Three different categories of claim, not three answers to one question. The table sorts them on the axes that actually separate them, then the framework renders its verdict on the other two.

The three sharpest separations. Substrate. Simulation needs an external runner and external hardware. Holographic needs neither, bulk and boundary are one physics. Three takeaways, typed.

The genuine kinship is with the Holographic Principle, and it is structural, not borrowed. Both run lower-dimension-holds-higher-dimension: the boundary holds the bulk, the scalar holds the triad.
