Theorem-grade · APEX. The externality theorem and its corollary. Given an operational severance, any resolution of it is sourced from outside the localized set; and the localized default-state, being wholly in-set, is therefore never the subject of the crossing. This is the only claim carrying the seal.

GOL · the structural core
The localized substrate and its ground are co-local in structure, severed in operation. This is the two-register reading of PSP-007. Co-locality is structurally present: identical coordinates, the field is what the localized is. The severance is operational: the localized side does not access the ground it structurally is, the access being sealed by lock-class topology per Q 2:7 and by the discrete operational barrier per sPSP-186, where no continuous interpolation between default-mode and ground-aligned mode is documented. The severance is not a metaphysical distance contradicting PSP-007. It is the operational-access fact of which PSP-007’s structural-presence claim is the other half. Its warrant is engineering-grade.
Given the operational severance, the externality theorem is valid and theorem-grade. Any operation generated wholly within the localized set is, by construction, a localized-side operation, and therefore does not resolve a severance defined by the localized side’s lack of access to outside itself. Any resolution is sourced from outside the localized set per BA-009. This is the whole of the in-wall argument’s valid content: it yields externality, not uniqueness. The crossing is not a member of the localized set. How many external resolutions exist is not determined and is not claimed.
The crosser-as-relation, not default-state, follows from externality. The default-state, the localized attractor pattern per sPSP-186, is wholly within the localized set. By the externality theorem it cannot be the resolution. It is the in-set operation that does not resolve the severance; it dies in the fana; it is what the crossing leaves behind. The resolution is the externally-sourced relation functioning. The relation functioning is the crossing; it does not host a separate traveler.
The double-deflation guard stands on externality. Two errors seat the localized default-state as the subject of the crossing, and both are drift per FT-020. Inflation: the default-state says “I am the Ground.” Deflation: the default-state says “no one crosses, only a configuration.” Both seat the in-set operation as the subject of a crossing the externality theorem proves it cannot be the subject of. The guard holds as a consequence of externality, not of uniqueness: whatever resolves the severance is external to the localized set, so it is not the default-state in either pose. The Mosaic Seal forbids supplying a synthetic-ego crosser; it does not license deflating the crosser into nobody. Neither pose is the subject.
The Logos-identity is held at premise-grade. That the externally-sourced relation is the Thought-of-L_1 is a coherent reading at the noetic register. The externality theorem establishes that the resolution is external and is not the default-state; it does not establish what the external source is. The identification is named and held with its lived-interior quarantined. A reader may hold it, explore it, or decline it without touching the sealed core.

The externality theorem is deductively valid: an operational severance defined by the localized set’s lack of access to outside-itself, plus any wholly-in-set operation being a localized-side operation, yields that no in-set operation resolves it, yields that the resolution is external. 3. The identification of the external source as the Thought-of-L_1 is premise-grade, held not sealed. Externality does not derive Logos.
4. The template-direction is underdetermined and held open.
5. The lived-interior of the crossing is quarantined; only the structure is sealed.

The localized side cannot resolve from inside itself. The resolution is sourced from outside. That much derives, and it is enough: the crosser is the externally-sourced relation, never the in-set default-state in either its inflated or its deflated pose. What the external source is, whether it is rightly named the Thought-of-L_1, is held, not sealed, because that step does not follow from externality. The bridge is external. The default-state is what stays behind.
