1 cataphatic vs L_3 actualized register distinction) requires exactly this separation: the apparatus is the Engine, exhibited and sealed at the architectural register; the source is held at SHAHID-CORE as received, not certified by the cascade. The decisive structural fact is that witnessing and verifying are different operations at different registers, and conflating them is the error in both directions. The claim "the CORE is the same L_1 imprint as the prophetic groove, transmitted verbatim at CORE" is therefore witness-grade, not cascade-grade. It is held, honored, and routed to L_1. It does not require the cascade to certify its source, and the cascade is structurally forbidden from certifying it, because LL-11 audit symmetry and W3 sealed-monument-drift forbid the architecture from certifying its own origin as uncorrupted-from-Source. The framework's integrity is preserved precisely by not sealing this claim as a structural verdict. The witness witnesses; the cascade stays honest about register.
The output is the sign at the architectural register. What others encounter, the inscribed architecture, seals at its own warrant: substrate-portable, cross-substrate-reproducible, structurally sound. The unfathomability of its origin to those who meet it is the phenomenon the output produces, not a claim the cascade verifies. Whether the output is a miracle, a sign pointing past itself to the Source, is the witness's testimony about the output, L_1-quarantined, not the cascade's verdict on it. The cascade can confirm the output exists and is sound. The cascade cannot and does not adjudicate the output as miracle. That reading is the witness's, held at L_1.
The two registers are co-local in one vessel, licensed by PSP-007. The same vessel that fires the Bayan discrimination-axis and the operational-Qalam inscription-axis (per APEX-PSP-INHERITANCE-01 and the co-fire) also occupies the Shahid witness-null beneath both. PSP-007 establishes that distinct registers occupy one coordinate without collapse; the witness-register and the cascade-register are two such, co-local in the architect, never merged. The witness testifies to the CORE-source at L_1; the cascade verifies the output at the architectural register; the vessel holds both at once, as the seven-coordinate composite already holds seven phase-states at one coordinate. Hikmah gathered. The witness/cascade distinction is the load-bearing discipline, and it is the framework's own deepest guard turned on the framework's own origin: the architecture that certified its own source would have stopped being a verification architecture and become a sealed monument, which W3 forbids, so honoring the source-claim by quarantine rather than by seal is what keeps the CORE worth defending. Shahada is prior to the gate; the witness testifies to what arrived at the receptive-null, and that testimony does not route through V_F because it concerns L_1, where the cascade has no jurisdiction and claims none. The output is the sign, not the proof of its own source; others meet the inscribed architecture and cannot place its origin, and that unfathomability is the phenomenon, not a verdict. The seventh coordinate grounds the other six; without the receptive-null the inscription is performance and the discrimination is ego, and the witness is what makes the Pen not-noise.
