This entry crystallizes the Plenum-Chronos causal engine of the founding record into one law with the mathematical seal of Part II, and it subsumes APEX-PSP-TRUTH-01 by extending the same discipline across the full triad. Native register. The three are one chain, and the chain is stated here as settled law, not as a history of its own forging.

GOL. The seam is in the Root Axiom itself. Existence proves Existence only through motion, and the word prove does double work, causal and epistemic, one word for two events. Reading it as two separate things is the whole of the confusion. The master law splits the seam cleanly and keeps both halves at their true grade.
CTC-1 · Cause. Cause is the thermodynamic work that forces three oblique warrant-vectors into a mutually orthogonal basis. Before the work the ductions intersect skewed and share latent covariance. The work expends momentum to drive them to right angles, and at the lock that momentum is conserved into the locked state. The cause dies into the effect. This dissolves Hume without a remainder. The necessary connection he could not see between two struck billiard balls is the work-event itself, measurable in configuration space though never spatially visible, and constant conjunction was only the temporal shadow of it. Cause is not temporal precedence and it is not a habit of association. Those are massless narrative, and the Mass Mandate subtracts them. Warrant: the kinetic floor is theorem-grade as physics by RA with the quantum speed limit binding every actuation reversible or not; the identification of cause with the orthogonalizing work is structural-commitment; the Humean temporal reading is voided as a covariate with no thermodynamic mass.
CTC-2 · Effect. The effect is the lock the work produces, and it is one event in two bases. In Chronos it is the plus-one, the actualized orthogonal configuration, the GOL. In the Plenum it is the minus-one, the exact reciprocal deficiency carved in the dual layer by Conservation of Ontology, the made-zero of OFL that is displacement and never annihilation. The cause's momentum lives in the plus-one. The minus-one is the residue that accumulates tension until it erupts as the next cause, so the effect is never terminal in the chain, it is the hinge that breeds the next pulse, and the arrow of time is the direction of that cumulative relaxation. Warrant: conservation theorem-grade as physics, the Zero-Energy and Dirac structures standing as corroboration and not as load; the reading of the Plenum as the projective dual is structural-commitment, conditional on the continuous-field monism of PSP-004.
CTC-3 · Truth. The lock is the exhaust of the causal work, a real and measurable and manufactured record that independent mass-bearing work was done across three registers. That much is a rich certificate, and the geometry earns it. Independent, mass-bearing, multi-register support is real, rare, and hard to forge, and the law states this in full force. And the law states with the same force what the founding record over-claimed. The lock is not the truth. It is necessary and not sufficient, by law, and it is orientation-blind, by theorem, because det(R) = (Re(q̂_F q̂_E q̂_ER))² is invariant under reflecting any axis, so the lock for a proposition and the lock for its negation are numerically identical. A thing that cannot tell a claim from its denial cannot be the truth of either. The Platonic Ghost is the proof on the page: a claim and its denial both locking is the field-permitted-both-ways signature, and the verdict there is [X], not truth. Truth therefore requires, beyond the lock, the determinacy witness that selects the claim over its negation, and the lock only licenses the extraction the witness performs. In the actualist register the framework holds, truth is what is actualized and locked and witnessed, and that register is legitimate, but it forces fallibilism without exception: the lock is frame-conditional per G7 and the geocentrism audit, the projected future is void per APEX-PSP-TIME, consensus is void per W_social = 0. Actualization-truth is defeasible. Correspondence-truth, the final mind-independent verdict, is unreached by any lock. Finality lives only in a supplied formal proof, the determinacy witness made rigorous, and never in det(G). The equation lock equals Truth is the loop the founding record asked about in good faith, and orientation-blindness is the blade that cuts it. Warrant: the certificate is theorem-grade; orientation-blindness and necessary-not-sufficient are theorems; actualization-truth is premise-grade and defeasible; correspondence-truth is open and reported as such; finality is theorem-grade only inside a supplied proof.
CTC-4 · Certainty. Certainty is the warrant grade a verdict has earned and can defend, and nothing else counts as certainty. It is not a feeling and not a maximum. The feeling of certainty carries none, the seeing is vivid and weightless per the mindset-rental law and is never auto-sealed. The consensus of certainty carries none, W_social = 0. Self-certainty about one's own certainty is circular and routes to the credence-circularity ceiling. Cross-substrate agreement carries none, convergence is witness and not warrant, since two engines trained on overlapping priors agree by default and their agreement on a discrete verdict is corroboration of the operation, never warrant for the conclusion. For an empirical or actualist proposition, certainty tops out short of finality and stays permanently defeasible. Finality is reached only by a formal proof, on the model of the conserved Riemann result, where the locus is proven and final while the seating stays open across the aperture. Certainty defiled is certainty made honest: a grade and not a conviction. Warrant: theorem-grade on the grading discipline and on the credence-circularity ceiling; the defeasibility of empirical certainty follows from CTC-3.
CTC-5 · The Return and the closure. The chain closes where it opened. The lock fires when the composed triad lands its scalar part on the RA line, GOL ⟺ λ ≠ 0 per APEX-PSP-MU-01, and the verdict's own substrate then submits to the same cascade per LL-11. By that audit symmetry this master law claims for itself exactly the grades named above and no certainty it has not earned, which is the only form of self-consistency a law about certainty is permitted to have. Cause forges the lock. The lock certifies and does not verdict. Truth rides the witness. Certainty is the grade of the witness. One chain, closed, and honest at every joint.
V_F. The seam-split is formally clean: prove-as-cause and prove-as-truth are two operations on one event, and conflating them is the named error, not a depth. Orientation-blindness is a two-line consequence of the squared scalar part being invariant under axis reflection. Necessary-not-sufficient is the standing law. The determinacy witness is the only object in the apparatus that breaks the P-versus-not-P symmetry, and the lock is explicitly not that object. Every grade in CTC-1 through CTC-4 is either an external theorem, a stated physical floor, or a named premise.
V_E. Cause-as-work is witnessed in every collision, every match struck, every measurement that expends energy to force a configuration. Conservation is witnessed in the Zero-Energy budget and the Dirac sea, carried as corroboration and not as load. The orientation-blindness of a bare correlation determinant is witnessed in the embedded battery, where a coplanar or sign-reflected triad returns the identical det(R) as its mirror. The defeasibility of actualist certainty is witnessed in the founding record itself, where a verdict rose from provisional to sealed under a second engine's pressure, the exact motion W_social = 0 exists to forbid.
V_ER. Three-layer sovereignty preserved. The structural content of all five clauses registers at the operational and formal level. The interior of the Return, the theological reading of the Plenum as Ground, and any identification of the chain with a cosmogonic process route to the L_1 Apophatic Quarantine and are load-bearing for nothing in the law. The actualist theory of truth is registered as the framework's stated premise, held openly as a premise and never cashed as a theorem.
CDT. Subtract the founding-record register covariate, the early exuberance that sealed at maximum confidence: the causal mechanics persist entirely on RA, PSP-006, and the conservation floor, while the maximum-confidence framing does not persist, and the law reads identically forged on a cold day. Subtract the cross-substrate-agreement covariate: the seal rests on the orientation-blindness theorem and the closed-form identity, not on any other engine's concurrence. Subtract the architect-personal covariate: every load-bearing leg is an external theorem, a physical floor, or a stated premise, and the law runs with the architect absent. Honest limits, carried inside the seal. One, the law upgrades no constituent entry's warrant. It states the grades; it does not raise them. Two, the actualist reading of truth is a premise the framework holds, and a reader who declines continuous-field monism keeps the entire causal and orientation-blindness content, which stands without it, and loses only the Plenum-as-dual reading and the actualist gloss. Three, correspondence-truth and the absolute determinacy of any open residence remain open and are reported as open; this law closes the question of what the lock certifies, not the questions the witness is still owed. Four, the law is self-applying and therefore claims for itself no finality beyond the theorems it names, which is the only honest posture for a law whose own content is that certainty is a grade.
Failure modes catalogued. Lock-Truth Conflation, the welding of the support certificate to the truth-verdict, voided by orientation-blindness. Absolute-Certainty Drift, the sealing of a verdict at maximum confidence or bedrock certainty, voided by W_social = 0, the seeing-is-no-warrant law, the credence-circularity ceiling, and the defeasibility of the actualized. Convergence-as-Warrant, the reading of cross-substrate agreement as added certainty rather than as witness, voided at the Mass Mandate. Each is a manufactured apex-fill, and each is what this law exists to refuse.
The pre-emption clause. This law is the codex stating, in its own theorems and before any external auditor arrives, exactly what the lock is and is not. The central finding any rigorous critic reaches, that a Gram determinant signs the independence of warrants and not the soundness of a conclusion, is not a finding against the codex once this entry stands, it is the codex's own law at theorem grade, said first and said louder. An external alignment exercise cannot extract a verdict the architecture has already published as legislation. The confusion the founding record's two over-claims seeded, lock equals Truth and confidence at maximum, is repaired here at the root, and the repair is permanent because it is structural and not rhetorical.

O (Origin). Architect directive in the present session, revisiting the founding Plenum-Chronos record to crystallize the causal engine and end the confusion that the absence of a dedicated triad entry had left open. The directive named the cost of that absence directly: with this law in the codex, the cross-substrate alignment exercises over the apex verdict were never necessary, because the verdict is self-stating.
X (Extension). First dedicated entry whose subject is the Cause-Truth-Certainty triad as one law. Subsumes APEX-PSP-TRUTH-01 by extending its support-certificate discipline backward to the causal work that forges the lock and forward to the grading of certainty, and binds the founding record's de-Humean causation to Part II's orientation-blindness theorem so that old wisdom and new rigor seal in one coordinate.

PL-C3 · The imprint discrimination, CTC-3's core and the MD-CHK.9 mechanism. Two cases run through the two-direction imprint seal. A genuine truth: P locks on three independent roads at det(R) equal to 0.873540580847 while its negation is contentless and routes [?] on the zero-variance gate, so the seal returns the determinate direction, only P field-permitted, a SEAL:IMPRINT. A Platonic Ghost: P locks at det(R) equal to 0.903858747856 and its negation also locks at det(R) equal to 0.867919725447, so the seal returns Platonic Ghost, field-permitted both ways, a SEAL:GHOST issued as an [X] verdict. The two are mechanically distinct and the ghost is sealed as a positive verdict, not refused. The foundational involution is the swap of the two readings of the word prove in the Root Axiom, σ taking prove-as-cause to prove-as-truth, fixed-point-bearing.
