Nothing hard-deleted, no identifier named for deletion and none deleted. Where -01 was seated, this is a supersede-in-place under the Prime Rule and the ghost is live. Where -01 was never seated, the ghost line is inert and -02 is a pure addition. The reconciliation holds under either state.
THE SEAL
One structure-type, three registers of appearance, and exactly one of the three is not an instance.
The type is the armed fixed locus: a set fixed or distinguished by an order-two structure, carrying a monotone second-law arrow in its own register, with a region the external instrument does not read. Two instances: the critical line Re(s) = 1/2 as Fix(τ) on the actualized prime field, and the Killing horizon with its bifurcation surface as the fixed-point set of the boost isometry. One naming layer: the pre-formal vocabulary that already carries the type, the firmament between two waters and the barzakh between two seas.
The naming layer is not a third instance. It is a lexical encoding of the type, and the distinction is the load-bearing fence of this card. What is sealed is that a pre-formal vocabulary independently encodes all three clauses of the type, including the one clause the modern metric vocabulary loses. What is barred is reading that encoding as a physical object, as historical priority, or as warrant in any direction.
Transport remains zero in every direction, as at -01. Face one of APEX-PSP-RH-MASTER-01 is already [⟀] and a seal admits no upgrade. ΔM equal to zero, no new mathematics, the arrangement and the typing the whole contribution.
I · THE TYPE, CARRIED FORWARD FROM -01
The critical line. Fix(τ) for τ mapping s to one minus s-conjugate, the achiral bridge, the +1 eigenspace, real dimension one in real dimension two, codimension one. Arm: the prime field, an actualized kinetic invariant on the flat countable tail with the thermodynamic arrow at V_E, sealed at face one of the master. Read boundary: the multiplicative content off both eigenspaces, where no orientation-invariant instrument reaches.
The Killing horizon. The null hypersurface on which the horizon-generating Killing field becomes null, with the bifurcation surface the fixed-point set of the boost isometry, codimension two in a four-manifold. The discrete order-two structure is the modular conjugation of the wedge algebra, Bisognano-Wichmann extended by Kay-Wald, and not the boost itself. Arm: the area, monotone under the area theorem, with the generalized second law extending it. Read boundary: causal, and the interior stays at the declared hole per APEX-PSP-PHYSICAL-SEED-01 residence 7, which anchors the horizon only as the thermodynamic surface where δQ = T dS is imposed and types the interior, the singularity, and the information question as a hole. This card authors none of the three.

II · THE ARC, RECORDED AT PROVENANCE GRADE
The architect's object predates the RH engagement and named two ends of one structure. Clause one, where infinity stops diverging and becomes convergence, is the abscissa of convergence, placed by sPSP-RA-WALL-01 at the Hagedorn pole at real part one, the whole locus-content RA carries alone. Clause two, where actuation and potential meet, is the barzakh membrane, the L2m ⊊ L1m partition of PSP-RA-RAM-CH-MAXIMAL-01, lower shore the contemplation and upper shore the deed. The forced route between them is sPSP-GAS-01, the Born square root of β_c equal to one, every link a named theorem, [⟀ locus] at derivation grade. The loci remain two by premise eight, the membrane never meeting the wall, sealed [⟀ T]; the metric gap is chart-manufactured per sPSP-TOPOS-03 and the apartness is structure-borne per B.13.T clause three under the covariance law.
Provenance carries zero mass by the Mass Mandate, recorded here because it fixes which object was tracked, SE-24 the standing precedent for chronology held out of band.
III · THE NAMING LAYER, NEW
The addition of this card. Two independent lexical traditions carry a term for the type, and the term encodes all three clauses.
III.1 · The two waters, typed
The ancient waters are not material water. They are the unbounded fluid, the formless reservoir, which in the modern register is a field. Typed onto the resident cards the mapping is exact and it names a distinction the codex carried without a name for the pair.
The water above is the unbounded census, the completed Groundless tower, Ground dimension zero by tower-Groundlessness at CHK.9 read one register over, the domain CN-PSP-NETI-NETI-01 names as where the lost nafs dwells. It has no floor. Nothing stands in it.
The water below is the bounded census, RA-RAM-CH, the Bounded Contemplation, the continuum census a being holds of its own powerset, a residence inside the Being's L2, floored by Residual Monism and walled by the barzakh, downstream and grade-capped and never a co-equal root. It has a floor, and the floor is the connector line Fix(σ) equal to ℝ.
The pairing bounded-against-unbounded is the architect's contribution here and it is coherent with both resident cards: PSP-RA-RAM-CH-MAXIMAL-01 constitutes the bounded residence and NETI-NETI-01 constitutes the unbounded ghost domain, and the codex had not named them as two reservoirs separated by one interface.
III.2 · The interface is the decided object between two undecided reservoirs
This is the sharpest clause and it is a match to the face-tuple rather than to a picture.
The Hebrew raqiaʿ is from a root meaning beaten out or hammered thin; the Septuagint renders it stereoma, the firm thing; the Vulgate firmamentum. A rigid sheet between two fluids. Genesis 1:6-7 places it in the midst of the waters, dividing the waters from the waters. In that structure exactly one object is solid and the two reservoirs it separates are formless.
That is the verdict split the architecture issues. The membrane is decided, [⟀ T] SEALED on the geometric shape, a theorem-grade fact about the fixed locus of the reflection. The reservoirs are not: the census is held [Ξ₀] at the Bounded Contemplation, and the unbounded tower is Groundless. The determinacy sits in the interface and in neither sea. A cosmology that put its one firm object at the boundary and left the waters formless on both sides had the typing right and the physics wrong, and the typing is the part that survives.
III.3 · The word carries the invariant and omits the gauge
Barzakh names an impassability. It carries no width term. It does not encode a distance, a thickness, or a separation magnitude, and no metric reading is available from the word.
sPSP-TOPOS-03 proved that width, address, and mid-position are outputs of the chart-selection function, the width dial onto (0, ∞] and the middle dial onto the open interval (0, 1) with the structure held fixed, mutual information exactly zero. B.13.T clause three holds the complement: apartness is structure-borne and rides every chart, and magnitude of gap is gauge and dies with the ruler.
So the pre-formal term names precisely the half that survives the strip and carries no term for the half that dissolves. It performs the B.13.T strip natively. This is checkable rather than impressionistic: the term has no metric component to remove. Firmamentum likewise names firmness, a property, and not a thickness, a magnitude.
III.4 · The one-way traffic and the Aperture Law
Both traditions encode directionality at the interface and both encode it one way.
In the firmament structure the passage is through windows and the traffic descends. The waters above come down; nothing ascends. That is the Aperture Law without paraphrase: the deciding input is supplied and never generated, located and uncrossed from below, an instrument-produced witness rejected at intake.
In the Quranic register the word carries the impassability twice and in two functions. At 55:19-20 and 25:53 the barzakh stands between two seas that meet and do not overpass, which is the interface function. At 23:100 the barzakh is the interval behind which there is no returning, which is the one-way function. One word, interface and impassability, and in neither occurrence a magnitude. Given as form and not adjudicated, per the licensed speech-acts of CN-PSP-GHAYB-MASTER-01: revealed tokens as given, labelled isomorphisms at cataphatic grade, and nothing above that.
III.5 · The fluid on the horizon side is the field's own term
The water reading requires no stretch at the gravitational register, and this is the point where the naming layer stops being suggestive and becomes checkable. Standard general relativity treats the horizon as a two-dimensional viscous fluid with a shear viscosity, a bulk viscosity, and an Ohmic surface resistivity. Damour wrote it as eddy currents; Thorne, Price, and Macdonald wrote the membrane paradigm. Perturbations damp into the surface by quasinormal ringdown, which is register three of the audit above.
The discipline kept the word. The horizon is a fluid membrane in the technical literature and not by analogy, so the ancient vocabulary and the modern vocabulary name the same object with the same noun on that side, independently.
IV · WHAT THE NAMING LAYER IS AND IS NOT
It is a lexical-structural isomorphism at the naming register, cataphatic grade. The map runs from the term's semantic field to the type's three clauses: two reservoirs to the two censuses, the firm interface to the fixed locus, the one-way passage to the aperture. The map is exhibited clause by clause above and is checkable by anyone with the lexica.
It is not a third instance of the type. The firmament-in-the-cosmology is not a physical object. The solid dome over a flat earth with waters above it is false as physics and this card asserts nothing otherwise. There are two instances, arithmetic and gravitational, and one name.
It is not historical priority. SE-28 is the standing precedent and its typing governs: structural isomorphism, never historical priority. No claim is made that any ancient author anticipated the mathematics, the reflection, the census, or the horizon.
Its epistemic role is small, one-sided, and worth stating exactly. If the armed fixed locus is a native structure-type rather than an artifact of one formalism, one expects pre-formal vocabularies to carry a name for it, because humans name recurring structures. Finding such a name corroborates nativeness at the Hodge-clause tier. Finding none would have been mildly informative against. That is the entire weight and it is load-bearing on nothing.
The independence is real and it still buys nothing. Unlike the four registers of -01, which were all described in the framework's own vocabulary and therefore exposed to the common-source projection, the ancient lexica predate the framework and are genuinely independent generators. The CDT projection does not dissolve this convergence. It does not need to: corroboration of a type-recurrence multiplied by any number of independent sources is still corroboration of a type-recurrence, and the transport was zero before the multiplication.
V · THE TRANSPORT LAW, UNCHANGED
Zero, by two mechanisms, neither touched by the naming layer.
The ceiling. Face one is [⟀] and face two is [⟀ T]. A seal admits no upgrade, so corroboration lands where the work is already done.
The zero-information clause. Davenport-Heilbronn shares the critical line, satisfies the symmetric functional equation, and places infinitely many zeros off the line, the off-line zero re-certified near real part 0.8085 at the 10⁻³⁰ scale. Any correspondence stated at the line survives the falsity of zero-residence and therefore carries zero mutual information to it. Adding a name to a correspondence that transports nothing transports nothing.
VI · THE FENCE, [X], FOUR NAMED INFLATIONS, SCOPED AND TERMINAL FOR NO FACE
One, the lift. Reading any of this as touching, weakening, or lifting [Ξ₀] on the formal truth-string. Barred by the transport law and by the arm ontology of APEX-PSP-FORMAL-ALONE-01: the string's condition is a truth-value resident in the multiplicative correlations off both eigenspaces, and neither a second armed locus nor a third name supplies a coordinate there. The Ξ-5 exits stay three and a name is none of them.
Two, the ghost-inflation. That mathematics unreachable by geometric force becomes a Platonic Ghost and is no longer real. Barred by Ξ-2 and fBA-R3, since Ghost issues only on a supplied independence proof; by the declining-direction clause of the Anti-Inflation Shield, since the instrument may report that it finds no purchase and may not report that none exists in the mathematics; by FORMAL-ALONE-01's own sentence that RH acquired neither arm and is fully a being for that; and by premise ten, the span inhabited by the Davenport-Heilbronn tenant, real and off the fold.
Three, cosmological literalism, new. Reading the firmament isomorphism as endorsing a solid dome, waters physically above the sky, or any ancient cosmological model as physics. The isomorphism is to the type and to the vocabulary that encodes it, never to the cosmology. The cosmology is false and this card says so plainly.
Four, reverse inflation, new, and it binds the author first. Reading the isomorphism as confirming the scripture, or as evidence for any theological proposition. W_social equals zero in both directions. Cross-tradition convergence corroborates and never proves per PSP-005, the field's it-is-just-coincidence and the author's it-fits are zeroed with equal force under FORGET-01, and the theological reading is routed out of band per the ninth rule of the Decalogue and is load-bearing on nothing in any verdict. A structural match at the naming register decides nothing about what is named.
VII · THE ONE CANDIDATE BRIDGE, CITED-LEAN GRADE, UNBUILT
The bare reflection is Euler-product-blind, which is why Davenport-Heilbronn shares it, so no bridge built on the fixed-set structure alone will transport. The one non-generic candidate is modular: Bisognano-Wichmann and Kay-Wald give the modular conjugation implementing the reflection with the boost as modular flow, resident at BA-002, MA-15, and sPSP-126 at Tomita-Takesaki Type C; the adele class space and the Bost-Connes system carry a modular structure assembled from the primes, and the adelic route is Euler-product-sensitive by construction. Per sPSP-FALLBACK-01 the forcing mechanism is self-adjointness and not reflection, the operator is unbuilt, and the trace-formula version is a reformulation equivalent to the hypothesis rather than a route past it. Aperture located, typed supply-only, uncrossed, the afterimage fence behind it per MD-PSP-AFTERIMAGE-01.

Closes no problem. Does not prove RH, does not move any face of APEX-PSP-RH-MASTER-01 and by the Revision Mandate could not, since it adds arrangement and not mass. Authors no black-hole theory and leaves the interior, the singularity, and the information question at the declared hole. Endorses no cosmology. Adjudicates no scripture and asserts no theological proposition. Issues no halt token, so no aperture clause is mandated here beyond the one carried at the candidate bridge. The map is open at its edges: an exhibited functor rather than a shared type, or a supplied witness on the multiplicative axis, would change the typing, foreclosed by nothing here.
XI · CENSUS AND RECONCILIATION

XII · PROVENANCE
Commissioned this session on the architect's order to seat the firmament and barzakh isomorphism codex-native, the companion journal paper deliberately excluded from carrying it. Two auditor-side breaks from -01 remain recorded as withdrawn and not as verdict movement: register two mis-paired horizon area against the orientation-blind scalar instead of arrow against arrow, and register three applied the Davenport-Heilbronn witness at the string register to a claim made at the kinetic face. The six-turn scope collision on "not formal-alone" is retained as the standing exhibit for the non-compressibility law at the sentence level. Single voice, standing-law text, no revision markers in the body, afterimage-free, em-dash-free. The card claims no certainty it has not earned and its settlement rests with Allah ﷻ.
