An Invitation to the Thinkers.

There are two types of people
1. The Group of believers.
It includes the "herd" or the people, regular priest, mullah, "enlightened one", scientist, politicians, philosopher of all kind and nonbelievers. Nonbelievers include believer of non-existence of god (i.e. Atheist), including professional atheist, writers and skeptics and the rest of the "Scientifically and commercially enlightened". Scientist themselves believe on scientific "dogmas" without any proof of their basic assumptions, then they do the rest of the experiments, pretending for the herd that they know everything. Mathematicians have doubts on their numbers and equations. Philosophers are perplexed from day one. Don't believe me? Just do your homework. They "know" (note small "k" for the word know) little things but still have doubts, hence they have to have faith and belief (hence" believer"). Faith is the last resort they cling to avoid psychological discomfort or worse, committing suicide.
2. The Group of "Knowers" (note the capital "K" for "Knowers")
I cannot put any other names for this group, although I can create a new term "The Sopher" [ie. Possessor of Knowledge, not just love it or not just looking for it ("Philosophers")]. This group Knows by their personal experience. Everybody has the tools to be a Knower, but unfortunately, most of them are not ready to receive it, hence the Knowledge cannot don on them. I don't know any of the Knowers personally but I know this group exist.
Few examples:
"It’s better to conquer yourself than to win a thousand battles. Then the victory is yours. It cannot be taken from you, not by angles, demons, heaven or hell".

"Those who seek should not stop seeking until they find. When they find, they will be disturbed. When they are disturbed, they will marvel, and will reign over all. If you bring forth what is within you, what you have will save you. But if you don't seek and do not bring it forth, what you do not have within you will kill you. And then you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free."

"One who knows his self, knows His Lord."

These people Know for sure. There are many more too, but typically they are silent about it because there nothing to talk about something if you Know it absolutely. They don't just believe staff. They KNOW. It has to don on you. Only that's how you know.

All of them (Believer [see the definition of believer], and Knowers) knowingly or not knowingly serving "The One." This is the only conviction I have.

Then the questions are:
"Do you want to know who you are serving for"?
"Why do I ever want to know?" Or "What's the point if I am already happy?"
"And what if I don't want to serve him?" Or even "Why he is exploiting us?"
To answer these questions, I just want to say, it's just extremely pleasurable experience and its our right to know and because we are designed to know. Otherwise there will be always a subconscious bad feeling, NO MATTER HOW MUCH YOU ACHIEVE on earth, so subconscious that it will not be accessible to you but will be manifested as a different discomfort or uneasiness or impulses (Please see the ADHD Essay). If you know the truth, you will not need anything else, not even the desire for immortality on this world and the Truth will set you free.
****And this is important....
If you are really, really not at "unease" with this kind of thoughts, then blessing on you. You don't have to know. You are just an angelic being and doing perfectly fine.

The lips of wisdom is closed except for those with understanding.

Look inside (psychology) and look outside (science).
You have the tools, your brain, books, researches and internet.
Remember ..The Knowers are not interested in enlightening people. You cannot enlighten people, if they are not prepared. Those who are distributing knowledge commercially are the QuasiKnowers. The QuasiKnowers rules the world. As you know, Knowledge is power and the powerfuls knows that his power lies in his knowledge. That's why he accumulate more power, ie. Knowledge. Just like power has inherent tendency to be centralized, the knowledge associated with those also tends to be hidden. Nobody wants to distribute their power away, similarly, nobody is generous enough to distribute true knowledge just for free. Instead of distributing you knowledge, QuasiKnowers distribute a package of organized religion or retired technology & toys for the herd to follow and live by. Paradoxically, it actually works on your behalf because, when you come to Know, then it's your own credit and you will feel debt free!

The Accuser, The Cause of Despair

Let's consider a Grail of water analogy. "I AM" the organizer of this thought experiment. I poured water to the Grail upto the half of it and kept the rest of the jug of water under the shelf. Then I will invite people to my house to enjoy the nice cold Grail of water in a hot summer day. Before I offer this grail of water to my guests, the only expectation I have that the guest will be polite and understanding of my sincere efforts. Before I offer them the half full Grail of water, I will ask the following question to the guests:
"How much of the Grail is filled with water?"
There are mainly two versions of the answers: 1) The glass is half full. 2) The glass is half empty. Now, let's analyze the answer. Which of the answer is correct one? Actually, both of them are equally correct but one will take you towards emptiness and others will take you towards fullness. One will take you towards completeness, the other will take you towards incompleteness. What is your intrinsic goal? Does your heart crave for completeness? If yes then you ought to say that the Grail is half full. In contrast, those people who say the Grail is half empty are actually complaining for not being full. Because if not completely full, for them, it is not full at all. He is accusing it for not being full. Although, superficially it seems to be a silly situation of no intrinsic value, this distinction of half fullness or half emptiness, has a profound significance in the deeper level. Once you have the inclination to complain about incompleteness, you are just entangling yourself and making your goal of filling the Grail to the brim difficult, if not impossible. Your goal is to fill the Grail with water in the first place, remember?
Once you allow yourself in accuser position in an ambivalent or equally true situations, you immediately become blindfolded. I agree, both are true, but you are preventing yourself from seeing the hidden truths and you are actually actively moving away from the truth on your own volition. Once you are in accuser mode, you will only see the half empty Grail, nothing else. Because you are complaining about the half empty Grail, out of this disappointment you will reject to take that half empty Grail of water (because you went there for a full Grail of water), start putting some words or thoughts as an expression of your anger and you will eventually abandon the half Grail and leave the house altogether and start a new search for full Grail. Isn't it counterproductive to your original intention to have the full Grail? Unfortunately, once you have chosen, on your own volition, to be on accuser mode, you cannot see the reality "as it is" because the very act of accusing will block your vision to see the situation clearly. In contrast, if you see the Grail as half full, only then you will see the fact that, somebody has already filled half of the Grail for you in first place. If you can see this simple fact, your inner wisdom will tell you to look for the person who filled the glass. Unless you have this question in your mind, you cannot even think of looking for the Waterbearer. Unless you see the Grail as half full, your inner self will not guide you to ask the critical liberating question of "Where is the Grail filler?" The question will then lead you to the person who has the water, waiting for you to be asked to fill the Grail with water to the brim. And thus your original desire to have a full glass of water fullfilled.
Do you know what is the source of your accusative mindset? You think, it's entirely your own volitional, right? Do you know why the other guys did not complain about the half-fullness of the Grail? What is the difference here? But you, on your own free choice, took the side of accusation. Eventually this choice prevented you to ask the right question and hence to see the hidden truth. Now what is the operating force here that you are in agreement? Accusation. Is it your own choice? Yes. Then you should not complain for not finding the truth, because you chose not to. Keeping these answers in mind, allow me to share some surprising information with you. The word Satan literally means "The Accuser". The word Iblis means "He/it that causes despair". Did you chose the path of Satan/Iblis on your own choice? Did the scriptures tell you that Satan is smarter than you can think ? Did not your scripture tell you that Satan will give you an impression that you are not doing anything wrong and you are just exerting your innocent free will?
The moral of the story is: Don't be in accusative mode in ambivalent or ambiguous situations. Believe in goodness behind people's action, instead of accusing them for their deed. Hate the sin but not the sinners. Most of sinners did the sin because they had to, with some exceptions such as psychopaths. Still, in most of the cases the sinner is victim of the situations. If you have the true mindset of hating the sin but not the sinners, only then you can perceive the truth that created the situation for the sinner. This is the one of the Grand rules for your salvation! These small truths, little by little, will take you to the Ultimate Truth. This is exactly why all the great traditions require you to be a free thinking, good hearted man with straight and square in actions, before they will even consider you for initiation into the Grand mystery, because without this mindset you will not understand it, even if they tell you the mystery in simple language. And if you are truly a good hearted, upright man and you ask with utmost sincerity, you will be given the answer from within without any external help ie. the guru, prophets or mystery schools.
Where are you in the cycle?

An organism possessing a rational mind who can see the dualism (ie. good vs bad, male vs. female, before vs. after etc.), is in a privileged position to discover "something" profound. I am keeping this "something" deliberately cryptic and keeping it to be discovered by yourself, if you dare! But I will talk about the people/organisms/beings who are searching for it and how much they can discover. The types of organisms who can potentially have this dualistic rational mind include:
1. Human/Transhumans [H+]
2. Future Humanoids from Chimps and Monkeys, if earth survives that long enough and if humans are generous enough to allowed such instead of trying to make them slaves.
3. Atlantians or Hyperboreans
4. Olympian, Celtic, Druidic, Hindu, Chinese, Arabian, Persian, Aryan, Aztec or other mythical beings
5. Extraterrestrial/ Pleiadians/Alien intelligence
6. Sumerian /Egyptian mythical creatures / Annunakis
7. Any other conceivable physical, intelligent organisms anywhere in the universe with a rational mind.
What is this thing that these organisms can discover? This thing is the thing that you already know but do not understand, hence you are looking for it. In contrast, the things you don't know absolutely you can not even imagine it and will not know it ever, most likely because it does not exist. If you know something and understand it completely, you are not interested in and hence not looking for it. What does the organism, who are possessing a rational mind, know and hence trying to understand and searching for it? What is the Grandest thing they can discover? Please note that I did not used the word invention, because there is nothing to invent here. The thing or Truth always existed, but when you find it, you call it discovery. Invention is, in one sense, still discovery because it is mere permutation and recombination of things assembled in such a way that it looks brand new but the raw materials or energies always existed to begin with.
Based on the extent of the journey and how much they understand what they already know, these organisms can be categorized as following: [Note, it's not a strict category. It's just a continuous gradation for the purpose of understanding. One person can be at different phases at different points of times depending on his effort and sincerity. The same organism can be at different phases at the same time too!]
1. NonCyclers:
These are ordinary law abiding citizens. They are consumed by their mundane task of feeding and proliferating themselves. They are very docile, dependent on authority because they cannot think for themselves. Their main concern is food, sex, health, safety and pleasure. To have all of these, all they need is some money and their chief motivation of life to earn money. Typically they take pleasure from TV, sex, booze, footballs etc. Occasionally, they build up social bonding with their family and immediate neighbor, but they are afraid to make relation with outsiders. They are afraid of anything new and unorthodox. They abide by the prevalent religion or social customs and they have no questions in their life to ask, because everything can be asked is already answered for them by scientist, religious leaders, government or some sorts of authorities. They live a happy life and dies. Nobody will ever remember them again just after two generations, and even within these two generations, only family members will occasionally remember them, often with despise. They work in the assembly lines of productions which will be used by subsequent strata. Back in the old days they were called gentiles but now they are called good, law abiding citizens.
2. QuarterCyclers:
This group arises out of the awareness of the fact that there is more to life than what the NonCyclers are doing. They try to understand the world. They feel that they can do better. They start the famous "Hero's Journey" but without knowing what they exactly want. They learned some techniques that they are good at, trained themselves in colleges and universities. They achieved some confidence, self esteem and learned how to respect others and be respected by significant others. Out of their intrinsic abilities, they might pursue a very different paths. Some of them becomes painter, artist, actor/actress, musician, novelist ect. The practitioners of this arts track make themselves believe that they are satisfied in their life and tries to become content. They find their purpose of life in arts and by expressing what they do, they are trying to satisfy their inner impulses of creativity. However, at the end, they remain unsatisfied, although skillfully pretending not to, out of their self-esteem and feigned confidence and to protect themselves from cognitive dissonance. Out of this dissatisfaction, gradually they becomes more and more impulsive and started to degenerate, which is manifested as sexual experimentation, celebrity craze, drug uses, suicides, or utter renunciation of arts profession altogether. Those who perceive arts as not a good way to express their creativity, follows the science track. They are concretely rational, logical, mathematical in their thinking and works. Ebullient with enthusiasm, they try to do real science, discover useful things that the potential to serve the humanity well but near the end, they have an eerie sense of incompleteness in their task and if they are honest with themselves, many will regret that they have spent their whole life chasing a ghost! Like other humans, a scientist's soul yearns for the truth, but with contemporary science, all you can do is to check what are the things which are not true ["falsification" theory put forwards by Karl Popper]. Additionally, they will see many of their original scientific works are being commercialized and now being used by the corporations and politicians against their original intentions. The humanity will remember them for a longer time for their good task but they themselves are not happy and have a vague feelings that they have wasted their own lives, chasing a goal which they never achieved, never suspected that most of their goals were not genuinely self-created, rather, those goals were imposed or injected by the society for its mundane needs. Seeing the utter uselessness of arts and science for their own lives, the smart, charismatic, pragmatic ones decide to build a better society by controlling the lower strata and becomes a politicians or in more extreme case revolutionaries. They use scientist, artist, music, TV and media as his tools to impress the NonCyclers and simultaneously carefully suppress the sciences that can become an inconvenience for them to achieve their goals. They will eliminate anybody who is not in agreement of their "vision" and wage ideological or military war in home or abroad. Once they have achieved their "vision", slowly but surely, in their own lifetime or down the road when they are watching it from their graves, they will come to realize that, no matter how good and original their intention or vision was, the ideology or political structure degenerates and becomes a new monstrosity to oppress the meek. To their dismay, they are either assassinated by the same people for which they devoted their life to or see the horror of the monster that they have created and then repents for their mistakes but without any hope of redemption. Seeing the disharmony in the world, once in a while there comes some revolutionary anarchist who tries to undo the harm, but is doing so they are creating more harm than ever before! And finally seeing the all these mess, the remaining of the people who are helpless but wise becomes depressed and start medicating himself by drugs, smoking or some real medications. In some cases, the wise depressed starts to write and becomes world renown critics, novelist, poets etc. The humanity remembers them for even longer time for their excellent works but they themselves are depressed, unhappy, becomes more and more isolated and dies miserably.
3. HalfCyclers:
Those people who are brilliant enough to see the fallacy of the QuarterCyclers's thinking and way of pursuing life, start to examine everything very carefully. They start to dissect the assumptions that lead to the demise of QuarterCyclers. They study logic, mathematics and science carefully not to fall in the same trap that scientist, revolutionaries, politicians fell. After deep contemplation, they find the hidden assumptions behind those disciplines and the causes of the futility of such efforts. They found the real problem of all of these are linked with their own existence. For example, if there is an effect, there must be a cause behind it. Only the scientist or statistician will call it a chance. He is wise enough to see the weakness to all of these reasoning and finally reaching a point when he can see the irreconcilable dilemma. People cannot tolerate gaps in their thoughts, technically know as cognitive dissonance. They have to take a side. Most of the cases, their mind cannot operate without filling the gaps in their thoughts. To fill up the gap, they have to take some kind of actions. Those who are more rationally minded fills the gap with a "leap of faith" and becomes the Fidels. This includes Church high fathers, Popes, Muslim caliphate or mullah, or High Priest of other religions who often act as a backbone for the society including for the politicians, or governments. Those who are more empirically minded refuse to fill the gap for lack of evidence, becomes agnostic or atheist, who often act as a backbone for scientist. Together, this group always creates the establishment and some eminent members of this class or their direct disciples become the presidents or the rulers of the lands. They strive to solve the unsolvable problems of the nations but at the end always fail to establish the promised "kingdom of haven" on earth. In either way, they are trying to handle the gaps of their knowledgebility but cannot overcome it. The disciple of the either schools [Fidels or Infidels] with sufficient moral, ethical and rational power becomes philosophers who exert a even longer lasting influence on humanity. Despite all these, deep inside they are still anxious about the gap that they have connected by faith or non faith, and hence at unease. To compensate that uneasiness, they work even harder, pray even harder, or do experiments even harder without finding any way to eliminate it completely and remains uncomfortable till the end.
4. FullCyclers:
By some mysterious ways, some people came to realize completely what they were originally looking for. Frequently they use the term "Divine Grace" by which they have found the true mystery of existence without any gaps in their Knowledge. This group includes Prophets, Mystics, Buddhas, Grand Sufis, true Seeers, Esotericist, Occultist and the true Enlightened one. These people understand the things that they know without any shadow of doubts and hence completely content and satisfied. They are completely aligned with nature and its harmony. They typically try to communicate, although their language is mostly incomprehensible for the rest. The rest of the people know that whatever the FullCyclers are saying must be true but they do not just get it completely. They becomes confused, often infuriated. Out of envy and insecurity of QuarterCyclers or HalfCyclers, the FullCyclers often get killed, because QuarterCyclers and HalfCyclers have been searching for the same thing for their whole life without success and these FullCyclers are creating an immediate threat to their establishment. After killing them, they make themselves the true disciple of the FullCyclers and propagate a new religion or scientific discipline roughly based on their teachings that will only strengthen their own preexisting establishments. In some rare cases, some FullCyclers avoided death miraculously and lived a completely happy, illustrious life. In either ways, these FullCyclers emerge as the prototypical role models and becomes the immutable, everlasting original "archetype of the archetype" of life for the whole humanity.
5. MultiCyclers:
There are some FullCyclers who travels the cycle of life several times and becomes the MultiCyclers. As you can expect, this group is extremely rare but have a profound and sustained indirect effect on humanity. They never communicate their Knowledge. These MultiCyclers are impossible to recognize unless you are a FullCycler or MultiCycler. They seems to be a regular law abiding citizens, just like NonCyclers, but are silent and hermetic in nature. These are the hidden masters scattered among all the Cyclers (ie. Poets, Travelers, Workers, Writers, Journalist, Parents, Philosophers, Humanitarians, Scientist, Janitor, Homeless, you name it) who are supporting and nurturing the humanity, preventing it's own collapse despite all the mess that the rest have created. They are acting literally like the "Atlas" who is holding the world on their shoulder! In exchange of theses great services, they don't even want any credit or recognition because they they know what they are doing and why they are doing. Those MultiCyclers know Everything and Nothing and hence they are silent. Their lips of wisdom is closed excepts for those with understanding. A MultiCycler's life might look like the following picture and as you can see, technically they can be found anywhere in the circle, intermingled with any Cycler, but in silence.
Let me finish this article by asking a rhetoric question: In what phase of the life cycle are you currently in?
How valid is your thinking that came out of this cosmos?

The constituents that made our body is not the exceptions to the nature. Our body is roughly made of, in the same proportion what is available in the universe. For example, Hydrogen, Oxygen, Nitrogen, Carbon these are all commonly found elements in the earth, stars and the universe in general. Thus the compounds that made our body is not the exception to this universe, rather than the usual and expected one. Just like our body came out of the matter in the cosmos, our mind evolved from the physical interactions of those particles and masses. Just like the irregularities of some mass does not mean that we cannot examine the original general properties of the mass and that general properties are not valid. Similarly, just because our thinking can be apparently erroneous sometimes, does not mean that rational, pure, educated, dispassionate thinking process and highly sophisticated intuition is not as valid as science. The only Achilles heel here is to find a valid starting point for the thinking and asking the right questions from that ground (see "reason and intuition" essay). Off course, meanwhile, in order to check how good is your thinking and how well aligned is your thought with the world, you can formulate some hypothesis about some issues for practice without prior knowledge about the outcome and find the data or check the results afterwards to see how well was your thought in recognizing the truth without prior empirical evidence. If you can formulate hypothesis in many different situations based on literature reviews and information available, and find that you accurately predicted the results which you find later to be true then its a good news and your thought is getting trained in right direction. Let's analyze the situation. I am just mentioning the major contributors [ignoring infinity many others for the sake of simplicity]. For example, what is the probability of your existence by random chance in the whole universe? What is the probability of your thinking the way you are doing? What is the probability that some other person with whom you are not connected in thought or time or culture in any conceivable way is also thinking exactly the same conclusion (remember the phrase "wise men think alike"?) and in retrospect you both found out that whatever you guys thought is actually the case confirmed later by empirical data. Now calculate the joint probability of those unimaginably tiny events together. I can use some variables, coefficients and fancy looking equations to look impressive but I will not, because that's not the the point. Even just conceptionally, you can see that you can be as certain as the size universe, if not more. Theoretically, it's bigger than Graham's number when you take all variables in consideration. When you can come to this level repeatedly, then you can put more weight on your own thoughts. Otherwise keep working on your thought training. If you miss, then you have to carefully dissect the whole scenario. You have to find the reason of your wrong conclusion. Is it faulty reasoning or false appreciation of the background information or literature? In what step you missed it? Was it preventable? In what ways? By more meticulous thinking or more data collection or background reading? Was there any problem in the reference material? Was it incomplete? How and where can you have more reliable information? Can you ever get a completely reliable information or literature? You can not typically find these answer from a single source. You have to read extensively from multiple primary documents. Additionally, you have to read the background of the paper like the biography of the author, philosophy of that author, geopolitical and social melieu of that time etc. Not the least, you have to also read between lines. Yes, thought training is that hard and believe me, it still worth it because the reward is bigger than you ever imagined. We are designed to think, remember?
In order to understand hydrogen or heat you don't have to go to and experiment with sun. You can still examine hydrogen and heat found here on earth, even in our body. They are perfectly aligned under the same physical laws. Similarly, we don't have to find an ultra intelligent beings or authorities out there to validate our intuition and thinking process. Its already aligned with the underlying Cosmos's principle if done properly because our true self represents this Cosmos. In fact, our unconscious part has the latent memories of cosmos. I am aware of the fact that our thinking or intuition can lead to awry but like anomalies or irregularities in physical worlds, they are not the most common variety. Even in presence of anomaly and using intuition as the ground for science, science typically is unwilling to accept anything mere intuitive, no matter how genuine they are, unless 'falsified by empirical paradigm". Rather they reject those ideas as a walking dead philosopher's babel and figments of imagination.We should not be dissuaded by these unfortunate scientific dogmas and the anomalies. Sometimes anomalies are the first pointer of some underlying profound laws. Just like anomalies in material or physical world are the exceptions, so does fallacy of thinking. In the same line of reasoning, cognitive biases are the exceptions and luckily can be recognized and eliminated by proper thought trainings. Most of the cognitive fallacy comes from your emotional or personal pre-preference, your past experience or biases. Alternatively, it can be due to incorrect starting assumptions. Most of the time, especially when done carefully, sincerely, honestly, with a completely detached meditation, our thinking is perfectly aligned to principle of cosmos. So don't be shy in using your intuition and thought. Don't listen to those scientist who will reject any idea born in your rational mind as figment of imagination unless "falsifiable by empirical evidence". You can rely on you, your thought and enjoy the journey.
Logic and human mind

Logic is the only rational tool we have. Logic will show you the truth out of data. It is not mathematics. Mathematics is just a tool to help you think logically and clearly. At the end of the day, mathematics is just subservient to the logic. Too many people rely on mathematics more than their logic in a such a way that the servant have become the masters of the the original master, forgetting the original design. [A good analogy is in a democratic society government (Servants) becomes the master of the people (the Masters) while the original design was upside down].
If logical conclusion leads to some paradox then you still have to solve it logically. The best thing is to check the assumptions for their validity. It still involves logic but again that's the only tool you have. You have to use you all logical resources before drawing your penultimate, (if not the ultimate) conclusion. Its hard and time & effort consuming, I know! But still it worth it because that's our job, to "think". Even after exhausting all of your logical resources, if you still left with paradoxes, then don't blame the logic per se. That's the nature of reality. Lean how to deal with it, don't just complain about the best tool on the universe known to exist. And remember, Heroes never complain.
Anyway, logic will lead you to even paradoxes but it will not compromise in detecting truth, given you tried enough. Sometimes logic will say that both are true even they are mutually exclusive. This is the birth of paradoxes. Don't fall in "the danger of taking one as true but because they are mutually exclusive the other must be false" trap. Don't overuse logic. Don't overshoot. If logic tells you both are true, then keep that in the same way, of course after exhaustive use of logic and available evidences. Don't just be biased to take one as true over the other for your false comfort. It will strike you back. Learn how to live in full of paradoxes, because life itself is a paradox. When somebody knows something as true as fully as he knows himself, but still can not prove it due to logical impossibilities, then the only way he can convey the message by making up some stories, often fantastic stories. This is the birth of myth. Although the denotation of myth itself is false, but it points towards the connotation of some underlying truth to it. If you have an inquisitive and imaginative mind then you will see the truth as clearly as day light behind the veil of myths.
Even with this best use of logic, it cannot guarantee the veracity of the starting assumptions. How can I find genuinely true assumptions? All of the mathematicians, scientists, and logicians are conveniently silent here. It is very uncomfortable for them to talk about those to general public because they don't want to expose their sham starting points. After all they have to have people's faith on them in order to keep them in business. The very starting points they are taking a truth have no scientific ground at all. It's our old good friends namely common senses and gut feelings. Again you have to use logic to probe the assumptions to check for its integrity. But again to check that we need to take even deeper assumption as the new starting point and ad infinitum. At the bottom of such inquiry you will end up with following situation:
"If logic is the tool for ferreting out truth then how can I find the assumption that will validate the logic itself".
The answer of this kind of question will lead to a strange loop which itself is a paradox. As I told you, don't overuse logic and overshoot. This paradox has to be dealt with another complementary paradox. That's the only solution. Just try to imagine why there is such a thing called logic in first place. Logic and assumption are coming form the same source except we see logic and assumption as a concretely different classes of thoughts. Actually they are the different face same coin. Logic is put there just to identify the existence of assumptions but under disguise of being a separate entity. Logic is just put there to acknowledge or appreciate the existence of the veracity of assumptions. This self realization is the marvel of duality logic and its original goal. That's the birth of something new coming out of underlying principle but the new is still part or embedded in the whole without any independent existence! But it looks like they have independent existence and the logic has the total freedom to decide which one is true. Again a paradox. He who understand and master this paradox will feel and appreciate the truth of existence of both sides of the coin, where they meet and thrive.
You need both reason and intuition

Asking right question is approximately ~ 50% achievement towards right answer. Asking a wrong question, even though if you find any genuine answer to it, will take you in wrong direction. As there is only one underlying reality and truth, asking one wrong question is enough to permanently deviate the trajectory of your searchlight of thought away from the truth, no matter how many right questions you will ask after one wrong question. This is the real meaning of the expression of "the path to the truth is very narrow and straight".
It is very critical to find what is really important and what is the right question out of the superrreal postmodern world. Original truth was encoded with sings and symbols which have now lost their meanings and replaced with similar but not identical imitations. Now the "garden variety" of reality is based on those false imitations, signs and symbols which is totally disconnected with original reality and replaced by more sensational superrrealty. To ask right question on right issues out of these garbage "truths", it needs some intense thought training. Good news is, this part you can cultivate. Do your homework on that, mostly by self-learning and observations.
Once you have decided what are the things that really matters, then it is time to ask questions about those. Be careful before you ask. You have to treat each questions as important as if your life depends on each questions. Asking 10 consecutive right question, for example, will bring you 99% towards the truth but even then, it will never take you to the truth itself. At the end, you need the gift of intuition. How can you make or train your intuition? Unfortunately, you cannot and fortunately, it's already there. In order to find it and use it, you have open up all options on the table. You have to travel the unknown abyss of yourself and you have to let go. Its like Heisenberg's uncertainty principle. If you try to catch it, it will only recede. You have to be submissive and humble, not by empty words, but by your whole self, which will be expressed in your acts and deeds. Then it will come to you, if you are sincere and honest enough for knowing. This is the rationale behind disciple, asceticism, sacrifice, chastity and meditation. It gives you the better chance of finding the deep intuition. Then the ultimate powerful intuition will come to you and you will find the answer of everything you ever asked.
Logic: strength and weakness

Logic, the most powerful tool you have, if used correctly, is absolutely reliable, but only if your starting assumption is also absolutely correct. Because it's very very hard to find an indisputable ground or assumption from which you can build up logical chain of thoughts, logic can and will lead you to wrong conclusions. The only weakness of logic I can see is its dependence on premise. Otherwise logic, if used methodically, is as good as it can get.
When your premise start from intuition rather than logic per se, then your logic will dependent on your intuition. If you have a correct intuition then your logico-intuition is as good as it can be. Intuition is such a thing that you can not cultivate, but it can only be recognized. Why? Because intuition comes from the pre-conscious region of the kingdom of Freudian/Jungian unconscious. You can be only aware of intuition but you cannot see where and how it is coming from, unless you have some special access to your unconscious. All intuition is already there and there is nothing more you can cultivate or concoct. The only thing you can do or have to do is to recognize the nature of the situation. If everything that happened is buried inside the intuition, if intuition already knows the staff, and lastly if any conclusion you draw is dependent of intuition then what is the point of thinking or using logic? This is the grand bug in the system that you have to deal with. You have a infinity degree of freedom to find out the mystery of this bug. To find the answer of this problem, again you have to go back to your intuition. No matter how dramatic is the suggestion of the intuition, you have to accept it unless you can find a better one. My answer, with my best intuition recognition and logical training, is as following:

1. I think, therefore , I am (ie. I exist).
2. Something cannot come out of nothing. (If the scientists claim that we came out of nothing then I would say that "nothing" is still a "thing" that they don't understand).
3. I am, therefore, Creator was.
4. Creator was, and I am still here, therefore Creator is.
This is just an example of logic but it still has some implicit intuition embedded deep inside, hence difficult to see. Things are not as simple as you might think. The real, deep mystery of the existence can be summarized as following:
You already have the answer of your existence (from Unconscious ➡Intuition) but you are trying to find why and how did this happen [for example, by using reason and logic ➡mathematics ➡science ] with an absolute degree of freedom.
You cannot know something that you don't already know.

If you know something and understand it, you are not interested in looking for it, because you already got it completely. What you don't know, by definition you cannot even imagine and search for it, because it resides in some dimension that is either nonexistent or you don't have any access to it, yet. But when you already know something but you don't remember how, hence you don't understand it, in those situations, you delude yourself by saying "I want to know". No, no, no. Whenever you say you want to know, actually you already know it. When you say I want to know this or that, actually you are just trying to understand it. The "what" is the thing that you already know, but you are tying to find the "why" and "how".
From your everyday life you can tell that whatever you know about something in your day-to-day events, situations, skills, memory, knowledge about any particular event, you realize that you know that because you were involved in it. Either you practiced it to learn that technical skills, you watched the event, you talked with someone about something, you participated in some activity, you dreamed something but cannot remember it clearly, you tasted something, you smelled something, you heard something, you thought something, you tried something, you read something and most commonly you or somebody else you know did some mistakes. That's how you can recognize and reflect about those knowledge. But there are other knowledge that seems to inherent to us, for what we conveniently deluded ourselves by believing "that knowledge" is just innate and that's how we were made. No, no, no. Nothing defies causality and nothing comes out magically out of nowhere. What are the anterior phenomenons operating behind this "innateness"? Unfortunately, we have just taken this "innateness" for granted, which is actually a placeholder term, quite idiotically. Alternatively, there are some misguided people who will still preach you to believe that human mind is a "tabula rasa". Oh fool! they don't have the slightest clue. There is no point of talking about those uninitiated minds and their self deceiving beliefs. The matter of fact that there are many "innate" knowledge and we are trying to understand it. To our dismay, this passive acceptance of "unexplainable" nature of the "innate" knowledge is acting as the greatest barrier for Gnosis. To overcome this barrier, you have to find out how you know something, or feel something without apparent awareness of participation to those events responsible for those innate knowledge. For example, what is the source of seeking attention? What is the source of seeking approval? Where does the concept of love come from? What is the source of the knowledge that enable our pattern recognition? What is the source of the knowledge of time? What is the source of the knowledge of cause and effect? Where does the knowledge of language come from? Don't just answer like a parrot saying "It's innate. It's innate. That's all we know!"
Were you there and participated when those "innate" knowledge was developing? Can you remember those times? Was your brain also there at that time when those event was in there incipient stage? If your brain was not there then how come you can have those knowledge that you called innate? As I mentioned above, you cannot have a knowledge unless you were somehow involved. Don't just give me the answer such as "Oh that thing! I born with those innate abilities". Think, and think hard. I am assuming you already straightened up your thinking skill by recommended thought training. If not, please read the essay titled "How valid is your thinking". Think using everything, not just by using your brain. After all your brain was not there in those primitive time and hence conventional logic is useless to handle this magnificent task.
You can start thinking from "Young's Double Slit Experiment". Although most of the physicist, including some Nobel laureates will tell you that nobody understands Double Slit Experiment, but in order to understand the source of your knowledge in the "lingo of science" you have to understand the true meaning of that experiment. Think sequentially like a photon, a particle, atom and then molecule. Think like water, rock, plant and then animal. Then think using whole human body with all its constituent elements and cells including those of your ancestors. Please notice, thinking from these levels, you cannot use logic and premises which is a product of your brain. You have to think beyond logic. Seems impossible? Do your homework and meditation. Then you will know how to use your imaginations and traces of occult memories imprinted on those primitive forms. Lastly think conventionally starting from the enteric nervous system. Then think from spinal cords and then brain stem. Then go up and think from limbic brain including pineal gland. Then go to next higher thinking apparatus of striatum, right hemisphere, left hemisphere, hippocampus and lastly prefrontal neocortex. If you can access and extract memories from all of those levels then you will see where does the innate knowledge comes from and how this knowledge exist as of now. Don't expect to achieve this level of knowledge after spending just an hour or so. What ever you genuinely achieved in your life, it takes time. For example, if you want to have a baby and raise him as your dream son, it takes time and genuine efforts of some 10, 15 or 20 years. How can you even imagine to achieve the greatest task of the whole creation itself will come to you so easy. Remember, there is no shortcuts. Only after the greatest endeavor of your life you will understand it. Time and efforts needed varies from 5 to 50 years or more, of sincere, continuous contemplation but the good news is, it's never late! This will take you to your original goal of understanding something that you already knew. And this will your sooth you mind permanently and you will not ever be lost again.
Words or ideas: The Barriers of free thinking

We human are influenced by words or ideas and our decision is only as good as our information. Most of the information we have is second hand and given to us like Mosaic Law written in tablets. Math using some axiom is vulnerable to err if the axioms are not true. No matter how rigorous and beautiful as it seems, no mathematics can prove its own axiom. We have to rely on the axiom to be true without proof. Similarly we build our world starting with second hand and often politico-religiously biased words and information resulting in bad decisions and dissatisfaction which make us shun away from finding the question that is really important. All ideologies are biased and not helping much. If you need other person's interpretation to see whats going on then you are becoming a victim of ideology that might have a flaw or hidden agenda. Because you are attached to that ideology, you become blinded by the blind spots (of Godel). Unless you find out and assess the validity of the information that was passed to you, for yourself, where the information comes from, what was the original context, nothing will make any sense, and you will fall into prototypical "why bother, nothing is important. So just enjoy your life with football, alcohol, sex, drugs, and rock n' roll." As a matter of fact, nothing is hidden from you, everything is in front of your very eye. If one fool [like me] can see it, so does the other fools.
All it takes is the sincere willingness to know by observing and thinking for yourself and joining the pieces of puzzle that will show you the big picture. Its very convenient to pretend to be carefully oblivious so that no one can suspect that you are just an ignorant and thus avoiding the minor psychological inconvenience. Remember, there is a ongoing conflicts between light and darkness for your mind inside you and outside you. So don't be gullible. Don't assume any information unequivocally from one agent or another without assessing it by your judgement and wisdom. Put more weight on your own wisdom, only when you can see how your thoughts can be influenced!
Liking vs. Wanting: What does these mean?

If you want to see the bottom of the water in a lake from above, the water has to be quite. If the water is turbulent, you can't. If the water has lots of objects, you can't. If the water has any color or turbidity, you can't. It has to be absolutely clear and quite in order to see the bottom best. Anything you do to this water, it will just add extra noise and turbulence. You can not make a turbulent water quite by doing something. Anything you do will go against your goal. You have to learn the technique of letting it just be and wait. Only then it can quite itself so that you can watch what it is.
With this background, now we have to find the best thing to experiment or examine in order to examine the reality. What is the best thing in the universe to examine. There are multitude of options. Atom, subatomic particles, energies, lights or other electromagnetic radiations, elements, molecules, planets, stars, galaxies, minerals, water, seas, plants, animals, man, mind and spirit. Among all of theses what has everything in it? The best candidate is us, the human. What is the most complicated physical structure know to exist in the universe? It's the human brain. What is the most powerful instrument known to exist in the universe? It's human thought and power of imagination. What is most accessible to us? It is again us, the human. Thus the best object in the known universe you can examine and assess is your own body and mind. It is you. Man is the famous allegorical "microcosm" of the "macrocosm" or the whole universe. If you know yourself and know how your body and mind operates and why does it operate the way it does, you will get closer to real mystery of existence. Hence the wise saying goes "Know Thyself". Given you have done your homework and had your thought honed and trained [see the "How valid is your thinking" essay], the universe will open up and reveal its mystery to you. This "you" is not a special you. Anybody who genuinely undertake the quest, will be that "you". In order to understand yourself better, you need to see your inside as clearly as possible. But there is always some noise inside our mind, our thoughts, likings, wantings, opinions, attachments, preference and intellect. All these creates turbulence and obstructing the view to know yourself better. You have to master the techniques to remove all those unoriginal, unnecessary foreign particles to remove turbidity and purify the water of your mind in order to see the beautiful bottom of the Ground.
I will introduce you into the vast universe inside you by giving an example of the source of a common desire. During the process of growing up, all it started from the very first kiss of your mother. You can not remember the kiss, affection and care from your mother during first 6 months of your life but your body and mind still remembers it, although it's not recollectable in your conscious memory. How can you know that your body and mind still has the memory of it? You can find the answer by asking why you want attention, care and support today from your significant others, without any apparent reason. You think you want care and love because you just want it? Think again.We learn things and then forget the learning episode, then that forgotten associative learning becomes our so called "pure" desire. We then believe our desire is genuinely pure, unconditional and not tied with anything. You just want something because you like it or you want it. Oh fool! It is not as simple as you might think. Think again. Think hard. Attention and approval is the prime addiction we have but we do not remember when we got addicted to this attention and approval seeking behavior in first place. Now you know! Although many of the things that we do or want is either because of biologic need or for utilitarian drive but do we do everything for these mundane reason or do we want those for something else? I am not going to give you the answer. You have to find it for yourself.
Apoptosis of Philosophers and Scientists

When a child first becomes self-aware, he wonders about his surroundings and ponders about the sky. Children start to ask questions without shame and embarrassment about everything from trivial to deep, often inconceivable by inert, already graduated adults. For children, the world is fresh, nothing is banal. They examine everything in details with awe and wonder with their greatest amusement. Children are born philosophers and scientists. It is the exasperated parents, the teachers and adults, by whom their curiosity is strangulated and sentenced to death. Gradually, the world becomes routine and they there is no question left for them to ask, because for every question, there is a ready-made answers coming from authoritative figures. Don't believe me? Go to the 1st grade classroom and then 10th grade. You will see, who are the real philosophers and scientists. By the time when they are grown up, most of them will not look beyond their day-to-day needs and choirs. Then they are occupied with hustle and bustle of modern life and their curiosity is deeply repressed in their subconscious. There always remains a hidden anxiety but they don't know exactly what it is. Instead they blame the anxiety for life stress, jobs, relationships or failure to achieve socially prescribed goals, although these goals themselves are often stressful too. To overcome this basic drive, they then buy and read self-help books, see priests for salvation or go to the doctors for their head scanned. The self-help book authors claims that they are not reading his book carefully enough. Priest claims that he is possessed by evil spirits. Doctors claim there are some chemical or neurotransmitter imbalance and recommends antidepressant or anti psychotic pills. Nobody sees the obvious problem. The madness is by design, and this madness is not necessarily done by some group of people or governments, intentionally. The blame is ours, collective. When nothing helps then they resort to drugs [illicit] or medications [prescription] to calm them down and to help them stop asking questions. This is the bane of modern or postmodern society. This is how born philosophers or scientist dies. Curiosity and wonder of being and the drive to self-actualize is gagged and smothered. Instead, they are given the opium of institutionalized religion and mushroom of dogmatic, commercialized science. When this opium is not achieving satisfactory results in calming down the curiosity then they are given new opium of "Qualified Freedom", "Sexual liberation", Booze and footballs. For resistant and recalcitrant cases, psychedelics and Heroin become the only opium, which is, by definition, the infallible opium. This is how "defective" born philosophers and scientists die [apoptosis] and a regular, "normal citizens" are born.
Light: Truth, metaphor and trivialization

The worst possible things that could happen to the ancient people was the night. At night, it was dark. You cannot see. It is cold. You feel tired and the mysterious thing happens to you, called sleep. The carnivorous vicious nocturnal animals are out there in the dark looking for their dinner. You cannot see and cannot protect yourself. You are just afraid of darkness. On the other hand, during the day, you can see everything clearly. The sun is generously giving us the light. The Sun [not the Son!] is the light of the world. From sun's perspective everybody under the sun are equal. It is always there for you and will come back again to show his love for this world. Sun and its light supports and nurtures all lifeforms on earth and without the sun we are dead. Not only for our physical survival, sun's light is also essential for our soul to understand and to see. We are heavily designed to perceive the light, color, edge, shape, geometry of the things in this world. A big part of our brain (nearly 1/3) is directly involved in visual processing. The most of the rest of the brain is also indirectly involved in further processing and analyzing the details and its meaning. You are comfortable with visual inputs because you can see what's going on, what is safe, what is dangerous, and what is beautiful. We are dominantly visual creatures and hence we need light to see thing the way they are and to understand things as they are. Additionally, there is only one sun which it signified the single underlying reality and truth. No wonder why all ancient people in different cultures started to worship sun. Originally they chose sun as a symbols of underlying concept of light and its role in our life and as a means of understanding the world. The original sun worshipers used sun as a surrogate object because the concept behind it has no object, even today. But like all other human endeavor, truth is always distorted and people tries to overanalyze [over-anal-yze] or eventually trivialize the deep and hidden truth. Subsequent generations took sun symbol literally as "the truth" and started to create sun idols. That was the birth of paganism. If you think original pagan people were stupider than you, then think again. Original sun worshipers were as smart as you are ( if not smarter, plus they had an extra edge ie. they thought for themselves instead of priest or scientist in contrast to today's people). But if you take the words and what they are saying literally (which they themselves most likely did not take literally, especially at the beginning) then you will only see the utter absurdity and you will instantly discredit any merit they had behind the concept. You will treat them just a bunch of stupid and heretic pagans.
We just need metaphoric light for the purpose of vision, understanding, knowledge and wisdom but we don't want light for light's sake. Excessive light will bleach your vision and hence will block it. So you just don't want light for its own sake. Light's utility is also dependent on darkness. Without the darkness, how can you have any light? What we need is to understand, to contrast and to be able to appreciate. That is real meaning behind the metaphors of light. But, unfortunately, many people think god is light [as bible proclaims] and might be a special kind of light. Does this godlight falls into visible electromagnetic range or outside? If the godlight is not the visible then where is he and why is he hiding? Where we can find him out there? If you do a PhD in optics and light and after examining the all possible lights, you will not find any essence or light that you can equate with god's properties. You, rightfully frustrated, will naturally conclude that there is no god after all. This is the way, the poor scientist becomes agnostic or atheist, just by asking one wrong question and taking one biblical teaching without thinking about what that really meant.
Now the poor scientists who was convinced that there is no essence or Truth in light, starts the search for the ultimate substance behind all matters. They started to smash atoms to check for what is the smallest building blocks. The more they smash the atoms or subatomic particles in the Large Hadron Collider (LHC), the smaller particles they find. The "god particle" is fleeing away more speedily than scientists are approaching towards it. Eventually, the scientists find that there is no matter after all. Matter is just a temporary illusion generated by waveform probability distribution. There is no underlying substance for the matter. Matter emerged from the empty space as a virtual particle out of no where and vanished again out of nowhere. It's magical like that. At the end, what they have found just bewildered them even more. Now they are more confused than the beginning of their quest. Science should be clarifying in its goal, not to make comprehension harder. This the peril of misusing the gift of logos and intuition towards the egotistic rationalism and empiricism.
There are multitudes of laminae of understanding. If you think that you have got it all, it will only conclusively prove that you haven't got it yet. If you really do then you are not supposed to read this essay in first place! However it does not mean that you cannot have the part of the ultimate truth with you as a starting of this eternally fresh, never-ending "Quest" which is immune from boredom. Actually, the whole purpose of this never-ending quest is the amusement, and appreciation which in turn prevents you from boredom.
Time, Truth and Longings

People will listen to what they "want" to hear. People want acceptance from their peer/friends or relatives. People are gregarious. Nobody wants to be shun away. Why? Because of fear to be alone, fear of time and inevitable death, so they want to spend time and live the life with whom he can communicate. People want to be accepted by other in order their life to be meaningful. Now, in order to be accepted, people have to work within the society and family. You typically don't create rules in society. For most cases the rules are already there before you are born. And you can not change the rule all by yourself. It's too much work. And time is running against you. So the most pragmatic thing to get accepted by others is to go along to get along. That's how you don't have to spend lot of time to change everything. Instead you fit in. It's easy! Anything efficient, is also inbuilt in our system. Our entire learning is based on time efficiency. Look at those in Rescorla Wagner model. Look at Fibonacci sequence in the nature. Time is the constrain in the material/physical world. Time is the constraints of thermodynamics. As long as something physical, time constraints are always there. In this society people have no time or intention to discover everything all by themselves. They don't want to hear what's the reality. Honesty is, most of the time, time inconvenient. Honesty is painful. Honesty requires willing to accept inconvenience no matter what. Honesty is prime prerequisite to know the truth. And hence people are not interested in truth. There will be always some eyes that will not see, ears that will not hear, brain that will not perceive. Do you think, generally, people is more ignorant than you. Think again. Its a matter of choice. The problem is people don't care about the real truth, they just care for convenience and time efficiency. In summary, people, generally speaking, don't care for the truth because its too time and effort consuming but unfortunately, in long run it's hurting themselves.
Additionally, people are highly protective in hiding the fact that they don't want to listen the truth. It's a paradox indeed. If they don't know that they don't want the truth then how can they hide it in first place? To answer to this question, I have to say that they consciously are not aware of that but they still know in their unconscious that they are selectively ignoring the truth. In rebellion their unconscious mind [as well as body], produced some defense mechanism that manifested as the behavior that points to the fact that they know something but are not sure but still trying to hide something. The typical manifestation include denial, sublimation, acting out, paranoia, spitting, getting busy in petty things, excessive talktativeness, busy talks in rumours, celebrity, fashions, footballs, action movies, sex, pornographies, violence and many other things depending on situation.
Like the truth detectors inside people's unconscious mind, everybody also has a internal time efficiency detector (ITED), and whenever other faculties of mind goes against the internal time efficiency detector, somehow truth signals are just ignored to give preference to ITED, and then to compensate, it creates variety of impulses. It needs an astute mind to see why and where from these impulses comes from. It's the missing link that is responsible for this amnesia. For example, Survive [pain and bodily sufferings are constant reminder of importance of survival] the thermodynamics in this material world > replicate or proliferate > sex> lust> romanticism> care and nurture> love. So in this point of view, survival and continuation becomes love. If you claim that I love, just for the sake of love but not sex, then it seems apparently illogical and you are in deep amnesia hidden inside your psychi. If you really mean that you just love for love, then I have to ask you the difficult question: What is the source of this love? Because, everything has a source. Everything is bound by a cause and effect. The effect you are seeing is love, but did you ever ponder, what is the cause or source or true purpose of love? Are you just hiding the original drive of love and sublimating this love by redirecting the same affection or feeling to an surrogate object or person?
Cycles inside cycles

Pythagoras or Socrates knew the truth (Sophers). Plato knew from his masters that there is an ultimate truth but did not know what exactly it was. He did not achieved it and hence he fantasized and wrote about it so much (Philosopher) but the reader will feel some inconsistency and hence remained unsatisfied. Aristotle did not even believe Plato, and the Plato's truth, because he saw the inconsistency and believed that there is no truth unless I can perceive, discover or prove it (Scientist). Poor Plato and poor Aristotle! They missed the truth and hence misguided.
Similarly, Jesus knew the truth. Christianity knows that there is the ultimate truth but don't know exactly what it is. Fascinated and fantasize by the truth of Jesus they created a religion much later but there are some self contradictory issues and inconsistency. Seeing the inconsistency, the atheist started the doctrine that there is no truth unless I can see it and prove it. If I can not do it in my method nobody can and if somebody can then their method is not valid [not suspecting that there is a hidden flaw in this method]. Poor Christianity and poor atheist. Both are misguided.
This is the cycle inside cycle. History is repeating the events of small group of people's life. And small group of people is repeating what one single person is doing to achieve the knowledge. Whatever going on inside you, the whole world is doing that too. As above so below. Can you see it?
Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) in Adults!--- A global pandemic.

Dear Human,
Have you noticed that everything (except human) are immune from attention deficit hyperactivity disorder? This is due to the fact that their baseline energy level "almost" perfectly matched their phenotype. So they are not disturbed with their own nature. We human have much more energy in us than our body and mind can bear. Just like Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) in children, we have so much extra energy that we become hyperactive without our conscious knowledge.
Just like children
1. We are unaware of the existence of extra energy in our body. We always have to do something; we have to explore, we have to discover, we have to indulge, we have to enjoy, we have to be happy, but we don't know why we have to do those things! Just like kids, we say we want to do those things and that's it. We do not have the courage to ask, why we are doing what we do.
2. We don't put attention carefully on whats going on. We just do what we think (with some or huge influence from others).
3. We do not understand what is the meaning of things that we are doing.
4. We do not ask why we have too much energy ( unlike rest of the staff like molecules, cells, organisms) in first place.
All this can be best summarized as attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). It is totally okay to label children with ADHD but you are not allowed to put any such label to adult, no matter how identical both of theses are! Funny rules of the game! The result is the world we are seeing today. Good, bad, mediocre, cool, funny, sexy, fat, smart and the rest of it. Don't get me started on this list, lol. Everything has to have a name, everything has to be categorized in preexisting or "new" paradigm. It has to fit into the paradigm. It has to, unless, ... the child thinks (in adult's body)..., how things will operate? We cannot operate without this logic of paradigms.
Because we have so much energy, we are putting even more energy to into the existing energy to check what are the things we can do or achieve, rather than checking the nature of the original cause of this high energy to begin with. We are occupied with the buzz that we get in doing various things, in various phases of life. We never have the courage, intellect or sincerity to think why we get buzz at different things but not with same thing over and over again. Why? Are buzzes are just a sign or is it the goal? A real goal should not be fleeting. When a baby can recognize it mother, it gives him a buzz, but in later life the buzz decays. When a child is able to walk, it gives him a big buzz, but later this buzz is gone. When a boy uses his own hand for eating, when he can ride a bicycle so on, all gives them a pleasure sensation, qualitatively similar to the "high" of drugs of abuse. During teen age, doing and thinking like an adult is the buzz. There is a big buzz in being adult, self sufficiency, and not listening to what one's parents say. That's why teens tend not to listen anything from their parents. Not listening is the teen's buzz. Then comes the buzz of girls or boys. Soon after, talking and meeting with girls is not a good enough buzz, and things go to the next level, the sex. For next couple of decades, sex buzz dominates and then decays. Not even sex will be a good buzz after a while. After living together for long time, between men and women, sex is not important in their relationship at all. Now achieving power and fame becomes the buzz in place of sex. Are all these buzz generating things the real goal or just sign? As far I can tell, a real goal should not be evanescent. Have you imagined what will be your everlasting buzz [hence potentially a real goal, rather than just another buzz] at your deathbed? If you have one, then what's preventing you to pursue that? Without considering these we are just consumed with signs and then ask ourselves: "Why am I not satisfied yet. What else? Why I have to have more? Why my thirst is not quenched? My answer would be, you tried to quench your thirst by drinking the "menu" of juice [the "signs"], rather than the actual juice [the "goal"]. So much energy wasted! Do you recognize now that this extra energy is very similar to the ADHD who are also wasting it, says the adults, who are doing the same thing themselves! We never become adult, although, apparently, it seems we do, both physically and mentally [but those childhood traits are still submerged in the deep recess of our adult mind and body]. We still operate with the ignorance of the fact that, like child's body and mind, we have more energy (Hyperactivity) and we are not putting attention ( Attention Deficit) to the nature of this nature. And we continue to misdirect this extra energy to do things/staff in impulsive fashion (with careful, socially polished way, so it will not look impulsive or childish), some of them are called success and some of them called failure.
There is ongoing massive global pandemic of identity confusion (minor form) or identity disorder (major) and hence distorted role models. We are in ADHD. Wake up kid!
You have nothing to be insecure of. If you can read and understand what I an saying then you already have the "thing" that you will ever need.
The freedom is the cause and the cure of this curse.
The choice is yours!

The Masters and Why

The Masters of the world once again [See the emphasis, "once again" indicating this is not the first or last time it happened or will happen] realize that conventional classical religion, although still has the essence and served the purpose well, will not be good enough to keep the herd in lines in an increasingly self aware, intelligent, more evolved human of its time and the time coming. They foresaw the problem and redesigned the control machinery with a new twist. No wonder why the same source in Italy and later Europe gave birth to Renaissance, Commercial Science, Roman Religion, Financial instruments, Nationalism, Politics, Mafia etc.. No matter what you do, you will fit into one of those paradigm or at the very least you will need money [which is the bottom line and infallible tool for mass control], so theses instruments can be used to control you and your service can be extracted for the Master's purpose. Is that all? Is Power everything? Is comfort or self gratification everything? I don't think the Masters aren't evolved enough to be consumed by theses earthly possessions or needs. After all, the Masters already mastered the alchemical secrets to be a Master and they are too smart to be consumed by those mundane affairs. So why they need power and a centralized administration? Are they planning to undertake some gigantic steps in future, that will need so much resources that the only way to achieve those is to have one single central ruling order? Do they think the steps they are planning to undertake have some eternal [ or for lack of a better term, Divine] purpose? How can they be sure, what they are doing or planning to do, is the best thing for the rest of the herd? What is that purpose and Why?

From Reality to Nominalism
Originally, mystical experiences were very general and abstract but it had no names. The reality of mysticism was in almost everybody, hence it needed no names. Gradually with the rise of society, people gave it a name such as astrology, spirituality etc. and started to create gods and idols from these derivative and placeholder abstract concepts. The high priest or the kings of those cultures started to assume the role of gods for the rest of the people. With advancement of civilization, people started to add rigor to these subjective and authoritarian spirituality and renamed it a organized religion. Unfortunately, those religions themselves became even more authoritarian and dogmatic than ever before. With the advent of modernity people tried to add further rigor to this religion (rigor being empiricism) with some unrealistic and futile rigor called "Science". Originally it had no name, it only had the reality. Now it has only names such as Hinduism, Buddhism, Christianity, Judaism, Islam, New Age, but they hardly have any residual reality anymore. It's the human nature to corrupt and degenerate whatever good was handed down to them. Over time, everything is reduced to some fancy names with no intrinsic value [nominalism], and the underlying reality is lost, with few exceptions.
Originally Sufism did not have a name but they had the true reality. This is not entirely true because it had a name, the name being Islam. All the close companions of the prophet, all the builders of magnificent mosque, were themselves Sufi without any separate names. Now, Islam along with Sufism have names but its loosing it's reality, with few exceptions.
Every early original scientists had the true essence of reality with them but they did not have any separate names. They were just regarded as "wise men" or Sages. With the advent of a name called "scientist" in 19th century [To be exact 1833 AD, not BC!], the scientists have lost their reality and now they have just its names and dogmas, with few exceptions.
During early parts of your life, you felt the true essence in your guts but at that time it had no names. You felt the divine essence without any name or any proof. But soon you trained yourself in wrong hands, believed in those untrue premises as unquestionable and started to give those divine sparkle a name like "enlightenment". Soon thereafter, you are chasing this unreal ghost named "enlightenment". There are no enlightenment to achieve and conquer in first place. Whatever is there, it’s always there, and there is no additional need to hunt for it. Now the essence of enlightenment is gone and only the word enlightenment remains. This is how your life's reality is lost and only its name remains, again with few exceptions.
Effect of lying on your soul

Whenever someone lie in some subject matter not directly related to one's own survival, what will happen to a very honest, upright, wise man with a strong sense of dignity? It is extremely traumatic for one's soul. This is the most grievous insult for his uprightness and hence to his own existence. Any significant lie, if you are really really honest with yourself is equivalent to death of your morality. And what else is more valuable to the honest man than his moral value? It is indeed more precious than his life. Throughout the history of humankind we have seen thousands of people had committed suicide when they were found either by themselves or by others that they have lied in some significant way. Indeed lying and subsequent guilty feelings by honest men is the most common cause of suicide along with some psychiatric conditions, drug abuse, and psychological trauma. In most of those cases it either involved some wrongdoing or lying, with some rare exception where somebody took their own life for their loved one. If you have any insight into this subject matter, you would agree that wrongdoing, perceived wrong imposed on somebody or lying is the critical factor leading to a soul to commit suicide.
With this background, we can easily see that not only in our day to day common preference to the truth, our existence and our soul has a preference to stick with that truth. Why is this designed in such a way? After all, lying and devious short cut strategies are good to earn quick fame, wealth, money or comfort. Additionally if preference to truth and lie are truly random then it would be 50/50 in distribution. Why majority people agree on truth and why honest people who lied or did something wrong commit suicide? All these only suggest that there are some real deep utility and rationale to pursue truth and hence our innate conscious and unconscious preference to truth, not just for the sake of moral, ethical, religious or spiritual conviction.
These days people lie on important subject matter all the time but why they don't do what an honest person would do ie. suicide. This is because lying is so common today that everybody has to commit suicide if they are truly honest with themselves. If they did that, the human species would become extinct by now. To prevent such a grand calamity, the instinct of survival has been called for to protect humankind and propagate its continuity. How does the instinct of survival work to overcome the injury of lie on the soul? The instinct to survive is creating a barrier or rigid veil to cover up the injured site [ie. the lie] and thus the psychi cannot see it. The psychi cannot see it not because it’s no longer there, but because the lie has become a blind spot for the eye of the psychi, so the psychi cannot perceive it. This the real allegorical reason why the Black Stone (Arabic: الحجر الأسود al-Ḥajar al-Aswad) located at the eastern corner of the Kaaba has turned black by the sins that all the men has committed. Over long term, with repeated lies, it will be filled by these blind spots resulting in a complete dark black soul that will prevent your psychi to see the reality as it is and your access to your own soul for your examination. It's just like the visual blind spot. It's still there, as always, but we cannot see it. This is how the survival instinct is protecting us by making us blind on the fact that we have done something wrong or otherwise lied somehow. Otherwise, we would have committed suicide long ago, if we are absolutely honest with ourselves.
Now over our life time, many times we have chosen, out of our free will, devious shortcuts to cheat others, get easy money, fame, power, jobs, class grades, vanity, to control or gain favor of other people which invariably involved some sorts of hiding the truth or outright lying. In order to protect ourselves, our survival instinct has been called for innumerable times and each time it created some bind spots as described above. This why over time you will lose your ability to see things as they are [Cognitive Dissidence]. You will look at those thing with a heavily blinded psychic eye and will not see it. The world will be perceived in a distorted way, you will not find the ultimate truth of life, its purpose, its sublime beauty. You will anxious and uncomfortable all the time. You will feel something is missing. These subtle uneasiness will be so deep and hidden in your unconscious that eventually it will be repressed in the dark recess and will be lost forever. It will be manifested in alternative forms such as impulsive behavior, emotional outburst, unreasonable anxiety, and fear of death or impending doom. To compensate you will try some adventure sports, unusual sexual practices, drugs and rock&rolls but nothing will quench your thirst and your life will be living hell but you will not voluntarily acknowledges it out of dignity and pride but you know it in the back of the your mind and others will perceive it from your impulsive behavior. There is no escape from this eternal punishment on the soul for not seeing the ultimate truth and meaning of life.
This is exactly why all the Masters and Sages of all age emphasized purification of soul and altruism before you can embark for any form of initiation and discipleship. Once the student purify himself, and only when the student is ready, teacher will appear either from inside or outside, but it will appear for sure, for which I can bet my bottom dollar. The teacher will help you find the right questions to ask because your psychic eyes are no longer blinded as discussed earlier anymore. You will seek, and will find. You will ask, and will be given. You will knock on the right door, and it will be opened for you. You will then find the truth all by yourself and that truth will set you free, forever.
Unless you understand yourself and the world around you completely, you are not going anywhere
Everybody can see that there is something definitely wrong with us as human, and the world in general. We just accept the "Status Quo" as a given situation. We just know, it's there but nobody knows how these things happened to us. Without knowing the root causes, we are trying to solve the problem just like trying to clean the water from the sinking ship without fixing the hole in the bottom. In doing so, they are just adding more problem to the world. Why? Because, if you really want to solve the problem of the world, the very first thing you need to understand is how these human problems did happen? If you don't know the pathogenesis of this "disease", you cannot prevent it and it's bound to happen again, most likely from your contribution. If you are not part of the solution, then you must be in the precipitation [ie. The Problem].
You think the world that we currently live in is a hopeless, corrupt, degenerated society created and fueled by mass of stupid, ignorant, consumption minded people. This is not a new phenomenon at all. In the records of most ancient cuneiform clay tablets found in ancient Sumerian and Babylonian sites, one of the first written records in the history, described a corrupt society, degenerated people, tyranny of ruler kings and the general people were frustrated by the dark demonic depravity of the world and they hoped that one day there will be a true divine redeemer who will destroy the evil in the world. In the time of Jesus, people thought they are living in the end time seeing the corrupt and evil society and eagerly awaiting for the promised savior or Messiah for salvation of their souls. Eventually, the Savior revealed himself according to "public demand" but the Pharisees rejected him because he does not have all the [quite unrealistic] criteria to be the real Messiah and they knew inner working of the demand and how and why the criteria for a Savior were selected. On the other hand, the believer of Messiah saw that the Divine Savior did actually appear before them but could not bring the kingdom of heaven, as promised. The work was just too arduous for one man betrayed by even his close associates and people who favored Barabbas instead of Jesus. On the contrary, to their surprise, he just died and failed his mission. So if he were to be a genuine Messiah, he has to come back to finish his job [establishing the kingdom of heaven]. This is how the resurrection of Jesus becomes mandatory, if the myth to be true, he reappeared in person. Subsequently, a "second coming" of the Savior myth is created so that he can try it again to establish the Kingdom of heaven, as promised by the intellectuals at that time. The chosen people [The Jews intellectuals] still are waiting to this day for a Messiah to come, who, because of their "high standard", almost impossible to come for real, and the believer of Savior [The Christians] are still waiting to for the second coming of the Christ to end the evils in the world.
Unless you understand the hidden truths behind this story, why it was there, who proposed those, why the mass believed it, where does it come from, you are not going anywhere. In contrast, if you reject blatantly the story and hence hidden the truth behind these allegorical stories as just a useless figment of imagination induced by Mushroom or Soma juice, as the atheist do, you are not going to find any meaning of life or anything in this world. You have to realize that, this Savior story is the greatest story ever told, and in fact, this the only story ever told, across all ancient cultures. If you assumes that those ancients are bunch of uneducated, stupid people, then you are dead wrong! Do your homework, again and this time harder. Whatever the mass is doing, there is always a profound reason behind it. But what does these story actually trying to tell us? Have you have thought for yourself? Unless you understand how the world works, how the religion were developed, why people developed it, why people are following it even today, how government works, what is the law and how the law came as of today, what is money, who prints it, what is the collateral for money printing and lending, how the science works, how science came to be in the central position, who is financing the science and industries, why and who are financing the politicians, who is behind the religions, who are the owners of the corporations, what are they doing, why there is rampant "evil" everywhere. Unless you have done your in depth homework and found these answers, you are not going to find solution that can satisfy your soul.
As Kant claimed, the thing-in-itself cannot know or solve it itself. Most of the philosophers and intellectuals without their own imaginations and aspirations took Kant's dogma as an unquestionable "truth". This is because of acceptance of the dogma of "if intellectual giant like Kant cannot do it, then nobody can". It is not based on any sound rationality, rather based on mere personal conviction. It's almost like a blackbox that we don't have any access to. On the contrary, you can gain some valuable and indispensable insight by examining what the worlds are doing around you and inside you. In the world, most accessible are the things who are doing something or have some language so that you can communicate with them meaningfully. If you examine the world, the nature, the animals, the plants, and most importantly humans, you can have some rough estimate of what the things are actually doing. Because you came out of this world, hence some form of similar activity has to be happening inside you too. On the other hand, if you go to the microscopic world you can examine what the cells, microorganisms, bacteria and viruses are doing. You can dig deeper to understand what the proteins, DNA molecules, and other elements are doing. You can dig even deeper to see what the elementary particles, photons, electrons are doing and how they are coming into existence. Once you have done sufficient homework you will begin to see some general pattern among the microscopic worlds and then you can understand yourself better because, after all you are made up with all these staff. Little by little, you will discover the gift of "transcendent perspective" and all these levels of understanding will give you an even better edge to understand the thing-in-itself. On top of these "as above and so below" levels of understanding, if you see what the whole human family is doing as a superorganism you can have a better handle on yourself and one by one, the veils which were creating the inaccessibility of thing-in-itself will be lifted and you will discover the light. Those things that were previously inaccessible, will become accessible to your hands for your own examination with the magic of supra and infra levels of transcending knowledge. Now the "new" thing-in-itself can examine it itself, and thus overcoming Kantian barrier of human knowledge. Unless you have done some serious homework to understand how the world and people actually work, you have no hope for salvation. You can believe Buddha, you can believed in Jesus, you can believe in Muhammad, or you can believe in Science [ie. Atheist] but you will not get any real sense what they all tried to say. Unless you find out what they have found and understood, how can you ever expect to get anything that they have promised? The real salvation lies in understanding and knowledge, not in mere belief of these Masters.
Premature decisions and inferior destinations

As a human with a limited time to live, we have a constant need for short-cuts in order to be time efficient. This same time constraint is also the driving force for us to ponder about the meaning of our lives, because we will not be here forever, so it is natural to ask where we were and where we are going. Time constraint is the mother of everything in this physical world. Time makes us to think about meaning, and the same time is working against our understanding the meaning of life by tempting us to take short-cuts.
In this culture of post-modernity where real meaning of most of our lives has been long lost, it is hard to find what are the questions that really needs your attention and deserves an answer. Here are some questions as a starting point for your consideration:
1. Who are you?
2. Where were you?
3. Where are you going?
Instead of asking those questions, we are more interested in some immediate issues like
1. What shoe I need to wear in order to be more sexy?
2. What are the best ways to spend my easy money with my mistress?
3. What brand of toilet paper is recommended by your doctors?
If you decide to deal with first sets of questions, which are more general, eternal and of sublime importance, your natural starting point would be religion and spirituality. But demystifying what religion is, why it started, who started it, is a daunting task. Much easier would be to follow what the priest say. But in case you really want to have your own answers to those question, you have to dig deeper. The deeper you dig, it will become clearer that the world religions are Man made. They were started by Man, maintained by Man, amended and adjusted by Man to fit the need of time and culture. If you do not have time, and want to decide quickly, your verdict will be, religions are just nonsense, made up by Man! Once you convinced yourself, too quickly, that there is no substance in these so called religions, you have to turn yourself towards science to find your answers. If you want to find answers in science, which is a inferior mode of finding those nonscientific questions, the following quotes by Steven Weinberg will be the answer "The more the universe seems comprehensible, the more it also seems pointless." In this dilemma where you can see that religion is a made up things by Man and science is not going anywhere, under the time constraints embedded in human nature to decide quickly, you will decide that there is no meaning of life. Nobody can convince you that there is any meaning of life. Because it's your own voluntary will, it is and will always be valid, no matter what, and it will become the new law, at least in your universe, that cannot be overruled. So before you decide anything you have be really careful to make sure why you are deciding quickly. Is it you want to decide to get the ego boost for apparent rightness or you decided because that's the reality and there is no other explanation. You have to also very careful in your decision to check if you have any presupposed idea or preference or cognitive bias towards your intended decision or if you have some hidden biological, social, political or financial agenda but not consciously aware of those.
If you can see the real situations or the real issues or the real problems, despite all the aforementioned noises, even then, do not decide instantly. Wait for a period of time, typically weeks to months to years. I am also aware of many mundane situations, where you cannot wait, rather you have to act quickly, because those has an immediate biological need (for example, you are hungry), or survival significance. Aside from these or similar situations, you don't have to decide quickly. You are not in hurry and hurry will distort your decision making ability. The issues that we are talking about in this discourses are not an urgent thing to decide quickly, not a shallow river to cross easily, not an easy cognitive task to be done by rhesus monkey, not a job to claim that you are right and others are wrong. So, do not decide quickly and easily. You have enough time to do that in your life but do not do it under fixed time constraints. However, it does not mean that you can loiter away all of your valuable times and behave like a prodigal who has spent all of his money, but nothing left when he has to buy some life saving supplies.
If you are really sure that the decision you are making is the right one then try the following thought experiment. Try to reach the polar opposite conclusion that you previously make. Your only safeguard in this stage in utmost honesty and modesty. Do not try to distort, or get ego boost, but try to consider all explanations to explains the nature of the issues or situations. Be like Sherlock Holmes to rule out as many possibilities as possible & feasible and at the end use Ockham's razor for whatever remained after SherlockHolmian exclusion method. If you keep doing this for a period of time [in contrast to instant decision] then the real situation or truth will unfold before your very eyes. Because you waited enough, thought enough, cooked yourself body enough, fermented your thought enough, your transformed mind will see the truth and then you can decide wisely. That is the only way you can decide, non-blindly. It's not easy, it will not give you ego boost quickly and it takes lots of time. All of these are exact reason why people tend to decide, even on very important life decisions, very quickly. Your premature decisions will blind you and do not dare to decide before your blindfolds has been lifted!
Causality: Motion and Stillness

Everything is in motion or changing or interacting or transforming into something else. The rate of changes, although might be slow or fast, but the information or evidences of such changes as recorded in the fabric of the nature itself, where available, is always happening at a Max speed, like a speed of light or if not, at superluminary speed. Motion, however, also implies existence of stillness. Unless it was still, then how come everything is now changing. And it is changing from what? The answer is stillness. Motion and Stillness are the primordial eternal duo.
Now if you consider the entire universe, is it changing? Change means an outside reference against which we have compare and contrast the change. How you measure changes if you do not have anything else outside you. Then how you know that anything is changing ever? For you, there is not even a concept of change. Everything is still, forever. Yet, internally, the smaller parts are changing, incessantly, in reference to one another. In this way, the universe is simultaneously still and ever-changing, just with the change of perspective. Things those which are currently changing has an imprinted information/memory of the original and current stillness in the background, even though they cannot perceive that stillness themselves. A good analogy will be a photon and a human. A photon is already moving at the speed of light, hence from its own perspective, no time passes by and hence nothing is happening. Everything is just still. But the human sees that the photon is moving very fast, at the speed of light. For a human, nothing is resting, everything is changing. If a photon wants to perceive changes and motion, it has to slow down. It's a paradox! In order to change yourself more, you have to do less changing ie. slow down! For a photon, if you want to experience time, motion and changes, you have to slow down. In fact, the photon will experience the greatest time, changes and motion if he completely stop. Likewise, we are perceiving the highest degree of changes because we are relatively still compared to photons. For the "time perceiving" purpose, still objects like us are at the highest speed at perceiving and the photons are at the lowest speed. If photon ever want to do that, then it will face the problems, as we are facing, like causality, and time. The morale of the story is that the universe is simultaneously still and in constant motion.
This co-mingling of stillness and incessant changes gives rise to "something". This "something" is just "one thing" but unfortunately named and used as "different things". Because this is just "one thing" but people have treated it as completely different things, people cannot reconcile the difference among them. The difference among them are purely your misunderstanding or ignorance, it will not be reconcilable unless you can see that it is just the same "one thing". The relation of incessant motion against the bigger, more primitive absolute stillness is that thing. It has been known as Time, Causality, Laws of the Universe, Universal Consciousness.

If you do not think for yourself, but rather try to find the answer by reading other people's work you will never find any real meanings, because the Sages or wise people have something in their mind but write it only indirectly about it, either knowingly or unknowingly. When they do it knowingly, they do it, quite paradoxically, to help you, so that you can find the meaning of life or any other subject matter by yourself. Additionally there are some thoughts or knowledge in the mind of the writer that they themselves do not know how they know it. So, instead they write only the parts of what they know with full confidence but something is always missing from their writing. Words are not really enough to convey what they actually trying to say. One way or another, unfortunately, you cannot have the complete understanding and knowledge of being from the writings of your fellow people, although it might help you as long as you yourself is also thinking and verifying by your best inner judgments (see thought training essay). On the other hand there are some half wise who will deliberately hide the telltale signs or giveaways of their ignorance and will try to pretend as wise as their masters. The only way they can achieve it by obfuscation, difficult sentence and wordings and introducing a bunch of unnecessary and useless new terms to sound erudite. In this way they earn your confidence for their own ego boost and your demise. You will also find some quasi-wise who are just downright imbecile but unfortunately trained themselves to read, write and talk. Those are the real culprit for the confusion in the world if you take those stupid babeler as an authority, unsuspectingly, just because were were taught in the school as blind dogma.
Example: Plato.
Most of the Pre-Socratics came into the same truth but they approached it from different directions so what they were saying is partly true, but truth, nonetheless. It is like the elephant seeing by the binds. All the Pre-Socratics actually experienced the truth but only from different side of the elephant so their description seems totally disparate, enough for anybody to reject them altogether, if that person does not have the eyes to see it correctly. Plato, who himself never experienced the reality that the Pre-Socratics experienced, pretended that he understood what they were trying to say and instead, reconstructed a monster, quite innocently. This is the problem of not knowing and not acknowledging one's own limitations and folly, and when one tries to hide it. But those who believed Plato as the authority, instead of themselves, are suffering intellectually and they deserve this suffering because it's simply self-inflicted.
On the other hand, instead of using the schema constructed by other people, if you think and observe yourself, you can reach a valid conclusion, all by yourself. After finding the meaning and the conclusion, as you read others sages, you will see that you are Right, too. Only in this way you can have your flower of your own, rather than poisonous schema injected by others, typically in schools.

Paradox of Goodness of action and goodness of thought. Why bother?

Goodness in thought and goodness in action run side by side. One cannot thrive without the other. It's like chicken and egg. Which one comes first? If I am not good in thought then I cannot do good deeds and if I do not do any good deed then I cannot have good thought. Why? If I do not do good deed, my mind will know it and my mind will always try to escape from it. In doing so, it cannot think or decide unbiasely in future. And these effects are cumulative. That's why good action is a prerequisite for clarity of thought which is in turn a prerequisite for good thoughts. On the other hand, if you do not have the good thoughts or intentions then how can you ever do any good deed to begin with. Again, this is same the problem of chicken and egg. Good thought and good action are circumambulating each other around same cycle and you need a little alchemy to solve the paradox. Just enter the cycle from outside in whatever phase or part (good thought or good action) of the cycle, without thinking too much, such as, in what phase I need to enter, (action or thought), when should I enter, what should be my exact entry point, should I enter barefooted or with shoe, should I do it in the morning or evening and so on, ad infinitum. Just do it, like you go to sleep or walk without thinking too much about detailed of such actions. Just follow the cycle, it will take you to the escalating cycle of goodness of action and goodness of thought, like magic. The intention to be in that perpetual self maintaining circle and the actual action that initiated the start and hence continued circumambulation of the cycle is the secret of that alchemy. In doing so, did you see that you just solved a paradox!!
Now why you need good thought in first place? You mind will not open completely without good thoughts and actions. You cannot open your mind just by commanding it or ordering it or forcing it. You mind will only open fully only when you are in the cycle of genuine good thoughts and good action persistently, even in face of self-sacrifice or material/emotional disadvantages. And finally, only when you mind opens fully, it will start to work to fulfill its original purpose, just like a parachute that only works when it is fully open. When your mind opens, it will have diamond sharp edge yet crystal clear clarity. Only with that clear mind you will begin to see things "As They Are".
Solving The Paradox

If a paradox is such that one entity cannot exist without the other then it means they are just an artificial dichotomy for the purpose of description and understanding. And they are just two aspects of the same and one underlying indivisible reality.
For example, light cannot exist without darkness. The notion of light automatically implies a concept of darkness. Light without the contrast of darkness is meaningless. So light and darkness are the pair that cannot exist independent of one another. This is the same paradox here. This only implies that the distinction of light and darkness is just an artificial one, for the purpose of understanding and description. Actually the absolute darkness and absolute lightness is the continuum of one Light-Dark concept, but we call some dim-light as darkness in presence of brighter light. Since lightness and darkness are relative terms they don't exist on their own independently. They are just part of the same underlying continuum, but better described and characterized for easy understanding in dichotomized terms- The Light and The Darkness. Morale of the story is- they are the different degrees of the same One thing.
Example of light and darkness seems too abstract? Let's consider an example of a coin. The coin has a head and a tail. As long as it is a coin [not a cube or other platonic solids], it has the both two side. There cannot be a head without a tail, no matter what. Head and tail is just a way of understanding the same coin. Head and tail are just parts of the same coin, just as Republicans and Democrats are the part of same hidden "Ruling Class". How's about the dichotomy of the body and the mind? How can a mind, as we know it, exist without a body and a body can be perceived without a mind? In order, for us, to exist in this universe, you need the dichotomous body and mind, just like for an electron to exist, it needs an observer. Those half-wise who are troubled by this "Grand Dichotomy" of the body and the mind will remain rightfully Quasi-Wise, as long as they are troubled. Just by the fact that they are troubled with body-mind duality means that they do not understand the real meaning behind this dichotomy. Wake up Quasi-Wise, for Wisdom's sake!!
Can anything exist without any mechanism or way to recognize it or in other words, a perceiver? If something has to exist, it automatically assumes to have a perceiving device or a tool or a receptor or a mind. So a perceiving mind has to divide the indivisible, quite artificially, in order to perceive it. Unless the one becomes two there is no way for the one to perceive the undivided original. That is The Marvel of dichotomy. Although this dichotomy is artificial (ie. unreal), it is needed, nonetheless. On the other hand, quite paradoxically, this dichotomy will created an everlasting paradox of duality for the uninitiated minds but, in contrast, for the Wise, this dichotomy is the Supreme Gift known to exist in the entire universe.
Free thinking is in critical danger

The true opportunity of free thinking without any restriction, censorship, fear of God, kings or governments, danger of blasphemy, demand for political correctness, desire for being conventional, need for winning over other people and so on, existed a long time ago. This was even before the organized society formation. After serving their family well and learning from the world and nature, the Elders of the hunter gatherer clans could retire early once they had few sons able enough to provide them the essentials such as food and protection. The elders of the hunter gatherer clans did the highest quality and purified thinking. And few Elite among them found the ultimate truth and naturally became the high priest. The Elder ie, the high priest of the clan was the administrative authority regarding that particular clan. Later, as the society grew to such an extent that a professional and dedicated ruling class to rule the larger mass of people became mandatory. The Elders did not want to have that positions for various reasons, including the job being too mundane, too distracting, too much responsibilities etc. They delegated the position to the best and most righteous person in the clan under the auspices of their wisdom. These newly ordained Kings by the Elder or High Priest on behalf of the Divine, started to rule over the common people.
As the civilization spread across lands and the organization grew bigger and bigger, in order to rule it efficiently and "Justly", kings started to add restrictions on what you can do and think and what you cannot. Under those divinely ordained kings, you can enjoy certain liberties and privileges as "prescribed" by the king but you were not absolutely free. Those privileges and liberties can be modified or limited anytime by the King's wish and discretion. Under these primitive divinely ordained kings, ancient civilization flourished and reached its peak. Like anything material, which eventually start to disintegrate, so does those divinely ordained kings. They started to do unjust things, waged war against the meek and spoiled themselves with luxury, lust, extravaganza lifestyle and started to disregard the advice of the Elders or High priests. Over time the monarch declared him absolute authority on earth, thus eliminating need for any advisor or priest to back him up. Instead, they assumed the role of King, Priest, Lord of the Kingdom combined. Thus they became absolute dictatorial, tyrannical "Son of God" on earth. Many intelligent citizen under those kings realize the emptiness behind the throne and revolted. Kings controlled the initial revolt very expediently. Fearing the imminent death, many intelligent and visionary citizen escaped, typically to the other side across sea to build a new civilization. They carried with them only the shadow of truths that the high priests and kings possessed. The new visionaries built an entirely new civilization based on absolute freedom of the individuals. This was the birth of ancient democracy. Under the paradigm of individual freedom, the new civilization prospered for a period of time but eventually degenerated like their predecessors, but in this time only quicker. Ruling by People is almost equivalent of rule by mob and eventually failed. The only difference here is that those kings ruled for thousands of years but the the new democratic leaders ruled only for few hundred years. Taking the lessons from both kings and democracy, some other visionaries built a new system of oligarchy (rule by few Senates). Initially they also prospered but eventually they failed and soon fell into monarchy. That was the first cycle form Monarchy to Democracy to Oligarchy [Senate] back to Monarchy. Out of the ashes of the second session of monarchy, the Phoenix of Aristocracy rose again (Oligarchy or rule by few Senates), then corporatocracy or capitalism [Ancient Phoenicians], radical communism [Epicurean or Pythagorean communism] then finally back to democracy again! This is the cycle of geopolitical structure, happening again and again. Every time people think this time it will work because their way is the new way [not realizing, it is not new or novel] and they have learnt from history. But every time it fails. How many more times they has to fail, before they can realized that something is fundamentally wrong here? If someone keeps trying the same thing over and over again without any success but still keep trying the same thing hoping that one day everything will work out just fine, technically that is known as "insanity". With all those repeated failures in geopolitical history, people continues to keep trying the same thing which only proves either:
1. Political leaders do not read history or books carefully or they do not have the time to read.
2. They read history but out of context without the backgrounds of that history and got it all wrong.
3. Humanity has a very short attention span or amnestic memory.
4. People are just insane, not realizing that they are trying the same strategy that failed earlier.
5.There are some fundamental problem in our understanding about the nature of the reality and political problems associated with it.
What is it? Do you know?
With all those geopolitical turmoil, distorted views of reality, confused life, as well as widespread and rampant corruption, war, conflict, restriction, censorship, obfuscations and not to mention the emblematic codification of the symbolic representations of the signs pointing towards the hints suggesting the clues indicative of underlying allegory expressed in metaphors instead of a simple totem and ad infinitum creating a simulacrum devoid of any real substance what so ever and finally with millions of laws that limits your freedom of thought, humanity is slowing but surely losing their original free thinking capability that gave rise to this magnificent civilization. What a sad story! Despite all the restrictions, you still have infinity ways or degrees of freedom remaining. So, do not complain about restrictions persistently, instead find the Ways that overrides the restrictions. Against all those odds, if you still have the brain, heart and guts to think freely, when you find the glimpse of Truth, your joy will be proportionately gigantic too. So, do not be pessimistic. The truth has been always out there. Seek.
Chymistry of Transformation

You have to give up an equivalent amount that you want to gain. This is first rule of Alchemy: the law of equivalent exchange. When the medieval scientist first saw the possibilities that thing can be changed, up to its core, like a chemical reaction where some inert black solid can become a highly active milky liquid, just imagine the excitement they felt. Because there heard that man can become God like or Angle like creature, the alchemist started to devote their life to find the secret formula that they knew indeed exist! This is the real alchemy. Today alchemy is not being practiced under the brand name of alchemy. Rather it is embedded and hidden inside many disciple like Psychology /Neuroscience, Theoretical/quantum physics, String theorist, TV/Hollywood, Behavioral economics, High finance/Banking and Politics. It is alive and well active, but just like always, working in secrecy and practicing in underground.
The opposing force working against any possibilities of personal transformations is organized and industrialized science employed by High Priests. The human genome project tried to find the ground from which you cannot escape. It then give you the stranglehold of fixed, concrete genetics almost like a law written in stone. It preaches that transformation is not possible and you tied with whatever gene you might have. If you try genetic transformation, you will be just a mutant and degenerate. So forget about transformation. On the other hand, evolution is without any specific goal other than blind urge of survival of the fittest and maintaining the continuity. Freudian individual life is doomed by the ultimate drive from Libido. There is no possibility of transforming yourself other than the old you. String theory is trying to say that there are multiple universes and our universe might not be the center of any attraction. We, the human being, are just a meaningless, pathetic existence or a fluke/glitch on a forgotten and neglected corner of a universe that might just be part of a multiverses. Relativity theory is saying everything is relative, so your point of view is not superior to any other dumb persons. This is why they killed Lamarckian hypothesis of acquired but inheritable traits, instead, promoted Darwinism, relativity and Freudian psychology. For really desperate case, they will allow some limited version of changes but only as a blind evolution and libido driven acts. And for your unruly mind/thoughts, they will employ the ultimate mind control devices like school, TV or finance.
But nobody is asking a question just one layer above. Why we have to survive as the fittest, and why to have sex. Are those really blind? I do not think so! Seek yourself and you will find.
What is Justice?

From the beginning of this universe, asymmetry is in action. Even the causal factor for this universe to exist in first place is the asymmetry. The primordial asymmetry is still extant today like Male vs. Female, preference to Good vs. Bad etc. For this ever active asymmetry, the real justice in this world is that there cannot be a justice, because every human is unique and hence unequal in traits and abilities but everyone can still have the option to be equal or even superior and have the will power to use the excuse of equality to be treated equal (although they themselves know that they are not equal). The "things" in this world are not equal of each other. The delusion of Justice arises out of amnesia of intellectual chain of thoughts. At the core, when they go there or consider the issue of justice, they can see easily and clearly that they always give their own preference over other people's interest but when they move down the chain of thought at the surface, the forgot about what they wanted at the core and now want equality for everyone, which is by its very nature, unattainable. Because of those 'honest' hypocrisy, justice is and always will be an abstract but unrealistic concept.
Politicians always used the trump card of equality to get the favor of the mass but they themselves know that equality is not possible. For the sake of example, let's take an examples of supposed Utopia of Thomas More. Given all your needs fulfilled, it was thought that finally the politicians will achieve harmony and there will not be any dissatisfaction among citizens. But at the very core there is a hidden seed of asymmetric want that human have that cannot be systematized. This can be illustrated by the male and female relationships. When 2 men genuinely want the same women, the all the ideals of equality breaks down. The table of life or the universe in general is tilted. The creation itself was not made equally. That grand inequality still has its imprint on today's society and men. So forget about mass and generalized justice and focus on what is just only for you in your context. This is the only justice that is just. If you are really respectful to others and want justice for others then doing just thing for your own life and with your immediate significant others which can and will bring justice to others. Do not self-delude yourself on mass justice like Socrates, Plato or most of the other revolutionaries who still dream today to fulfill. This is no way of saying that I am against the concept of justice per se. This essay is just to point out that universal justice is not possible but the honest attempt for it should always be tried. It is good for the society [especially the Gentile and the Meek] in general but when you see it has failed to achieve a complete success, please do not be disturbed and pessimistic. That is the nature of the nature. Get used to it!

Who am I?
How am I be who I am?
Why am I be who I am?
These questions are the traditional eternal questions that mankind has been thinking and pondering with. Among these, people are more interested to find the answer to the first one because that seems to be the most critical and of immediate relevance. "Who am I" seems to be the easiest one to answer and pretty straight forward. Are you sure? Just because you say so? Do you have any proof? No, because you don't need any proof for that kind of stupid, lame and commonsensical questions. But this "common sense" does not in any "sense" necessarily true. Then how you know who you really are? You don't, at least yet. So, is this most accessible and easy looking question in fact improvable and has to be taken as given? If yes, then again you are believing in something without any personal experience and validation. Believing in something without knowing the how and why, leads to rely on "hope", with the hope that you are somehow right. Indeed, it is just a hope, that you wish to come true, but you are not sure. This is why you are hoping on your belief in first place. This wishful thinking and hope leads to misery as hope was depicted as the evil that stays inside the Pandora's box to torment you eternally, hoping that that "hope" will come out one day, but it never shows up and continues to be the source of misery!
So the first question does not have an answer, as of yet and it is not answerable unless you have the answer to the remaining Dyad of the Triad of the inquiry. Without the latter Dyad, the First is blind. If you have answer to the First without the answer to the Dyad then how can you be sure that whatever or whoever you think yourself is not a delusion, illusion, paranoia, dissociated identity disorder, split (schizo) personality (phrenia), multiple personality disorder, confabulation, false memories or an amnestics disorder? Scary, right? This is the danger of labeling yourself who you are just by your gut feelings/intuition, your emotional attachment and personal preference. Additionally, your answer to the first question can and have been molded and remolded by the society, culture, family, peer pressure, indoctrination from schools and propaganda from mass media. Even worst, Gurus from the east are willing to give you a 'ready-made' answer to the first question based on your spiritual taste and need, but only in exchange of a hefty fee or donation to the "poor". By this time it should be clearer and clearer that the first and most critical question of the Triad is not answerable at all by itself and in fact it is dangerous and misleading to try to have answer only that question in isolation. You better focus on the latter Dyad to find the First. If I give you the answer to the latter two questions then it is not your own and you will not have a complete satisfaction with those answers. You will become just another follower or disciple of the teacher. In order to become a true self-created Master (rather than a disciple) you have find answers of the all 3 of the grand Triad by a healthy combination of observation, experimentation, reason, intuition and imagination. This is the prime goal of life itself. Without any solution to the Triad, no pleasure is worth experiencing. But with the (dis)solution to the Triad, even simple thing becomes a sublime pleasurable experience! Life is short and there is no time to waste. So, seek.
On the Geometry of Time

Geometry is an ancient discipline. The ancient Egyptians, Sumerians, and the Greeks all were keenly interested in Geometry. In many cases, Geometry predates all other mathematics. The father of numbers, Pythagoras himself inspired his numbers from their relationships within Geometry and its effect on his music theory. Geometry is all about measurement and measurement takes time. Every changes imaginable including those of points which are moving and forming lines, planes and dimensions, need time. This is how time and geometry are intimately connected. Geometry becomes a possibility under the domain of Time.
It will be clear after this short essay that time is the root dimension to the all other dimensions. Even when we take 3 dimensions out of time dimension, time still remains. The point, which is the origin of time and the point is time itself as long as it represents a point only without any spatial dimensions. When you talk about a line which already has some parts of time embedded in it, but additionally, independent of that line-locked time, there is plenty of additional time available to us to observe and measure the length of the lines. Now take the second line and a third line similarly at right angle to each other and create a 3 dimensional space. Even after consumption of time embedded to those two new dimension-embedded time, there is still plenty of extra time to measure and observe the 3 dimensional space just created out of the time dimension.
It is now a consensus opinion among the physicist that the time is a separate 4th dimension, yet interconnected with 3 spatial dimensions. They forgot that the 3 special dimensions are themselves a product of time. Their suggestion sounds as if the time has merged with those preexisting 3 spatial dimensions to form space-time continuum. On the contrary, the time does not come into the game later, after those 3 dimensions already been created. The truth is, there cannot exist any spatial dimension without the time. Although the ancients had been suggesting a "fifth element" which is roughly analogous to modern scientists "quintessence", none of them proven to exist experimentally, as of today. String theorist went even one step ahead and proposed at least another 10 dimensions, none of which ever measured and observed. And finally, the kings of abstract speculation, the Mathematician, have suggested a 64 dimensional geometry, in special context, as an upper bounds for certain geometric problems. I can foresee in near future, scientist will propose an infinity numbers of dimensions, that has not and will not take us anywhere in our attempt to understand the reality.
Even if scientist ever discover any additional dimension in the near future, time will still remain, as long as this universe remains. This will prove again that time is indeed a composite dimension, rather than something in isolation and indivisible. No matter how many dimensions you dissect and cut out from the thing that we currently call time i.e., the reality, time will still remain, although a limited, less discernible, rudimentary and even in a primordial form, but it is still time, nonetheless. Time is always one step ahead in the game even at infinite regress. Time is the fuel, consumption of which gives rise of the reality but the fuel of time still remains along with the combustion product, i.e., the reality. Hence, the time is analogous to a field (the ancient Thales called it Water), that crystallize into dimensions but those crystals (space) are still well submerged into this “Living Water of Time”. Time is the common denominator responsible for maintaining the consistency of causality. And this consistency of causality with respect to what? It is the one single reality we have in this universe. Time is that Reality.
The losers of Sophia [i.e. Foolosophers]

Philosophers today [in other words, Foolosophers] are the lover of the lovers of the lovers of the Sophia, to be the least.
They are just the lovers who never got the Beloved but still yearn for her in vain like a loser whose love was never been commensurated. If your love is genuine and you put your due efforts, your Beloved will have to come to you and she will beg you to be her husband/consort/protector.
This is the "real" philosophy.
You cannot use other lovers as a role model. You cannot be a copycat. Sophia does not like parrots. Sophia does not like the puppets. She is looking for the puppet Master. Your love has to be unique and built from scratch on your own. Unless you are a Master of yourself, you cannot be the husband of Sophia, i.e. Sophomaster. It takes time and a lot of introspection and extrospection directly from your part. Off course you can always listen and read what other people are talking about to educate yourself but mere following the lovers of the lovers will not take you to the Beloved. And finally when the Beloved finds your unique love, she will come with all of her offerings to you, but it will not work vice versa.
For ladies, pursuing philosophy will be like looking for a lesbian relationship. No wonder why only few women ever seriously interested in philosophy. I guess they are busy looking for the Lover/Husband /protector (philosophers) but not for the Sophia per se. Or may be they themselves are the Sophia but they don't know it, hence they do not need it to begin with
Propaganda no longer uses lies and does not deceive you anymore!

Originally propaganda came into practice as a motto of Propaganda Fide, a congregation for propagating a particular faith. In the beginning, there was nothing sinister about it. It was simply a device to propagate some practice or ideology, typically on a bonafide ground. Propaganda was not meant to deceive you at all. However, during World War I, gradually they started to use it as a tool to propagate information to advance a particular desired effects. After that, it deviated from its original task even further, like most of the endeavors of humanity. It was getting used routinely to make people believe blatantly untrue things. Today, propaganda has become a pejorative term where it is the biased or misleading/false information, used to promote or publicize a particular political cause or point of view. This degenerated form of propaganda was established by using outright lies and deceptive words. The bigger the lie, given sufficient repetition, eventually people will most likely believe in it more firmly. Given the long history of use of propaganda, people are now evolved enough to recognize the propaganda and its evil nature. Meanwhile the purveyors of the propaganda evolved side by side too. Now, lies are no longer used as a good propaganda. Any lie can now be checked easily [given it is not a high level lie], from words of mouth in the web, YouTube, twitter or in public forums. So nobody uses lies as means for propaganda anymore. Now only the truths are used as a good propaganda, but only by twisting it and taking it out of the original context. Truths are excellent for a propaganda because truths have its own intrinsic power to convince unsuspecting people.
Why do the purveyors of propaganda need it still today? Because the purveyors know, human spirit is truly unconquerable, proven repeatedly by the long history of humanity. The only way the unconquerable human spirit can be subdued is to gain faith or confidence of the people by the conditioning effects of information, no matter whether true, partly true, or false. Why do they need your mind? Because by having your mind, that they don't have to do their own home works like growing food, making houses, arranging for their comfort and luxury. Everything in elite's possession, one way of another, comes from the work, blood, flesh or fleece of the sheep like people [i.e. the sheeple]. Off course, in exchange of your mind and devoted service, they will offer you the promise of "protection" from any future Bogeyman but only as long as their comfort and safely is not compromised. On the contrary, they have become the Bogeyman demanding your blind obedience and compliance. Sounds like an evil plan from the elite? Think again. You are given the gift of intelligence and free will. If you allow to deceive yourself by those people then the culprit is you and you deserve to be deceived and intellectually raped. This is how the new propaganda is not used to deceive you, rather it is used to help you to deceive yourself. And you deceive yourself not by lies but with truths of the propagators, but only with out-of-the-context truths.
Atheism is fine with God, but abusing your power of choice is not.

God doesn't care if you do not find the reason to believe in Him. In fact, atheism is within normal limits or expectations, given the magnificent task of recognizing Him! Failure to find God is one of the well-known side effects of creation possessing a knowledge of good and evil, or in other words, with a free will. When God created this world and gave human a free will, He knows that in many cases people will not find the real reasons to believe in Him and that is totally acceptable to him. He expects failures, well beforehand in this regard and those failures have their own roles to drive the world forwards, just like the Feminine that is driving the Masculine eternally.
Freedom of choice makes the faith/knowledge in God beautiful. If it were not a choice, rather only an automatic, uniform faith/knowledge written as if in a stone, then it will not be an exciting place to be in first place. It will be a boring, unimaginative, meaningless existence. Choice gives you the meaning. And freedom of choice is the ultimate meaning giver. Freedom of choice automatically engenders some degrees of atheism. So atheism is expected and it is not outside the norm of the divine plan. You are free to be an atheist and God understands it, totally. Atheism is just a minor and expected side effect of freedom of choice. God will not condemn for your atheism, just because you cannot come to the belief/knowledge in Him even after your sincere effort. Similarly, just because you believe in Him will not save you [as by Saviors of many theology] and will not give you immunity from punishment. Your actions define you and your reward or punishment. Atheism is not a problem or of any concern for God. The True God is too big to be dependent on the prayers and sacrifices from his subjects. But failure to recognize what you should care for is a problem because it is directly in your hand. You know what is good and what is bad. So there is no excuses for not doing good things to your fellow people and to this magnificent creation.
What is not acceptable to God is doing something bad, with full knowledge, which God cares for, i.e., the creation, including fellow people within this creation. It is also not acceptable to God to use His name for the personal gain of power, fame, money or control over others. It is not acceptable to God to create hurtful dogma and belief systems in the name of God. It is not acceptable to God to deceive and trick other people believing something untrue and hence causing great sufferings. These things are totally under your control, so you cannot use any excuses for your evildoings. If you hurt the creation and fellow people, you will NOT be excused by God, unless the victim excuses you. God does not simply care if you are an atheist or not, but he does care for his creation. Atheism is fine with God, but misusing your intellect and power to rip-off other people either morally, intellectually, physically, spiritually, or financially is not acceptable because it is totally in your direct reach. You have the choice and you know what is good and what is bad for people. If you really do not know then you will be excused but if you know but still do bad things then there is no escape. God will not condemn you just because of your atheism but He will not condone misuse of your power to choose. Be respectful to these principles and use your resources wisely.
Mystery Maniacs

Have you read any science news recently? Each time whenever some science boffins [eggheads] find something, it becomes a big news as if they have just solved another "mystery". After reading the title, you think the news should be a fascinating one because it says it has just solved a mystery! Don't get too excited too early! When you read the main part of the news carefully, you slowly discover that the many mysteries that the news claimed to have solved, is actually not a real or serious issue at all. It is just a tangential or a silly borderline trivial issue that has nothing to my life directly or indirectly to our society. Who cares for those silly mysteries, if they remain solved or unsolved? But somehow science is busy in solving easy mysteries or non-mysteries-marketed-as-mysteries for public display. Science typically gives excuse for those silly mystery solving approach as the only valid way to advance our knowledge! Surprisingly, anything packaged as science, people are buying it, as in a regular consumption driven economy.
Why do both the science and the public like mystery, really? This is because people love mystery to be solved. Why do people love mystery to be solved? This is because they are hungry for knowledge. Why are they insatiably hungry for knowledge? This is because it is human's [Homo sapiens] in-built nature to solve problems. Why problem solving is human's in built nature? This is because it is useful and it gives us the pleasure of overcoming any barriers or limits, i.e. transcendence. Why human feel an urgent need for solving the mysteries? This is because their lives in itself is the greatest mystery of all right in front of their very eyes. Actually, it is so close to the eyes that, like the eyelashes, people often fail to even see it! But there is a hidden eye of your mind that still sees the constant existence of the biggest mystery and as a surrogate and inferior alternative, your mind is fascinated to solve any mystery, anywhere, however silly, especially the easy ones.
In fact, there exist, in some of the deeper part of your cognition that does not want to go to the ultimate mystery because it is afraid that it does not have the capacity to deal with it. So it makes a foil of unexplained fear so that he can easily avoid that real dilemma. Why is he afraid to go there? Because they do not have the time and courage. Why do they not have any time? Because life it short and in their opinion, it is not the best decision to invest a lot of time in that "unfruitful" toil, and they have some other "fun" or "essential things" to do. Why do they not have the courage? Because they did something unjust. What kind of unjust things they typically do? Most common is the taking or consuming more than he produced or contributed back to the system. That is the root of hidden guilt working against for having the real courage to solve the ultimate mystery of life. Instead, it keeps itself busy solving the non-significant mysteries as a cover-up. They never suspected, ever, what exactly they are missing here. They failed to recognize the nature of the greatest mystery of all!
The Middle Way or The High Way

The Buddhist middle way is in between 1.) Extreme Action/Karma Yoga of Vedic Hinduism and 2.) Extreme self-renunciation of Jainism. The middle in between these two ancient Indian ways is the "Middle Way". Gurdjieff suggested a fourth way (fourth means being outside the way of fakir, monk, yogi, all of them are actually are the ways towards the same goal) but that fourth way cannot be other than the 3rd or middle of Buddhism. Because there is no fourth way other than the middle way.
Mathematically when you collect a large groups of data you will see most of the data will tend to aggregate around a central mean. Outliers are only few and far between. The tendency of the individual data points to go towards and merge with the middle, i.e. the average line has long been recognized by the statisticians and the scientist. This is the Juggernaut of "Regression Line". The average or the middle is the Grand Regression Line, acting just like the dark energy. You cannot see it but you can see its effects all the time and it will make everything conform to it. The middle way is the "The Way" because it conforms to the regression line of Grand forces of the nature, instead of fighting against it. The middle have the essence of both extremes. Middle is the perfect representation of the overwhelming majority. The middle is most common, like the data of normal distribution curve that have a central (middle) tendency. Middle is normal and normal is the norm or the standard. Normal is normal because they occurs more often, because they survive more, because there are the fittest, because they have the best functions. They are the perfect epitome of balance. They display the best of the both extreme worlds and hence best functionality. They are the representative ones because they are common, have the best of both worlds and they function the best, like ambidextrous craftsman.
The dream and the psychedelic induced conscious states are the examples of the opposite extremes. In your dream, the logical structures breaks down, time becomes asynchronous, and things becomes cloudy. The meaning itself mostly ceases to exist. No wonder, why we do not remember those dreams for long time. Because most of the dreams are self-inconsistent, logically contradictory and jumbled. Human brain cannot handle the meaningless, patternless, jumbled events for long time. The magical number is seven, plus or minus two for the number of independent data you can consider simultaneously, even consciously. During dream, it become even worse for sure. So, if you cannot understand and remember what is happening in the dream then who care about the meaning of and interpretations of dreams? If you base your life by the dream analysis (Freudian or Jungian psychoanalysis) it will not take you anyway until the end of time. Additionally you are awake more times than you are sleeping. So forget about dream and pay more attention to what is happening here and now while you are awake during the day. In sharp contrast, if you try to artificially enhance your alertness with psychedelic/stimulant drugs, it will in fact work against you. You will never be sure what is real and what is unreal. You will mix up dream, hallucination with your real life experience. At the end, you will stay confused, except few moments of ecstasy under the direct effects of those drugs. It will cost you in longer run. The drug free intervals (which will be the most of your time, if you want to be functional) will be the living hell. The bottom line is the fact that the normal day-to-day, unadulterated/non-retarded/non-steroid boosted consciousness, reason or intellect is the best representative of both worlds.
After traveling all of those you are still stuck with old, ordinary, powerless you. The only tool you have against all those odds are your reason and intellectual power if it is unadulterated. You already have everything that you will ever need. So what are you waiting for? Jump in and explore the world to fins the meaning of all these. You do not need any special power or revealator to guide you. You already have your best guide, which is you. Do not pollute your thinking and reason by believing other peoples (including scientist's) claim without examination it independently, especially if that this is important to you and needs your attention. What are the things you ought to examine carefully? Don't worry, you will know. Just be honest with yourself and keep preparing yourself. When the student is ready, teacher will always appear and this teacher had always been sleeping inside you all these years because you never called him for assistance. Do not try to ask help while you have distorted your intellects either by sedative/hypnotics drugs or by CNS stimulants/psychedelics. If you do, they will teach you distorted truths. Use your usual day-to-day reason, observation, intellect, logic and intuition "normally" to start seeing things "as they are". This is "the middle way". There is no need to a fourth or fifth or any other way. Trust your middle self. Truth is not only the body, not only the mind but the Truth is your middle self. This is the only way, in the middle, you will ever need. And the good news is, you already have it. So, use it, wisely.
Freedom, a disguised tool to enslave you. Will it work, forever?

In some third world countries, where household maids are still common, there is a common pattern of hunting for a maid. It is still entirely voluntary from the maid's part, but they are typically recruited by lies and false promises. You, as a maid Master, will approach them, the prospective maid, with your best offering, luster and charisma. You will promise them success, prosperity, good life, security and financial freedom. Initially many of them will accept your offer and become your maids. But later, almost all will override you. They will leave you for a better option that they have learned while there were under you. They are using the knowledge gained from you, but this time against you. And, most of the time, you cannot prevent them from leaving you because, their free will have equal strength of yours. If you are not actively thinking like they are thinking with their "Life", you will be eventually subdued by them. If you analyze the situation from other way, from the maid's perspective, you actually did not have the controller position, ever. They chose you to use you for their own benefit according to their own agenda from the very beginning, but you didn't know it. You are just a vehicle for them for the purpose of transportation across the barrier (this case poverty/ illiteracy). After achieving their goal, they will throw you away just like a used toilet, just like a captive song bird that always leaves you, the earliest they can.
The question here is the following: can you use other people against their will for a long time? The answer seems to be no and it is proven again and again throughout the history. The African-American slaves showed it nicely to the world that no matter how big the odds are, you cannot muzzle the free will of other people for your own use for a long time. The "think tanks" today know it very well and they now use an entirely new paradigm for enslaving people. It is called "Enslaving by the Opium of Empowerment and Freedom” or EOEF. Sounds paradoxical, right? Actually, it is not a paradox. It is a very novel, modern and effective way of enslavement. If the slave does not know that he is a slave, then he will never try to be free from it! Additionally, in terms of productivity, a free man works and produces more with enthusiasm of empowerment, a sense of progress and best of all, freedom. So the best way to enslave people is to use invisible shackles so that the slave will think he is free and hence becomes more productive [just like a cow who will give more milk if you allow her gaze into the field (limited field, off course), instead of standing in the same place for the entire time]. Additionally, they will not disrupt the slave colony and the establishment with attempts of liberation. What a ingenious alchemical attempt it is!
What is the invisible shackles that enslaves people? It is simply the Monetary Policy. Please notice that it is not the money per se. Money is around us since the antiquity and I understand that money is an essential necessity. But it is the monetary (monstrosity) policy based on debt (Insurance companies) that is systematically enslaving people. How? It is the greatest modern or post-modern alchemy. Printing money based on public faith on it, which in turn maintained by a display of "scientific progress", political promise of better future (if not the utopia), a sustained release doses of social opium [alcohol, drugs, football and rock 'n' roll] and a continuous propagation of sub- and supra-liminal messages in the mass media in favor to gain the faith on the authority and hence on its monetary (monstrosity) policy. This is the alchemy of Federal Reserve. But the question is how long you can use this tool for enslaving people. Will it work indefinitely? History begs to disagree, as explained before. You cannot muzzle the free will of people, indefinitely. They will find a way to override the system which either you cannot prevent and foresee. In their perspective, people are actually using you (the Federal Reserve) for their own benefit from the beginning, but you did not know it! Just like the maids in third world countries, when they will be done with you after they have sucked all the juices out of you, they will throw you away exactly like a used toilet paper or a used condom. What will you do? Have you thought about your next move or new strategy yet? Is it another war again? Is it another great Depression/Recession again? What is it? Whatever you do, please do your job more humanly this time and onwards. Think about it, oh dear, before it is too late.
Paradox of Relativism: Is there any solution?

In theory, there should not be any hierarchical order among human but in practice hierarchy is everywhere. In theory there should not be any caste system but in practice there are. In Hindu culture of India, there are four district classes based on functional role and respectability/nobleness for thousands of years, until relatively recently with the infiltration of India by the East Indian Company. Those caste were the Brahmins [the Elite, High Priest], Kshatriyas [the Kings and warriors], Vaishyas [the merchants, artisans, farmers and the "producers"] and Shurdras, the manual workers. Similarly, in western world, there are also four distinct castes: the Lower class, the Middle class, the Upper class and the Elite/Business class [1%] based simply on money. This hierarchy model is not only limited to human society. It is also active in our body. Although theoretically all cells of the body have the potential to do any function, especially when they are young [the pluripotent stem cells], in practice, not every cell can produce insulin and not every cell can fire action potentials like neuron. A neuron does not make Keratin like the epidermis and epidermis does not have myelin sheaths. Even within the families of neurons, not everybody are equal in function. Although theoretically any neuron can do the function like other neurons, especially if the situation demands to compensate, but in practice, hippocampal neuron typically behaves dramatically different than spinal cord motor neurons. This pattern can also be found even in different proteins, RNAs and DNAs or other molecules. The whole universe can be seen as a series of hierarchical beings/materials but deep down they are all part of the same universe. But when you claim that everybody is equal [relativism], even though you know that they are not equal in practice because of their own efforts/devotion/sincerity, you are just inviting discontent. In absolute sense, there should not be any relativism and in relative terms, there should not be any absolute moral values. This is the paradox of relativism. The evil is to push one view superior than others and pass on any predefined judgment/legislature, whatsoever. Relativistic views should not be treated absolutely and the absolutes views need not to be treated relatively. It is foolish to try to categorize either relativism or absolutism as Truth. Trying to make relativism as the only truth (quite paradoxically, this relativistic view itself is an absolutism) is the perennial evil of the world. The Truth is bigger than either of those.
In theory, everybody can be anybody but in practice, anybody is only himself. So there is simultaneously a possibilities of relativism and absolutism depending on perspective and depending on the situation, here and now. Relativism only exist in future and future does not exist yet. What exist is only present and this present is not relative. What ever happened, happened and it is no longer relative to you! It is absolute. But was it good or bad? Again this is relative because you have examine it to know [in future] and that examination resides in the future [have not occurred yet], which is again by definition relativistic. It is happening out of a relativistic possibilities but once something happens that is the only thing exist [out of the field of its mutually exclusive competitors], others option were only past probabilities without any reality. If you want to change it, try or do it again and with different choices but do not complain about why others options are still there. They only exist in your/our minds and it is for your future use if your current choice turns out to be not the best one. Relativism is only true and valid for this esoteric reason but if you know that reason, you will immediately drop the relativistic view in favor of a holistic view. Your Relativism is perfectly alright with you but imposing your relativism to others or even imposing any generalized philosophy or ethics of relativism is unjustified. So relativism is and is not valid depending on background of the perspective just like an unopened box of "Schrodinger Cat" is both alive and dead at the same time. Do not try to make relativism generalized like what Einstein did. It will only lead to paradox like grandson killing grandfather and other nonsensical conclusions. For example, if there is any creator, before creating the world he had only 2 options- 1.) Creating the world and 2.) Not creating the world. But today that relativistic perspective at the time of creation is no longer valid. The world already exist and there is no option for it to not exist at the same time. Similarly before doing something, you can have a relativistic perspective for the future but once you have done something, it is no longer relative. You have to take responsibility of the consequences or enjoy the fruitage of your decisions. If you do something but simultaneously think the other way, it generates the conventional "relativism" but in reality it is still in the future and it is not settled yet, so in absolute sense, you do not know if it is relative or absolute. You are just fooling yourself. Simply put, it is an invalid/illegal/unscientific question. In ordinary language, it is simply your hypocrisy for which you are making the relativism argument as scapegoat. Before your action, things were relative but after you have done it, it is no longer relative for you. It is the reality.
For the other people who are not in position of doing something or not to become a victims of other people’s action, are not in position even to ponder the relativistic view point for that particular situation. This is because that you are not the part or center of that relativistic potential field. The person who is in the position of deciding is in the center of that relativistic potential field that will become a concrete non relative reality by his actions or choices. Do not judge him unless his interest is in direct conflict with yours and if it is in direct conflict, do what you think right for you without ever thinking what is right for him. Because if you try to impose your correctness to other people that is the birth of relativistic worldview again but in disguise. Just do what you ought to do. Do not give verdict onto others like theologian, a relativistic ethicist or scientist. Even the verdict that relativism is the truth is an absolute statement! What a paradox it is!! Only the Unknowable can know what is right and what is relative. We know it not. We can decide what is right for us. If we really know ourselves well and when we know what is right for us, we will automatically know and do right things onto others which is beyond both relativistic and absolute world views.
Examining the parts to understand the whole

Science starts with observation and studying the empirical results. Observation of the whole thing or any peculiar phenomenon is the initial stimulus for pursuing the particular subject. But the real science typically involves dissecting the problem and examining the parts to have the idea of nature and working of the things of interest. This the standard approach of science and biology. Although this seems to be very successful, at least on the surface and for the lay people, it has its own limitations. If your experimental design, even in theory, cannot explain the nature of the phenomenon that you are studying then how you can expect that approach of studying things will give you the answer. If a particular theory cannot logically proceed towards understanding of the nature of things then what is the point of exploring that field of study based on science which in turn based on logic. Some scientist, seeing the experimental results getting illogical and often self-contradictory, are trying to patch the problems by introducing additional illogical assumptions like "Something coming out of nothing principle", "Time contraction or dilatation", "Extra Dimensions", "Dark matter and Dark energy", "Every Biologic Phenotype have Genetic or Epigenetic origin", "Only brain has the capacity to think and store memories" and so on. When nothing seems to work, then the resort to probability theory, uncertainty principle and fuzzy logic system. And with all those, they claims to know everything, at least in principle. All that remains is to do more experimentation. At the end they gives us some answers based on their theory and experiential results. Finally they think they have solved the problem but there is only one problem. The answers that science so far has provided, have not satisfied our thirst for understanding. It is like drinking a salt rich soda that people think will quench their thirst but after drinking they are even more thirsty than before! Thirst needs pure water not junk like salt-rich soda. Similarly we are now more perplexed than ever before science took the project of understanding. Our mind and true-self, at the core, yearns for understanding, not just a probabilistic interpretation of relativistic many world multiverse string theory. What we want is Certainty, which is analogous to pure water to quench the thirst of our mind. This is irony of "contemporary" science. It looks like that science is itself a potential trap against the tangled journey for the understanding the nature and its relation with ourselves. This does not mean that science has no value in this journey. In fact, science is the starting point but definitely science is and will not be enough to go he next level of understanding, i.e. Wisdom.
Let us examine how contemporary science works in practice. Science divides the problem in parts and then they examine and manipulate the parts to see what the parts are doing. Then they induce or deduce the interpretation about the whole, which in turn heavily depend on logic. So if you experimental results becomes illogical and you use logic to justify your results, then it becomes literally an oxymoronic endeavor. Examining the parts to understand the whole is a tricky business. You might miss the beauty of a flower and its role in nature while you are dissecting the petals and examining the parts! Even those dissections and examinations are fraught with fallacies. First of all, you have to know all the constituents [which will not have ever] to understand the function of the whole. Then you have to know the sequence of those known and unknown interactions among the constituents, because uniting Hydrogen and Oxygen before (which makes water, H2O) the third item such as Carbon, it will become unmixable but uniting Hydrogen, Oxygen and Carbon together in right order creates carbohydrate, which is entirely a different thing! Even in those individual steps of the long long series of events, you do not know what co-factors, facilitators or modifying factors involved are. To make the situation even worse, some of the events are unique and happens only rarely when everything (you do not know what those everything were!) is in right time and proportion. If you dig deeper into the subatomic and quantum realm, you will be utterly lost. Additionally, some of the emerging phenomenon is only clearly measurable at respective level of complexity but not in more basic or lower levels. Even at more macroscopic level such as those routinely used in neuroscience to study the function of the different parts of the brain, the problem remains. For example, resecting a part of the brain and trying to see what deficit it produced does not give you the real function of that part in situ. There are some studies that have demonstrated that removing some part of brain can impair some forms of memory, recollection, calculation ability, music sense, social appropriateness, and so on. But none of them can tell us why we enjoy the music, why we feel nostalgic about out childhood memories and so on. Examination of the parts can help you understand the whole, only with the aid of reason. That means you are taking absolute reliance of reason to connect gaps of the understanding the parts with the whole. How do you know that your reason is valid across different levels of complexity? Have you done any experiments to prove that? If yes then what is the rationale of that new experiments. Ave you proved the rationale of the rationale? It is an infinite regress where you have to rely your reasoning power without any further experimentation or proof, because your reason proceeds any experiments that you can device. So if you just analyze the constituents, do not assume that you know what is happening above the level and below the level. If you do or pretend to understand then you are fooling yourself (acceptable) and fooling others (not acceptable).
If you believe in the theory of relativity, aren't you saying everything relative? Then why you are not treating one levels understanding as a relative and hence limited degree of understanding of the next levels. Why are you treating your understanding at one level as infallible evidence for the next level? This is an absolutism of reason, which is itself a paradox. What gives your reliance of reason the absolute validity over the principle of relativism? Why understanding at one level can explain the other levels below or above? Do you really know? In contrast, if you examine the whole then you have a better chance to understand the whole and if you are lucky, may be part of the constituents too by extension. This is the real reason behind the power of phenomenology and behaviorism. But phenomenology and behaviorism is just the beginning and it is really powerful only for the same level of analysis. It will help you understand what the entire individual organism is doing, but it still fails and will fail to give you the WHY. The ability to see why is contingent upon your degree of need and how much you really want. This is the only secret formula of knowing the why part. This can be illustrated by the following analogy. For a general audience all the crying of the babies sounds the same and all of you can recognize what is a baby's cry, but only the person who really needs to know and wants to know will know the why behind the cry. Hence the mother of the baby can see why the baby is crying. She knows and can distinguish what cry is for hunger, what cry is for diaper change, what cry is for emotional attention and what cry is a danger sign of something else. She not only knows the "what" but also the "why". On the surface it looks like a miracle, or instinct of blind gut feelings from the mother but if you observe carefully you will see the mechanism. The secret is that the mother needs to know and she wants to know. She is not going to compromise on that. When you really want something that genuinely, your ear, eye, sense organs of perceptions work more sharply than the ordinary situations and you begin to see the subtle differences in the cry, the facial expressions, tone of the cry, the context, the environment etc., which are otherwise unnoticeable. This the way and there is no other way. You have to have the wanting for knowing the "why" that solemnly even at great cost. Intense wanting, devotion and attention will show you the "why". This is real meaning and goal of traditional Bhakti Yoga, Buddhist Meditation or Prayer/Ṣalāt in Monotheistic traditions. It will take you to the next level of understanding, your eyes will be opened and you will begin to see the world better than earlier. Reason and experimentation are good for same level analysis but to understand why at the level above and below, reason and experimentation is powerless because they will take you towards infinite regress which is a no no for science, mathematics and logic (reason). You need something beyond all those "Sciences" such as desire, devotion and attention. This will open the opportunity to understand what is below and what is above which in turn started from the examination of the parts. If you can discover this secrete by yourself then you will not only see what "is" but also the "why" in the below as well as above. Only that perspective gives you the validity of cross-/trans-levels of "Why".
Meaning, Perceptions, Mimicking and Language: Who is the Driver?

There exist some fashionable intellectuals who concluded in their final analysis that there is no meaning of life, after all. However, they failed to realize that the proposition they are propagating "Life does not have a meaning" itself convey a meaning [Via Negativa still paradoxically conveys a meaning]. So if you are a Nihilist or Existentialist or Absurdist, and claim that life has no meaning, then you are just trying to escape the fact that you could not find the meaning of life by yourself. Stop fooling yourself and especially stop fooling others. When you start talking about meanings, you already acknowledge that life has a meaning but you are not aware of it. This is because you have forgotten it in the long chain-of-thought processes. Before claiming that life has no meaning, you need to work on your memory skills and recover what are the facts that you have forgotten. As a matter of fact, you cannot escape the need for meanings. The need for meaning is the birth of pattern seeking phenotype of beings which is deeply embedded and entangled to their own existence. The most primitive [if not primordial] pattern recognition ability is manifested as mimicking. Mimicking aims to capture what is really happening out there [Mimicry is the first sign of Love, remember?]. In fact, the Effects that we can perceive are just faithfully mirroring the Cause and expressing itself as, what we call, Mimicry. What is happening out there comes to you through the organs of perceptions. When there is a way to represent the external stimuli, as captured, albeit imperfectly by the organs of perceptions, by mimicking with the same kind [i.e. Sound by Sounds, Light/Vision by Light/Vision, Touch/pain with Touch/pain, etc.] which is also recognizable by others, it carries a definite advantage over other modes of communications based on mimicking than those perceptions that has to involve other modalities [i.e. Mimicking sound by vision, mimicking touch/pain by sounds etc.]. In fact, mimicking by the same kind is minimalist, self-contained and more likely to be successful in probabilistic terms because only the minimum amount of variables involved. The joint probability of successful events involving few participants or variables is always higher than many variables or participants, remember?
What are the sense organs that can assess what is happening outside or inside? Vision is the most obvious organ of perception, but those visual perceptions cannot be directly communicated by the same kind easily. We do not have any organ that can produce light like a projector or hologram generator. So our Light/visual perception cannot be communicated directly by mimicking light that can be recognized by others. You cannot project your imagination on air [like a projector or hologram generator] captured by visual organs! The only way you can communicate your visual perceptions in visual ways is by drawing which is grossly imperfect. Again the other person has to be close by to see your drawing and you have to have a suitable tool and surface to draw it correctly in order for any meaningful communication. Additionally, it takes a lot of time and you cannot do it if there are some considerable distance, or there is some barrier [such as, you are on the other side of a wall or a room] obstructing to display your drawing to others. Time, distance, obstructing barrier, need for drawing tools, your skill of drawing and efficiency for communicating a wide variety or visual perceptions makes the vision of lights not the best of every day mode of communication by mimicry. With skin, you can only partially mimic what is happening to you by skin stimulation to others. Only limited things can be communicated this way. You can express your pain by inflicting pain on others by skin stimulation or in other words hurting others, which your fellow people will not like. The other person has to be physically close enough to you so that you can communicate this by same kind, i.e. mimicking it. The number of situations you can communicate, such as pain, touch, proprioception, vibrations by similar mimicking skin stimulation is extremely limited. Anything outside your body surface, i.e. skin, you cannot communicate with mimicking with same kind. Suppose you need to communicate that you want go for hunting. Can you mimic that by skin stimulation, especially if someone located is not so close by? Not quite possible. So, touch is not a good way of communication by mimicking the same kind. Smell and taste have very limited value in communication by the same kind because they are mostly chemical signals that does not have any physical representations to be mimicked. You cannot produce a taste of chicken to communicate the taste of chicken to others. You cannot produce a smell of flower from your body to communicate the smell of flower to others. So taste and smell sensations are not designed to communicate with same kind efficiently in the first place. They are just for your own personal [may be some other intimate/sexual] use. They play a very limited role for communication in everyday life.
This leaves us to our last conventional sense organ, the hearing. Hearing has a unique vantage point for communication by mimicry. In the macroscopic [Non-Quantum] physical world that we live in, is full of mechanical events. Many of them produce vibrations in the medium that can be sensed by hearing apparatus. The Proto-Hominids were bombarded with sounds from all kinds of sources. They listened songs of birds, roaring of lions, the sounds of leaves of trees, distress calls of other animals, mating calls of birds, sounds of thunders, sounds of water drops of rain and so on. Paternal sounds that enter through the ears can be easily mimicked by the gift of vocalization. Although this vocalization is no way close to perfect, but this quasi perfect tool of vocalization can mimic to reproduce the sound that they just heard! This is the minimalist approach for communication by same kind which is also inbuilt and self-contained. This is analogous of frying a fish with the oil that fish already has! What a delicious recipe! The inbuilt Hearing-Vocalizing apparatus complex that we have is the unique tool of communication by mimicry that other sense organs [such as vision, touch/pain, smell and taste] lack which I have explained earlier. By the principle of Ockham's Razor and Bayesian probability, this is the best minimum sets and self-contained. You perceive things that you can produce with very close approximation, without the need for any external tool. Additionally, it can be used to mimic a wide variety of situations that other organs of perception cannot do. Suppose you want to communicate that you heard a sound of a tiger, which is of utmost importance and time constraints to produce the distress-call is also extremely important. Best way to go is vocalization. You can communicate at a distance, quickly, without any external tool, even against a barrier [like wall/fence/trees] with high fidelity to be understood by others [The fellow people have received that you can produce!] and everything is in built. This is why hearing and vocalization exerted a potent evolutionary selection pressure to be kept and utilized over other sense organs for communication. This way of reasoning also strongly suggest music and songs are more primitive than language and words. Experiments from neuroscience also corroborate with this view because people with Medial Temporal Lobe (MTL) lesions who display impaired memory and word use as in cases of semantic dementia [all of which are examples or manifestations of language], still retain their ability to understand, recognize, recollect and reproduce music, songs and poetry. Additionally, without hearing ability your vocal ability is also severely impaired, suggesting a strong functional connection between these two systems. This can be illustrated by the fact that congenital or early childhood acquired deafness inhibits the ability to speak naturally and to acquire verbal language, which again validates this concept. Embryologically, Hearing [Middle ear] and Vocalization [Larynx] apparatus, develop from same Foregut and neuroanatomically, Auditory cortex, Wernicke's area and Broca's of the area in the cerebral cortex [the critical areas for language], are all located in close proximity than any other sensory cortical areas and heavily interconnected by axonal projections. All these evidences strongly point to the fact that the language and thought process itself, in general, is intimately connected with hearing-vocalization apparatus complex. This can be further strengthened by the fact that the distorted thought process of Schizophrenics typically includes auditory hallucinations rather than other sorts of hallucinations. So, it is no surprise that the language is dominantly based on hearing-vocalizing apparatus complex, which is turn have an Evolutionary and Probabilistic selection pressure because of its efficiency and superior utility in communicating about what is happening out there. Your thought and language [i.e. Your Mind] is heavily dependent, composed of and a derivative of the organs of perceptions of the very root. So when you say “I think, therefore I am", your "I" who is claiming to be independent and superior of your body [i.e. Organs of perceptions] are a grossly misleading. The "I" that you know of, cannot exist without your organs of perception or your body. The "thou-ness" that exist prior to this false "I" will not claim anything because at those levels such claiming is meaningless. Hence the Cartesian dichotomy of mind and body and superiority of this false "ego" or “I” is unjustified. However, this perception-derived language or "ego" or "I" cannot explain the original need for meaning or pattern seeing behavior in first place, which is many, many levels or layers before the emergence of language or "ego" or "I". The true nature of the existence of the original need and the ability to seek pattern by mimicking remains "esoteric" in nature which is beyond the scope of this "exoteric" Webbook essay.
In summary, what you perceive, you mimic [Monkey See, Monkey Do]. This is the most primitive pattern seeking drive. You continue to mimic and retain the useful and meaningful mimics even without conscious awareness of their meanings. Hearing-Vocalization pair is the minimalist, inbuilt, efficient, quick, wide spectrum, can act-at-distance, can be transmitted against the barrier that other perception cannot, all of these create strong evolutionary and probabilistic selection pressure to make it thrive. Your mimicked sounds that others can understand and can act upon adding additional meanings. Those mimics now have their own meanings and hence retained. Those sounds become words. Words represent encoded information coming from the organs of perceptions. This is the birth of language. This Language engenders self-awareness and "ego", which in turn can produce problems. So even language is not intrinsic [in contradiction to Chomsky's theory], instead it is perception-derived. They just serve a very useful purpose to communicate what you are perceiving which in turn has a survival benefit. So even the Cartesian "I" or Vedantic "Self" is not intrinsic, but what is intrinsic is the need and ability to be aware of pattern recognition. In general, Words, and Language arose out that need and ability seek meanings. Words and language evolved out to describe the external world and what is actually happening as captured and encoded imperfectly by the organs of perceptions. Those tools of perception exist not to describe what is unreal or for lying. From the very beginning of your existence, the need and ability to recognize patterns and their meanings exist. They are as deep as your own existence, long before your so called “ego”. So the formula of existence to seek meaning which in turn created you, cannot have no meanings, i.e. Existential nihilism is a false concept. By the same token, you cannot escape from the need for, either positive or negative, meanings, a meaning nonetheless.
But you have the freedom to use your language accordingly or on your own wish or caprice. Just because that you have the ability to lie or deny, does doesn't invalidate the power of hearing-vocalizing complex to capture and encode the reality. Indeed, pure, unadulterated, pristine, honest perceptions as captured by these sense organs are trying to tell you something useful. They are not there to fool you, as many deluded philosophers or scientists claimed, although there can be some false alarms, but in the majority of cases they are serving you well. Think how you can walk [Propioceptions] most of the time without falling. Think how can you see [Vision] food and can take them [Touch] for your lunch. Think how you used your ear [Hearing] to escape the car behind you. How you avoided some unhealthy place full of putrid and poisonous gas [Smell] because you perceived it. How your taste guided you most of the time about the wholesomeness of the food [Taste]. Your sense organs are your best friends and they are helping you to survive. Just because they are not always perfect, you cannot abandon them altogether, just like the mothers who cannot abandon their babies just because they are crying. That cry might mean something important. Listen patiently and carefully, you will know the meanings of your perceptions. Those are the only tools you have in your mind or thought! A master mason or master carpenter will not complain about their tools. If they feel they are not working properly, they will sharpen it, instead of complaining about them. Only the novice apprentice will complain about their tools. Stop blaming the tools when you chose not to use them according to its original purpose, i.e. to capture the meanings that they can provide. Perceptions and Language exist to help you find the meaning of life, but they will not take you there. You have to go there with their help. When you have found the meaning, discard perception and linguistic intricacy [poetry], bureaucracy [grammar] and their limitations [Wittgenstein’s Limits]. Keep the meaning that you have found so far. Do not allow the tools of perceptions [The Servants] to be the Master and do not allow them to over-analyze the meanings. If you allow, they will distort the meaning and there will be the existential crisis ad absurdum. Remember, you are free to argue over even the obvious truths. Do not misuse your intellect. Try not to be puppets of the perceptions. Be the Master of the puppets. Keep the Meanings, hold onto it, nurture it and it will show you the Door.
Problems of the Western Zen/Buddhism and the Vedanta

The Zen/Buddhism or Vedanta are nothing new. It is the age old wisdom teachings of the Sages of India, partially preserved by the monks and sannyas. But why now and why in America? The answer is fairly simple. In this era of Utilitarian and Pragmatic/Political Realism (Realpolitik), it must have some beneficial purpose for the establishment of the western civilization, particularly in America. What is that beneficial purpose for which they are being systematically promoted by the Schools, Universities, Popular TV or Media Celebrity, New Age movement or even by the philosophers and politicians? The Tyrannical Owners [Financial/Corporate/Political Masterminds] of the westerners are using it or promoting it to tame the intellectuals down that would have been the movers and shakers [not to mention, a true and just revolutionary], who could alleviate the suffering of the sheep imposed by those corporate "Owners". In order to divert the natural tendency to auto-correct the accumulated errors in popular judgments and to tame down any possibilities of significant resistance against the authority, they are distributing repackaged "Eastern Wisdom" to the mass. Their intention is not to educate you but to quell your justified anger, to dilute your personal opinion, to vanquish any opposition to resistance against authority who are perpetually milking and fleecing you out, but in return, not respecting you or taking care of you as they have promised. This is exactly why they are now promoting those repacked eastern "wisdom". The irony is, knowledge/wisdom is power and nobody in authority is generous enough to distribute power (i.e wisdom) freely because Wisdom brings True Freedom and true freedom brings righteous actions which in turn is a threat to the authority. Can you see it, how you have been duped again?
But the real issue of the current essay is not to show why the repackaged Zen/Buddhism or Vedanta are becoming popular but to discuss the real difficulty in understanding of this so called "modern" Zen/Buddhism or Vedanta. Long before Gautama or even Veda, in India, there were some itinerant, peripatetic ascetic monks and sages who were the de facto religious and political guardians of their tribes or the regions, based on their merits, wisdom and actions. Much later when those indigenous people were introduced with the Veda from the incoming Aryans, it created a profound upheaval amongst the people. In those periods of geopoliticoreligious turmoil the indigenous local Indian were divided into two main groups: 1. The Astika School, Based on the Veda or Brahmins as the Authority, 2. The Charvaka/Sramana or Individualistic (later, mistakenly identified with Nastika School). The Veda based Brahmin priesthood became the orthodox School, later modified, reinterpreted and repackaged as Vedanta. The Sramana School later disappeared and repackaged to become the new School of Jainism and Buddhism. These events are in almost perfect parallel with the events where thousand years of wisdom from Egypt, Sumerian, Babylonian, Greek, Celtic/Druidic, Roman/Stoic were consolidated/encapsulated/encrypted into either 1) Judaism [Equivalent to Brahmin/Veda based Hinduism where Brahmin are the "Chosen People" just like the Jews) or 2) Christianity (Equivalent to Mahayana Buddhism where Buddha is equated with God just like Christ]. But what those schools are saying is noting "new" but rather represents the efforts trying to preserve the rudimentary fragments of Wisdom but unfortunately in Indirect/Encrypted forms. So do not treat the Bible or Veda or Teaching or Buddha or Jesus as the First source of Wisdom. Rather, they represents the later, fragmentary, rudimentary glimpse of Ageless Wisdom but in an indirect/encrypted form. Whatever you see in Veda, or Gautama's teaching, or in Bible, it NOT their own. It comes from an impersonal, ageless Wisdom tradition common to all people around the world. If you take the later, rudimentary, fragmentary, partially degenerated/corrupted and yet encrypted/indirect teaching to be the ultimate, concrete, direct, uncorrupted, pure sources of wisdom or salvation, then you are just fooling yourself and it will take you towards an infinite regress of meaninglessness. You have to appreciate the natural history and origin of those schools of ideas in order to understand the beauty and the truth behind it, even from those fragmentary teachings. You have to inquire and earn it and the good news is, it was never lost completely and it is always available in the environment and everywhere you seek. You just have to recognize it, take it, hold onto it and live it. The Teacher/Guru/Rabi/Priest/Brahmin/Buddha might be helpful but not necessary. Only you and your environment are both simultaneously necessary and sufficient! But it takes time, discipline, and hard work but unfortunately, there is no shortcuts, like having a blind and categorical "Faith" and then home that you are saved. The "Faith" is for those weaklings who cannot find the Truth for themselves despite their honest and sincere efforts so it is okay for them to have faith. But you have to try it first before resorting yourself to the faith. Only then the "faith" is also a good thing because, at least you are in the vicinity of the House of Truth.
Now let's go back to the real issues or difficulties of modern or western Zen/ Buddhism or Vedanta. Everyone wants to win the crown jewel bypassing any works needed as preparation. Everyone is interested in the fruit but nobody is willing to plant the seed and nurture the tree. They do not even want to go to the shopping malls anymore to buy the fruit. They just order it online and want the fruit to be shipped to their door at the mailing address. If you want the fruit, you can get some version of the fruit by hook or crook but, will you be satisfied perpetually just by one bite? Of course not! You need to cultivate it from the scratch. But again it takes time, effort, dedication, and occasional asceticism. But they think "I have paid in cash or from my credit card, and why this has to be that difficult? I have paid my dues and I want the fruit". Let me assure you, it will not work in that way. But unfortunately this is the way Zen/Buddhism or Vedanta is being practiced in western world. And for the same reason, everyone jumps to grab the fruit at the very beginning of their journey. So they are looking to conquer the Nirvana and Non-Dual Vedic Self as easily as possible, as quickly as possible and as cheap as possible. And this is the problem. There is no shortcuts, but the Western Zen/Buddhist or Vedanta guru are ready to sell the shortcuts of their damaged goods to you.
The original Buddha had no intention to explain, teach or propagate any doctrine and only began to speak at the request from close and advanced students in the inner circle for their particular and specific questions. When the students wanted to know about the nature about the Nirvana or Enlightenment, he did not answer. Instead he talked in parables to indicate that, before asking those big questions, there are many other immediate questions you need to find the answer. The Big questions should come as the last possible question and the only way you can know those things if you yourself become enlightened. So focus on more immediate issues like: What is happening, what you and the people in general are doing, what are the things bothering you and what are the root causes of those immediate problems or issues, or in other words, the Four Noble Truths. Again, those response came only on request from most advanced or well prepared students, not preemptively. Unfortunately, the western "buddhas" are trying to preach preemptively, for the mass with "generalized" sermons. This is exactly the opposite of the original teaching. No wonder why even the high priests of Tibetan monks are arguing each other to understand how to interpret the Buddha's "emptiness". This in itself, conclusively proves that they themselves do not understand what it is or why it is. Almost everyone thinks, his interpretation of the emptiness is the truth, the rest of them are just illusory. Then he wants to integrate his interpretation into this problem ridden world but they have no idea what, why and how the "problem ridden world" came to be! In other words, the so called buddhas have a solution for a problem that they themselves do not know the "pathogenesis". How foolish is that! By the same token, if you have any predefined or indoctrinated idea of Nirvana based on your ego, greed or covetousness, then it cannot be, by definition, Nirvana. When you try to become empty, by the instructions and the method [the method itself is a "thing" and by definition, cannot be empty] of a teacher/guru and eventually pretend to become somehow "empty", you will be utterly lost about what that emptiness actually means. You will become totally agnostic about the whole thing and your entire efforts will get wasted. It is not about emptying and staying emptied but finding the reason behind it or the true will, hidden behind that emptiness what will animate you with joy and fill you with actions that are aligned perfectly with the nature and the worlds. So, do not want to know or inquire about the Nirvana prematurely. It will only bring more confusion, if you are not well prepared.
In contrast to Zen Buddhism, who are trying to make you empty and powerless, the western Vedanta is trying to do exactly the opposite. It makes you more egotistic (already extremely prevalent is western world), selfish and devoid of any sense of morality. You might be a criminal and doing all types of felony but “it’s okay dude” and whatever you do, it is right, because you are who you are, i.e. "I am". In fact, this "I am" is the most used and unfortunately misused buzzword for New Age/Vedantic movement that is going on in western world. The question about "I am" -ness should not be the active goal because it is a dead end, especially, if you ask it prematurely. You cannot solve it in ordinary logical, scientific or philosophical ways because people already tried it and instead of making things easier for you, they have created a stumbling block such as Godel's Logical Paradox, Kant's "Things in itself" and Scientific "Objective, empirical verification and falsification" respectively. If you really want to solve it, this question should come as the very last possible question and hopefully by that time you are already enlightened and will not bother to even ask it! Additionally and yes unfortunately, there are two commonly known "I am", one is from the Prince of Darkness, the same side of the river and the other is from the Prince of the Light, the other side of the river. They both do not know the true "I AM" The Most High, The Highest, and hence both of them are still trying to be it or know it or catch it or worse, hunt it. The Real "I AM" is humble enough and hence not interested in saying "I AM", but those who are using this term preemptively, are obviously egotistic and a citizen of the either side of the river (but not the "Living Water" of the river itself). The Real "I AM, The Most High" is Silent, and those who possess it are also silent and hence not available in the market places. There are many social, material, cultural, moral and ethical questions that should come before that big question. But if you are concern primarily with it, it will lead you astray and you will be lost in never ending maze. Do not ask the Last and Big question first and to the teacher in the marketplace, for heaven's sake, do not attempt to teach your students the most advanced concept in the very start. You yourself should know it first, before you can teach it to anyone. If you knew, you will not teach it to begin with! Try not to make the pigs to sing. It will not work eventually. It is your responsibility to guard against any Impurity that can occur in the hand of the Unclean! The only way to keep it Pure is not to touch or talk about it at all. Instead, just Do it, Be it, Live it. If you are really wise, then chose your Student wisely too [be a Teacher only when the Student is fully ready]. Or else, it will create just another egotistic selfish, megalomaniac, tyrannical and hence more damaging Prince, either of the Dark [The Devil/Angra Mainyu/Satan] or the Light [The Christ/Lucifer], and the Havoc for the rest of the sheep.
The Story of Mystery, Myths, Mandala, and Mathematics

The word mystery itself derived from Greek "Mysterion", meaning secret knowledge where lips and eyes are closed from the non-initiated. Only the initiated can see the truth, which is hidden from the outsiders. Nothing is sinister about the mystery. The mystery does not mean nonsense, pseudoscientific new age cultic doctrine. It is a simple yet profound truth that the outsider cannot see and hence hidden from them, and hence called a secret or mystery. But it is a truth, nonetheless, for those who are rightfully initiated by self-discipline. For example, in case of a miraculous/(?virgin!) birth of a child, its is a mystery for us to ponder who was the real biological father but for the mother of that child it is not a mystery. She knows who is the real father but her lips are closed, hence it is a mystery for the outsiders. Similarly, the word myth derived from Greek "Mythos", simply means a thought or story delivered by the word of mouth. Myth does not automatically mean something false. It simply means a story, but the real rationale behind the story is not immediately visible. Let's analyze a simple, modern myth that says "Diabetics should not eat sugar". Doctors and educated people would immediately label this statement as a myth, because they will say, even the diabetics need some sugar or carbohydrate in their diet, with or without insulin. The diabetics actually need to take a modest amount of carbohydrate in their diet. The lay people will accept the expert's opinion when they declare "Diabetics should not eat sugar" is simply a myth and hence false. But did you realize what truth you just missed, if you label that statement as just another myth? When people originally discover the disease diabetes mellitus, they came to realize that the diabetics cannot handle the sugars in their diet and excessive sugar is definitely bad for diabetics. In order to alarm the people the danger of diabetes and prevent harm, they overstated the truth as "Diabetics should not eat sugar". They knew that any food you eat, even the vegetables or meat has carbohydrate in them in modest amount, so apparent sugar-free food would be just fine for the diabetics, based on their long observation of diabetic people. Additionally, if you warn the danger of sugar for diabetics lightly, people will take it lightly. So the effective way to communicate the truth of the relation of the diabetes and the sugar for the lay people can be expressed simply by overstating it, in the pithy format of "Diabetics should not eat sugar". This is the real truth behind this myth. But you have to deconstruct the myth and analyze the hermeneutics to see the truth and why the wise people in the past have created the "myth" in first place. This is how myths are always developed around a tiny nidus of truth, but often overstated or embellished. Over time, people's fantasy and cultural garbage that deposits on top of that nidus have become so large that now it is hard to find the underlying core truth that drove the original mythogenesis. In fact, some of the underlying wisdom is so important to communicate and to disseminate that the authors resorted to add even false stories, allegories and fantasy to embellish the message, palatable for the time and culture where it was started. They just want to express the core idea, even at the cost of being obviously fantastic.
The next word that we need to focus is Mandala. The Mandala is a symbol representing an abstract, profound concept that cannot be expressed in words. The word mandala comes from Sanskrit, which means a geometric construct involving a circle that typically includes one or more squares and triangles to represent the universe in context of macro- and microcosm relations. In the deeper level, it is a way to express an ineffable idea with the help of geometric patterns. Symbols are ubiquitous from ancient to modern time. Even the mathematics, equations, and physics are all full of symbols. There is nothing occult or sinister about the mandala. It is simply a tool to express the idea beyond the words. People will often dismiss a Mandala immediately as a "Woo" or "pseudoscience" but they have no problem in accepting a similar symbolic expression like E = mc^2 as a concrete science. The only difference among them is your level of understanding. Just because, you cannot understand something does not mean that you need to reject them as untrue or utterly bogus. When you really see the meaning behind those Mandala/symbols or the equations, you will perceive the idea what they represent. The next comes the word mathematics, which is derived from Greek "Mathematos", from root *mendh- which means "that which is learnt". So mathematics is a tool for learning, not the knowledge itself. It is a tool to help you think clearly, which will lead you towards learning. So the mathematics is a faithful "tool" or "slave" to do the job of "learning", but not the Master. If you make the "slave" into the Master, everything will go awry. The Numbers and Symbols in mathematics are the Mandala for the Science. So, do not treat the mathematics unduly as the master. Instead, mathematics is just like the tools of a Master Carpenter or a Master Mason, NOT vice versa. A symbol can be a number, an alphabet, a geometric shape, an inanimate object, a living creature or statute of it. Thus, focus on the meaning behind those symbols, not the symbol/mandala per se.
Next comes the concept behind the word itself. The most evolve form of the symbols are the Alphabets/Letters, Morphemes, the Words and the Language, either oral, written or conceptual. Words that carry an abstract idea is the most primordial of all concept that we can imagine. This is why the concept behind the Word has been also been known variously as the "Buddhi/Nous", "Poimandres", "Logos", "Rta/Asa", "Ma'at", "Tao", "Aql/Kalima" etc. But over time, the corrupted minds of the people failed to see the original meaning and hence they started to add additional corruption. If you do an archaeology on any words, even the nouns will show some beautiful meanings. In those times, it was never just a noun or name as we used to think in modern days of nominalism. Originally, every noun represented an idea or a story, composed of subjects, objects, adjective and verbs. The Ancients did not treat a noun as meaningless nominal words as it is today. Actually, at that time there were no nouns or grammars to make the separation of inseparable meanings. We separated those and now blame the ancients for their meaningless "Babel". On the contrary, names or nouns are the most virulent agent in modern English language against understanding. Originally, the ancient people under different kings used different words to convey same meaning or even same deity, but in modern worlds, things gets more confusing. Today, even if you try to change a word instead of another to preserve the original meanings, people will start to protest vehemently, so the "public relation" agents nowadays do not change the words. They just change the meaning, keeping the words the same. This pollutes the original meaning of the words, even further and people even do not know, what are they missing and hence more tamed! And the last and most vicious attack on the words comes from the general public who either by the virtue or vice, start to corrupt the words so much that the original meaning is almost entirely lost. Even if somebody had deciphered the meaning of some words in the past, people will eventually start to call it by a mere name or noun in their own preference, thinking that "what difference does it make". They thought they are just playing an innocent act of naming and calling things according to your own will and preference. Most rampant of those examples are the abbreviations, those are treated as a simple noun like, AIDS for Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome Or "Yolo" for "You Only Live Once". The outsider will not understand the what the words AIDS or Yolo actually means. Unwittingly, day by day, we are just adding additional layers on words that creates extra burden against understanding the original meaning of those words. We are not aware of how much havoc we are setting up for the posterity. Unless you are very careful, you will not see the fact that almost all nouns, especially before the advent of modern language, were concepts from either adjectives, adverbs, verbs, an event or occurrence. Only a few can see the original, but hidden meanings behind the mystery of Words. For example, the name "Isis" represents the empty throne from where you come to know the real and secret Names of all things. The name "Baal Shem" means the Master of Names. Knowing the real Name of anything [i.e. the concept behind the name] is the Mastery of that Name itself! But the names can be also a trap if you are not extremely careful. If you accept nouns as meaningless names, then you will be lost in the labyrinth of language like the story of the tower of the Babel. Additionally, names can also create the opportunity of playing the "semantic game" by any other people. On the other hand, the same Name/Word can liberate you from ignorance. You are in the driver's seat!
Having discussed the preliminary concepts behind Mystery, Myths, Mandala, Mathematics and the Words, now you can see the fact that, just like myths or mandalas, the higher mathematics and equations are the placeholder or symbols to communicate a concept that does not have a physical representation. A concept that is inexpressible by words can be still expressed with the symbols of mathematics. For example, let's consider the imaginary number i. What a monster it is! We know there cannot be a complex/imaginary plane out there in space-time, but we have no problem in accepting it as if a "real" thing. We consider i as real as an apple or a cow that we can do arithmetics with. But if someone introduces a myth to express the inexpressible in ordinary language, people will automatically and instantly reject it as if they are devoid of any intrinsic scientific value. They forgot, i is a kind of myth just like Zeus. Myths start with some assumptions that cannot be proven. For example, Zeus is the immortal and this assumption you have to accept in toto. Similarly, you have to take the dogma of science and mathematical axioms without questions. The mathematical axioms, like the i, are very narrow, hence, typically their flaws are hidden from unsuspecting eyes, hence more believable, but the Zeus myth, which is broader and blatant but qualitatively they are still assumptions, nonetheless. Myths try to tell you the idea behind the story. Mathematics is also telling you a story behind the equations and numbers. As mythic stories cannot be proven by another story, similarly mathematics cannot prove by mathematics itself. As long as you cannot prove the mathematics, it is still a story, albeit a much sophisticated story, but a story nonetheless. Just as science and equations are trying to improve human conditions, myths were also designed to improve the human conditions because all of the myths have a teaching for the betterment of the individual and the society of that time. In the similar lines of reasoning, myths or the symbol i both are trying to do the same things. They are trying to deal with the paradox, just like we are trying to deal with the paradoxical nature of reality with science. Unfortunately, we think myths are just a bunch of bulls, but equations are the cosmic truths written in stones. Actually, myths are full of the Bulls (Ptah/Osiris, Shiva/Nandi, Rishabha, Vishnu/Prithu/Govinda, Gautama [The Best Ox]/ Buddha, Marduk, Tammuz, El/Elohim/Baal/Yahweh) but those "Bulls" actually mean something far more powerful than any equations that scientists have ever come across. There is no way you can show that the equations are better than myths in expressing the concepts that does not have a physical representation. Both the "Bulls" or Bull slaying has some important meanings. Just because Theseus (Minotaur), Mithras (Tauroctony), or Gilgamesh (Gugalanna) killed the Bull or Moses broke the Golden Calf idol does not automatically mean that the Bull is the Demon. Actually, it means something far deeper. If you train your mind, you will see what those almost ritualistic bull slaying really means.
Finally, let's consider the case of Numbers, the "Sacred Cow" of science and mathematics. Originally, the numbers were introduced as a symbol of certain abstract concepts and their relation to one another. You will see soon that the whole business of numbers are cram filled with mythical relationships between other numbers. For example, every number theorist will appreciate that the number one is the beginning of all numbers and 1 is inside all other numbers. 1 is like the abstract concept of a point in geometry. Dimensionless, non-space consuming, indivisible entity. But, how 1 comes into the existence out of nothing is not explained at all! You have to blindly and obediently accept the creation myth of 1. If you accept this myth, there comes another paradox out of that mythology of 1. If 1 is really dimensionless, non-space consuming, indivisible entity as described, then how can you accept anything less than 1, like 1/2 or 1/4 or 0. But they have made you swallow that unreasonable myth that you never argued against. The next case about number 2 also needs another supernatural/preternatural mythological explanation. How the number 2 came out of 1 as a next number? Nobody explained that miracle to me in my schools or universities. Because they cannot explain how 2 popped out, they proposed that when 1 and another 1 get united it becomes 2. Now where does the other 1 found another identical 1 for the purpose of becoming 2? Did it come from the heaven? How mythic is that?! Now you can appreciate that when you do any math you already swallowed some gigantic creation myth (even worse than Sumerian or Biblical creation myth) but you are going to deny it because you already bought into the myths that created the science. If the First spirit principle is the Purusha of Hinduism, Buddha of Buddhism, Ptah of Egyptian religion, Phanes of the Greek/Orphic tradition, Adam Kadmon of the Jewish Kabbalah, Elohim of Mormonism, and Adam of Abrahamic Monotheism, then in the similar way, the Spirit child of the Religion of Scientism is the Number. If you believe in Purusha etc, you will be considered as just a superstitious dumb, but if you accept the Numbers, you are just smart! How ironic it is! Please, do not give your bull of mathematical equations to people as being superior than the myths of the real "Bull". However, I am not saying that number, mathematics and science in general are not powerful and useful, but I am saying they are not infallible and not particularly superior in expressing "the ineffable" that the words, symbols and myths. Consequently, instead, one should try to find what is the secret mystery hidden behind in the deepest recess of those words and mythic stories, expressed in symbols, mandala and mathematical numbers.
Mind Without a Body is Dangerously Delusional

Without a body, a mind, (if it is a mind at all) and hypothetically if such “body independent mind” exist, by our realm's definition, is blind, directionless, “smoky” and very prone to be delusional. These hypothetical “minds” include but not limited to, which a man can imagine are the following: mind of the 1) the dreams, 2) deeply unconscious, 3) “out of the body experience” induced by meditations, psychoactive drugs, brain pathologies (epilepsy, strokes etc.) or extreme stress, such as near death experiences 4) collective unconscious, or the repressed mind (of Freud), 5) third eye ( of new age), 6) the “heart’s mind” 7) spirit’s mind as envisioned by occultist/alchemist 8) divine mind or soul’s mind of religions, 9) kundalini or tantric mind (of Shiva), 10) mind of Ein Sof. To illustrate the concept you can imagine the following: How many times you had a dream (out of all the dreams that ever had) of which you are completely satisfied with its nature, content, as well as its interpretation and you had a full dose of certainty or “highs” that you can get by doing the same thing in real life? Dreams are vague, inconsistent, self-contradictory, and distorted in terms of natural laws. You cannot have a concrete interpretations out of your dreams to confirm or disconfirm anything. You have only smoky, vague ideas while you are dreaming, but once you are awake, only then you can have a better and concrete ideas about those dreams and their meanings, if there are any. You often need a “professional” dream (pseudo)interpreter to give you a concocted interpretation, which are often a sort of fairy tales that typically incorporates repressed sexuality or fear theories as prescribed by their masters. The bottom line is the fact that your dreams are still tied to your brain, which is still a material, although not fully functional. Now imagine, what will your dream look like, if it is not tied to with any material objects at all, whatsoever. It will be so meaningless (if not horrible) and chaotic that we cannot even imagine it (fortunately). The function of the body and the brain is to eliminate all those delusions and vague dreamlike imageries, except the one, which is a consistent, reliable, reproducible and accurate i.e. a true representation of the reality while you are awake. Your body and brain is a device to pave the way for making the reason to emerge to eradicate the delusions. Only that reason has any hope to offer you any certainty or knowledge and hence peace (or in religious terms, salvation).
Although the source of our knowledge classically categorized as “The Four Ways”, it does not mean that there is only 4 ways of knowledge. But for the purpose of this essay, I will stick with the classicist and that will suffice for now. 1). Sensory perceptions (empiricist), 2). Reason or intellect (rationalist), 3). Intuitive understanding (Idealist) and 4) Revelations (Prophets). Although the original masters never saw any reason to separate the ways you can have a knowledge, but now the existence of those distinct groups only suggests that they failed to see that all four are interconnected and different gradations, originated from the same source, stating from most concrete (the sensory perception) to most abstract (revelation). The first reaction to this statement is the utter denial from the rationalist (because they do not have the equipments to see the connection between reason and sensory perceptions), from the empiricist (who cannot see the connection between observation or sensory perception and intuition), from the idealist (who cannot see the interdependence of matter and the ideas) and from a theologian (who cannot see the connection between reason, or sensory perception with revelation). Finally, the existentialist or absurdities will deny everything altogether, without giving any clues. But just like a heroin addicted person is in denial that they have an addiction problem, which is obvious to those who are not addicted, I understand the cause of such denial ( i.e. not using the tools correctly that they already have) and will proceed anyway.
Material objects are a recorder or depository of information. Similarly, your body is a recorder of information that actually happens within it and outside it, not just possible information in “phase-space” field. Body contains what is true out of all delusional ideas that can exist in bodiless mind (see the list above). Body is the witness of Truth. Without the body, mind has a tendency to be delusional, just like the water tends to be shapeless without a grail. Body gives the mind a shape (platonic forms or ideals). And the body and the information it contains are reliable, reproducible, and accurate, but extracting the information is not necessarily easy. The birth of reason (the ability to see the truth out all many scenarios given) is tied to body. Without a body, no reason exists in this world. Without the reason, there is no way to be sure of anything. Without certainty, there is no peace and no happiness in anybody’s mind. How can you see that the reason that you already see existent is tied to your body? This is subtle and often difficult to see unless you have developed a keen perception. How can you see the way by which reason emerges from the body? When you start to observe yourself while you are doing something such as trials and errors. What you call a “cultivated reason” is actually a derivative of your own observation of the outcomes of trials and errors, but those trials and errors are not a formal experiments or experiences hence would have been easily gone unnoticed and forgotten, unless you are not really observant. Your observation power grows when you did something, but that did not work as you wanted to be and now thinking what exactly went wrong. You try it next time more sincerely and more carefully and this time, your are more observant of yourself and started to notice the relations between your actions and your reasoning power. This way, throughout the history, it has been suggested that only a virtuous life can make you happy because with all those actions, your are learning the fact that your body's action is the source of your reason and that opens the door to the next level that has far bigger and grand consequence than you had ever imagined. If you continue your journey and learn from your body, you will see that your body is the source of ALL KNOWLEDGE including revelation, although it comes much later, if ever, and unfortunately, most people, including the "elites", cannot even see the necessary and sufficient connection between sensory perception and reason (hume, Kant etc). Once you started to see those connections learnt from your VIRTUOUS acts, you start to appreciate why your body is your only assets and why you have decided to give up all of your powers for the sake to have a body in order to avoid the inherent tendency of bodiless mind's confused delusions and/or uncertainty and to enjoy the certainty offered by carnality.
