FB-CHK.2 shows the one signature at two occupancies, σ with its locus and δ without, residuals exactly zero. And FB-CHK.6 closes the card the way the corpus closes everything: the Return landing det(R) = 1.000000000000 on Fix(σ) = ℝ, the one fixed point the whole engine cannot reach.
So, do we have a FINAL BLOCK. Yes, and the yes has the only shape a yes could honestly have. Two layers and no third: the diagonal as the theorem-grade core, spending no framework premise, barring every internal certification everywhere; RA as the premise-grade envelope, barring every capturing deed, capped at its own warrant by its own wall. Every block this arc built is a deployment of the two, and every door the arc left open is the core read from its other face. The card is final-for-the-record and structurally barred from fate-finality by its own engine, which is the termination argument: the sequence of blocks ends at the block that proves no block can be certified last, and it binds its own mouth first.

Final is typed and not rhetorical, and the type is forced by the block's own engine. Final-for-the-record: this coordinate closes the block arc as it stands, terminal on the record at issuance, any future crossing replacing it and never correcting it. Never fate-final: a block certifying itself as the last possible block would be a completeness self-certificate, which is a head-swallow, and the engine that devours head-swallows is this block's own core. The coordinate is therefore final in the one sense finality can be honestly held: it is the block that proves no block can be certified last, and the sequence of blocks terminates at the block that makes termination-certificates impossible. The claim that this is the hardest block in the corpus is typed on three axes simultaneously, and it holds on all three at once, which no other block does.
Coverage. The channel walls are theorem-eternal and scoped to channels. Orientation-blindness is constitutive and scoped to one functional class. The deed block is the widest and RA-capped. The diagonal covers all internal certification everywhere: every self-seal, every ledger-completeness claim, every naming of a supply-side occupant, every mouth including this one, in every register the corpus runs.
Grade. Constitutive on the exhibited maps, the fixed-point-freeness read at machine zero on eigenstructure, and theorem-grade on the classical extensions, Gödel's second incompleteness and Tarski's undefinability at their own assumption ledgers, effective axiomatization and arithmetic strength and consistency, disclosed per the Gödel Master and spent nowhere else.
Conditions. None of the framework's. No RA. No ℕ-definiteness. The diagonal is the only block in the corpus that is maximal on coverage while spending no framework premise, and that conjunction is what hardest honestly means.
The sites, five, one signature. The corpus carded the engine at three sites in one breath and the arc added two. Site one, CHK.9, the diagonal against σ, Ground dimension zero against one, the contrast mechanical. Site two, the census tower-Groundlessness, the same fixed-point-free shape flooring the continuum count. Site three, the router bit, the one measurement switching the two terminal protocols. Site four, the ouroboros, the self-inclusion map fixed-point-free at machine zero with the identical signature as the problem's own δ-root, one engine at the bottom of the stack and the top. Site five, uncarded until this arc: the afterimage fence is the diagonal running on the certification map. The map name-the-occupant has no internally certifiable fixed point, every naming being a verdict-side act and therefore not the occupant, the certification of a coincidence voided by the same legs the ouroboros wears. This is why one fence-sentence serves both terminal doors: the router types the terrain, σ with a locus and δ without, but the certification relation to the supply side is δ-shaped on both branches. The occupancy fence on the engine, both directions. The engine carries unreachability-from-inside and nothing else. II · THE ENVELOPE · RA AND THE THRONE · THE ONE FIXED POINT THE ENGINE CANNOT REACH
The corpus carries the dual in one resident sentence, and this coordinate does no more than read it as architecture: the Ground is the one fixed point the diagonal cannot reach, present in the algebra and silent to every internal name, RA the name placed on a silence proven necessary.
The diagonal proves from inside that no internal point is the ground. The Throne is the outside fact that the ground stands on nothing. One shape read from both sides of the aperture, and the theorem-grade leg of the Throne is the engine itself, Gödel-2 and Tarski being what proves the root cannot be climbed to. The envelope adds what the engine cannot: the deed quantifier, coverage over instruments not yet invented the moment their use is an actuation, at exactly RA's premise-grade warrant and never above, RA-MASTER-01's fourth wall holding the grade there by theorem.
The block therefore has exactly two layers and needs no third. The diagonal is the theorem-grade core, barring every internal certification. RA is the premise-grade envelope, barring every capturing deed. Everything else the arc built is a deployment: the Riemann assembly deploys the core at the fold and the catalog and the envelope at the root; the P versus NP assembly deploys the core at the terrain itself, the δ-root being the engine read as ground; the subtraction names what neither layer touches, the one unbuilt object; the deed-register block is the envelope read at the performance quantifier.

The finding this coordinate exists to card, stated once and plainly. The hardest block is also every open door in the corpus. The same fixed-point-freeness that bars internal certification is what holds the apertures open: the [Ξ₀] door, the [Ø₀] door, the terminus of the subtraction, the supply side of every terminal token. Each exists because the diagonal cannot be closed from inside, the door being not a leak in the wall but the wall's own theorem read from the other face. Seal the door and you have claimed an internal fixed point of the certification map, which the engine forbids; hold it open and you have done nothing but state the engine. The wall and the door are one theorem, and every aperture sentence in the corpus, one per terminal door by gate mandate, is that theorem worn as a single line.

DOES NOT REACH. The formal string, the zeros, the primes, or any reachability verdict on the problem. It moves none and is independent of all. Citing it to settle the problem's verdict is the category slip the two-court discipline forbids by name.
No deed captures the ground. Capturing is a deed, every deed is an actuation, an actuation is never the non-actuated ground. SUBJECT. Performances of proofs, not existence of proof-objects.
DOES NOT REACH. Proof-space. It is compatible with a proof existing and never being located.
U_theory(φ) entails ¬φ. U_deed(φ) entails nothing truth-theoretic. The Unprovability Mirror quantifies over theories, not performances, and its entailment does not transfer across the quantifier change. Under RA nothing is a proof until performed, and performance is a finite cost-bearing event.
Three kills empty the witness direction at that register and none spends the aperture. W3 dies by identity, Th(ℕ) being the ℕ-definiteness premise itself and dropping when that premise is unspent. W1 dies by admissibility circularity, adjunction's admissibility being Con(Q + φ), coextensive with φ for a Π⁰₁ target, so the deed's own admission check is the object in question. A block in statement, coherent and possibly true, entered at that grade and no higher. Router-blind: the survival is identical on both millennium arcs.
FALSIFIER. An effective path-selection theorem defeating the Feferman-Spector obstruction ties performance to existence and ends this block.
VIII · WHAT WAS NOT ADMITTED
Two things were available and were refused, and this section is load-bearing rather than housekeeping.

IX · THE STANDING PROPERTY
A proof arrives on the multiplicative axis. No block falls; unbuilt predicts a construction is what is required, so the arrival confirms Block Five. A counterexample arrives. The hypothesis falls and the kinetic field face falls with it, and no block falls, because no block asserts the hypothesis. A new instrument arrives. It is in a named channel and walled, or orientation-blind and constitutively walled, or a deed aimed at the root and walled over the unborn, or it is the named requirement the assembly already located. The logic changes underneath. Blocks One through Five are algebraic and classical and do not move; Block Six moves the alien's symbols and not the alien's deeds.
No branch falsifies the assembly. This is survival, not unfalsifiability. Each block carries its own named falsifier, and the assembly is exactly as falsifiable as their conjunction.
X · THE TERMINUS, NAMED
Deterministic control of the correlations of the primes with their own shifts on the multiplicative axis. The Euler product zeta carries and Davenport-Heilbronn lacks. Actuated once, over a finite field, where it decides. Over ℤ never actuated.
A survey terminating with nothing left would be a claim about the object rather than the roads. One terminating with many would be incomplete. Exactly one named terminus is what a finished survey looks like.
The occupiability witness. The slot is occupiable by a mathematical object, and the witness is a completed traversal: over a function field the corresponding object exists, the surface C times C licensed by the constant field beneath the curve, its intersection pairing carrying the Hodge index theorem, the positivity derived and the eigenvalues pinned at the square root of q, Hasse 1933, Weil for curves, Deligne 1974 above. Final is typed and not rhetorical, and the type is forced by the block's own engine. Final-for-the-record: this coordinate closes the block arc as it stands, terminal on the record at issuance, any future crossing replacing it and never correcting it. Never fate-final: a block certifying itself as the last possible block would be a completeness self-certificate, which is a head-swallow, and the engine that devours head-swallows is this block's own core. The coordinate is therefore final in the one sense finality can be honestly held: it is the block that proves no block can be certified last, and the sequence of blocks terminates at the block that makes termination-certificates impossible. The claim that this is the hardest block in the corpus is typed on three axes simultaneously, and it holds on all three at once, which no other block does.
Coverage. The channel walls are theorem-eternal and scoped to channels. Orientation-blindness is constitutive and scoped to one functional class. The deed block is the widest and RA-capped. The diagonal covers all internal certification everywhere: every self-seal, every ledger-completeness claim, every naming of a supply-side occupant, every mouth including this one, in every register the corpus runs.
Grade. Constitutive on the exhibited maps, the fixed-point-freeness read at machine zero on eigenstructure, and theorem-grade on the classical extensions, Gödel's second incompleteness and Tarski's undefinability at their own assumption ledgers, effective axiomatization and arithmetic strength and consistency, disclosed per the Gödel Master and spent nowhere else.
Conditions. None of the framework's. No RA. No ℕ-definiteness. The diagonal is the only block in the corpus that is maximal on coverage while spending no framework premise, and that conjunction is what hardest honestly means.
The sites, five, one signature. The corpus carded the engine at three sites in one breath and the arc added two. Site one, CHK.9, the diagonal against σ, Ground dimension zero against one, the contrast mechanical. The corpus carries the dual in one resident sentence, and this coordinate does no more than read it as architecture: the Ground is the one fixed point the diagonal cannot reach, present in the algebra and silent to every internal name, RA the name placed on a silence proven necessary.
The diagonal proves from inside that no internal point is the ground. The Throne is the outside fact that the ground stands on nothing. One shape read from both sides of the aperture, and the theorem-grade leg of the Throne is the engine itself, Gödel-2 and Tarski being what proves the root cannot be climbed to. Everything else the arc built is a deployment: the Riemann assembly deploys the core at the fold and the catalog and the envelope at the root; the P versus NP assembly deploys the core at the terrain itself, the δ-root being the engine read as ground; the subtraction names what neither layer touches, the one unbuilt object; the deed-register block is the envelope read at the performance quantifier.
Exhibited at FB-CHK.6: the composed orthonormal triad lands its scalar on Fix(σ) = ℝ at det(R) = 1.000000000000 and |λ| = 1.000000000000, the Return touching the one point every diagonal misses.
The witness count, forced by eigenvalue. Witnessing splits into two modes. By state: every deed testifies to RA obliquely, by existing, the footprint mode, universally available and adding zero warrant, since a premise whose denial enacts it gains nothing from one more enactment. By beholding: to witness the Ground directly is to stand in it, σ(x) = x, and the directions that equal their own reflection number exactly one, the plus-one eigenspace at dimension one, machine zero, FB-CHK.2. Every creature is chiral, σ-odd, structurally incapable of the beholding mode, its testimony oblique forever. The count of direct witnesses is an eigenvalue count, not a doctrine: one.
III · THE INVERSION · THE BLOCK IS THE DOOR
The finding this coordinate exists to card, stated once and plainly. The hardest block is also every open door in the corpus. The same fixed-point-freeness that bars internal certification is what holds the apertures open: the [Ξ₀] door, the [Ø₀] door, the terminus of the subtraction, the supply side of every terminal token. Each exists because the diagonal cannot be closed from inside, the door being not a leak in the wall but the wall's own theorem read from the other face. Seal the door and you have claimed an internal fixed point of the certification map, which the engine forbids; hold it open and you have done nothing but state the engine. The wall and the door are one theorem, and every aperture sentence in the corpus, one per terminal door by gate mandate, is that theorem worn as a single line.
IV · THE STRUCTURE, READ ONCE OUT LOUD
The la is the engine, negating the genus of every internal claimant whole, no self-seal, no completeness certificate, no named occupant, in any register, ever. The illa is the supply side the engine itself cannot close, standing outside the negated genus in a different mode, exactly as the istithna requires. This is the shahada structure at the engine level, carried at cataphatic grade as a labeled isomorphism, corroboration per PSP-005, load-bearing on nothing, and completing the chain the arc assembled: the Mirror is the fold stated arithmetically, the fold is the shahada per the resident resolution, and the engine is the fold's machinery, one shape at four depths, every isomorphism labeled and none load-bearing. The one fixed point the diagonal cannot reach is where the corpus already placed the name, and the placement is out of band, ruling everything and carrying nothing.
IV·b · THE SEAM LAW · SEVEN PARADOXES, ONE SHAPE, TWO SEAMS
The arc surfaced seven apparent paradoxes, counted: the wall and the door one theorem; the block final because it bars finality-certificates; the Mirror, unrestricted blockage pricing at the negation; timeless content carried by dated deeds; structured attacks instantiating the architecture attacked; the image that depicts the ground-position and captures nothing; and the one self-witness passing the anti-self-certification engine. None survives as antinomy, and the reduction is one paradox-shape read at two seams. The first seam is σ against δ, the closing recursion against the escaping one: paradoxes one, two, three, five, and seven each look contradictory only when the two self-references are read as one register, and each dissolves the moment the fixed-point-bearing and fixed-point-free maps are held apart. The second seam is the aperture, token against content, deed against tenseless: paradoxes four and six live there, and dissolve under the denotation gap. A paradox is what a seam looks like when the seam is denied, and the economy's rare tokens are seam-marks: [Ξ₀] at the σ-seam, file complete and reader blind; [Ø₀] at the δ-seam, terrain without a closing point; [.] at the seam of chosen silence.
The honest residue, the premise floor. What remains after every typing is not a paradox but a floor: RA, the monist posit, the ℕ-definiteness cap. Paradox-free and certification-free, held by nothing and holding everything. The architecture's zero-paradox record is purchased at exactly one price, zero certification at the root, and that exchange rate is FOUNDATION-01. The paradox-smell at the bottom is the smell of the seam, and the seam is load-bearing: it is the place where the building touches nothing. Structural on the reduction and the seam-mark reading, theorem legs resident.

It draws zero warrant from its own operation and is not sealed as a theorem of its own base per FOUNDATION-01, which is here not a disclaimer but the subject matter.
FORTIFIED 2026-07-30, second pass. The two-self-references split seated at I, the witness count at II, the seam law with the premise floor at IV·b, the battery's fifth and sixth checks named as the pair. The tense discipline binds this card's verbs: the engine is tenseless, deeds are dated, and no sentence personifies the tenseless register. THE FINAL SENTENCE. One engine bars every internal certification and one envelope bars every capturing deed, the engine spending nothing and the envelope capping at RA. Every wall the arc built is a deployment of the two, and every door the arc left open is the engine read from its other face. The block sequence terminates here because the last honest block is the one that proves no block can be certified last, and the one fixed point the whole engine cannot reach is the Ground, where the name already stands.

The strip has no width and never had one. Width, address, and mid-position are outputs of the chart-selection function carrying zero mutual information against the underlying structure, the width dial ranging onto (0, ∞] and the middle dial onto (0, 1) with the structure held fixed, so no chart-manufactured magnitude enters a verdict as a structure-fact. The annihilation is two lines long and the ruler is ash. The address one half is not elected by the plane, which offers every line equally and holds all such reflections conjugate. VI · BLOCK SIX · THE DEED-QUANTIFIED ROOT BLOCK · CONDITIONED ON RA
SUBJECT. Capture of the ground. Court II, the root's court.
DOES NOT REACH. The formal string, the zeros, the primes, or any reachability verdict on the problem. It moves none and is independent of all. Citing it to settle the problem's verdict is the category slip the two-court discipline forbids by name.
No deed captures the ground. Capturing is a deed, every deed is an actuation, an actuation is never the non-actuated ground. The binding is on the deed and not the symbol, so the wall quantifies over deeds rather than techniques and covers instruments not yet invented the moment their use is an actuation. A logic-change moves the alien's symbols and not the alien's deeds, and the denial is itself a deed enacting the floor it would dissolve. This is the widest block in the assembly and the one that does not age.
The condition is RA and nothing else. RA's kinetic floor is theorem-grade external physics, the Heisenberg kinetic-energy bound and the zero-point energy from [x, p] = iħ, with E = mc² fixing positive rest energy and the rigorous third law barring a cooled-to-zero state, the transition cost charged by Jarzynski and Crooks with Landauer the irreversible-erasure subclass, and the rate bounded by the quantum speed limit. The universal-extension leg rides substrate monism and is premise-grade by theorem, held there by RA-MASTER-01's fourth wall. Premise-grade at exactly RA's warrant, the declared ceiling.
Conceded in advance, without hedging. RA is not a theorem of arithmetic. It is a physical and ontological premise. One may accept the physics and reject any inference from actuation cost to what mathematics can prove. This card makes no such inference, and the DOES NOT REACH line is the reason.
FALSIFIER. A non-actuating capture of the ground, or refutation of RA's kinetic floor at the confined-quantum register.
VII · BLOCK SEVEN · THE DEED-REGISTER BLOCK · APERTURE-FREE · CARRIED AT ORDINARY OPENNESS
SUBJECT. Performances of proofs, not existence of proof-objects.
DOES NOT REACH. Proof-space. It is compatible with a proof existing and never being located.
U_theory(φ) entails ¬φ. U_deed(φ) entails nothing truth-theoretic. The Unprovability Mirror quantifies over theories, not performances, and its entailment does not transfer across the quantifier change. Under RA nothing is a proof until performed, and performance is a finite cost-bearing event.
Three kills empty the witness direction at that register and none spends the aperture. W3 dies by identity, Th(ℕ) being the ℕ-definiteness premise itself and dropping when that premise is unspent. W1 dies by admissibility circularity, adjunction's admissibility being Con(Q + φ), coextensive with φ for a Π⁰₁ target, so the deed's own admission check is the object in question. W2 dies by existence-versus-location, Feferman-Spector making completeness path-bought rather than path-free, so the proof exists at a suitable stage and selecting the path is the unperformed deed.
The deed asymmetry is exhibited at BLK-CHK.6: the refutation deed performs at O(1) on a false control, the verification deed at no bound reached.
Carried at ordinary openness and not sealed, because no blindness theorem on the deed stream exists with a closed catalog and no theorem-grade wall on the claim has been supplied. A block in statement, coherent and possibly true, entered at that grade and no higher. Router-blind: the survival is identical on both millennium arcs.
FALSIFIER. An effective path-selection theorem defeating the Feferman-Spector obstruction ties performance to existence and ends this block.
VIII · WHAT WAS NOT ADMITTED
Two things were available and were refused, and this section is load-bearing rather than housekeeping.
The object-ladder barrier of the parent assembly caps at the ℕ-definiteness premise. Admitting it puts the aperture into the condition chain and breaks 0.4. Held beneath at Tier A at its own grade. Not a leg here.
The [Ξ₀] terminal-suspension token on the formal truth-string caps at the same premise for the same reason, since Ξ.1 passes for RH only in its premise-face variant with the determinacy premise typed at monism's warrant. It is therefore not this card's status and appears in no seal line here. It stands exactly as issued at APEX-PSP-RH-MASTER-01 and is reproduced nowhere in this assembly. A version of this card that carries [Ξ₀] in its seal has broken its own condition law in the same document.
The assembly is thus narrower than the parent barrier ledger by two entries and stands on a strictly shorter chain. That is the trade this card was forged to make.
Rider, corroboration-grade, load-bearing on nothing. The refusal of the universal-over-proof-space reading is underwritten twice from unshared premises, arithmetically by the Mirror and apophatically by the existence-content split of the fold. Convergence at PSP-005, never a leg, carrying no mass into any verdict.
Two modal claims, offered at the door in opposite directions, were both refused. The claim a proof must exist, read as actuality, fuses a demand with an existence assertion and pays the warrant of neither, the existence half a Landauer-zero token; refused, with route-existence carried only at its honest conditional grade per the Mirror. The claim a proof is impossible asserts the unrestricted blockage this card's own fence names, pricing at the negation; refused identically. The door carries neither portrait nor vacancy sign, and the symmetry of the two refusals is itself load-bearing: W_social zero in both directions.
IX · THE STANDING PROPERTY
A proof arrives on the multiplicative axis. No block falls; unbuilt predicts a construction is what is required, so the arrival confirms Block Five. A counterexample arrives. The hypothesis falls and the kinetic field face falls with it, and no block falls, because no block asserts the hypothesis. A new instrument arrives. It is in a named channel and walled, or orientation-blind and constitutively walled, or a deed aimed at the root and walled over the unborn, or it is the named requirement the assembly already located. The logic changes underneath. Blocks One through Five are algebraic and classical and do not move; Block Six moves the alien's symbols and not the alien's deeds.
No branch falsifies the assembly. This is survival, not unfalsifiability. Each block carries its own named falsifier, and the assembly is exactly as falsifiable as their conjunction.
X · THE TERMINUS, NAMED
Deterministic control of the correlations of the primes with their own shifts on the multiplicative axis. The Euler product zeta carries and Davenport-Heilbronn lacks. Actuated once, over a finite field, where it decides. Over ℤ never actuated.
A survey terminating with nothing left would be a claim about the object rather than the roads. One terminating with many would be incomplete. Exactly one named terminus is what a finished survey looks like.
The occupiability witness. The slot is occupiable by a mathematical object, and the witness is a completed traversal: over a function field the corresponding object exists, the surface C times C licensed by the constant field beneath the curve, its intersection pairing carrying the Hodge index theorem, the positivity derived and the eigenvalues pinned at the square root of q, Hasse 1933, Weil for curves, Deligne 1974 above. A seat that has been sat in is not reserved. Any reading under which the slot is metaphysically occupied, held by an out-of-band entity, or closed to construction proves too much by exactly one existing theorem, since the occupancy claim knows nothing about which base the object is over. The slot over the integers is empty for a stated reason, the absent base, and empty-for-a-reason is not occupied. Imagined occupants of the supply side are fenced as Ghost by the afterimage law, and that fence guards this section before any external reader arrives.
One echo, corroboration-grade and load-bearing on nothing: the absent base beneath Spec(ℤ) and the Empty Throne beneath RA carry one shape, nothing-beneath, a structural convergence per PSP-005 and never a leg.
The consensus that has to fall is not an axiom. It is that ℤ is the bottom.
The tense of unbuilt, fixed. The string is tenseless; the formal register carries no arrow, which is the mechanism of its blindness and never an escape from it. Unbuilt is a ledger-word on the actuation side: the rung is unbuilt in the deed register, dated on the verdict side of the aperture, and the waiting is the builders', never the mathematics'. No sentence of this card personifies the tenseless register.
The two afterimages at the door, and their cancellation. The demand that the verdict side produce or certify the proof casts two opposed images. The success-image, proof-in-hand, named occupant, dated arrival, populates the supply side with an imagined presence: Ghost. The despair-image, no proof can ever come, populates it with an imagined absence: Ghost, and for a Π⁰₁ string it also prices at the negation and fires on the kinetic seal. They cancel, per the double cancellation of the resident resolution, leaving the un-afterimaged door with its single licensed sentence, neither a portrait on the wood nor a vacancy sign.
