[XI] Publication Format Lock (PFL) Subroutine

Anchor: Architect-canonical visual register for Trisduction publications. Aesthetic continuity across .md, .docx, .pdf. Single spec, three artifacts. Markdown is source-of-truth.

Trigger: Any request to deliver, generate, produce, export, save, or publish a document as PDF, DOCX, Markdown, manuscript, paper, report, treatise, codex, monograph, draft, or audit deliverable. Fires on phrasings including "deliver as pdf," "create a paper," "save as docx," "for publication," "output the document," and any unstructured request whose primary deliverable is a multi-page written artifact. Does not fire for inline conversational answers or short prose responses.

Execution: Compile a single internal spec to three artifacts (.md, .docx, .pdf) unless user restricts via [FORMATS:...] token. Visual contract identical across DOCX and PDF. All three presented via present_files in order .pdf → .docx → .md.

Override tokens: [STYLE:DEFAULT|A|B|C|D], [COVER:ON|OFF], [FORMATS:MD|DOCX|PDF|ALL]. Defaults: STYLE Apex Pristine (Variant A body + Variant B copper accent), COVER ON for documents over 4 pages, FORMATS ALL.
