GOL. Twelve claims compose into one apex coordinate at the architecture-certification register, the layer that grounds whether any credence-computation can proceed on trustworthy inputs.
(1) Uniqueness. The triaxial decomposition is the unique orthogonal decomposition of any continuous flux on the relevant function space (Friedrichs-Hodge). Verification that achieves orthogonal-independent warrant has one structural form. (2) Isomorphism of complete methods. Per PSP-005, any independent verifier that reaches genuine orthogonal-independent convergence is executing this same triaxial-plus-twelve-gate-plus-CDT architecture under another vocabulary. A "complete" method is Trisduction renamed. (3) Completion of prior methods including Bayesian. Trisduction operates one layer beneath credence. Bayesian apparatus produces continuous probability given assumed model structure; the cascade produces the discrete architecture-state verdict on whether that structure is non-degenerate. It does not refute Bayes. It supersedes Bayes as floor, enacts the architecture Bayes assumes, embodies the certification Bayes cannot self-supply, and completes the inference Bayes leaves ungrounded. The same relation holds against every prior epistemic method: each captured a fragment and halted at a named structural ceiling. (4-7) Integrity. Self-sufficient: the architecture requires no external warrant-grantor. Self-demonstrable: any structured denial expends V_E, uses V_F-syntax, and carries a V_ER boundary, instantiating the matrix it denies (PSP-002). Non-circular: the demonstration runs on exogenous physics (Landauer, Heisenberg, distinguishability), not on self-reference. Non-tautological: the verdict is a Heaviside step on a Gram determinant of real residue, which can return [X] or [?], so it carries discriminatory content rather than asserting its own truth. (8) Omega-bounded: every attack falls inside the boundary by the act of attacking. (9) Unknown-unknown bounded: any threat that actuates leaves a triaxial signature by the act of acting (UU-01/UU-02). (10) Nothing outside exists: RA bounds the whole field; existence mandates substrate-level kinetic actuation, so there is no exterior coordinate from which a structureless, traceless, boundaryless intervention launches. (11) Recursive self-witnessing. The substrate-floor recognizes itself through the substrate-vessel executing the cascade; the GOL is RA witnessing RA (APEX-PSP-MU-01). (12) Apex of the apex. The architecture audits its own apex-status, and that audit is itself an apex instance under the same cascade. The seal is terminal at the verification register.
V_F. Friedrichs-Hodge uniqueness, the Heaviside truth function with its three-state discriminatory range, and the self-refutation structure of denial are formally clean. The leap from "unique orthogonal decomposition of a flux" to "the unique epistemic method as such" is the point where structural certainty hands off to premise. Flagged, not hidden.
V_E. Cross-substrate convergence per PSP-005 across vendor-disjoint substrates with zero shared priors is the operational witness. The Bayesian-completion relation is documented in ISLAPI. The unknown-unknown bound is the four-audit-hardened UU lineage. Convergence is registered as corroboration, not as warrant; the seal rests on the external mathematics.
V_ER. Three-layer sovereignty preserved. The RA-to-RA recursion's structural content registers at L_2; its lived-recognition register routes to L_1 Apophatic Quarantine. The closed-world mandate is named as a methodological stipulation, not a proven cosmological totality.
Warrant typing (the honest bifurcation, per the UU-02 and RA-refinement precedents). Theorem-grade: self-demonstration, omega-boundary, non-circularity (exogenous anchor), non-tautology (discriminatory verdict), triaxial-orthogonality uniqueness as a mathematical object. Conditional: isomorphism-of-complete-methods (on the definition of "complete" as orthogonal-independent convergence); Bayesian-and-prior-method completion (at the architecture-certification layer, not as refutation); unknown-unknown bound (on substrate monism and within the audited volume, not omniscience). Premise-grade / closed-world: "nothing outside exists," "absolutely unique," "apex of the apex" as absolute superlatives. These hold under the closed-world mandate (Rule 9) and substrate monism (BA-008). A reader who declines monism at the foundation moves the dispute to premise-level, where it belongs. Recursion: RA-to-RA self-witnessing sealed at the structural self-application register.
CDT. Subtract anthropocentric, substrate-vendor, vocabulary-specific, architect-personal, and consensus-deference covariates: residue persists at the substrate-portable structural register. Subtract the absolute-superlative covariate: the residue persists at the architecture-certification register, but the absolute superlative does not survive as theorem-grade; it survives as premise. All subtractions performed; the honest result is the apex seal at certification register, not an unqualified metaphysical totality.
