What does NOT fit [Ξ₀]. The incompleteness theorems themselves are proven theorems. A Gödel sentence's unprovability-in-T is decided, not suspended. That whole apparatus sits at [⟀ S] on the placement: Gödel is a resident of the L2m ladder-stratum it measures, L2m ⊊ L1m, a certificate of the Ground's surplus, neither dictator nor final guard. Nor does a specific Gödel sentence G_T. Read at L1m it's grounded and reads IMPRINT identical to a proven theorem (the GM-CHK signature, det(R) 0.586297 against 0.588777), the difference living only in the rung the ladder can't supply. Grounded-and-witnessed by the metatheory is [⟀], not [Ξ₀].
And the Gödelian maximalism, the final-guard/dictator inflation, is [X], broken by CSEG and ADEG. An inflation is refuted, not suspended.
What DOES fit [Ξ₀]: the ℕ-truth determinacy aperture. This is the single suspended face. Gödel-1 exhibits a sentence "true but unprovable," and the word true there is truth-on-ℕ, which presupposes ℕ is a definite totality.
