The Witness Ledger
From waiting to witnessed: how six constructed witnesses arrived for the rows of Nothing Escapes, Twenty-Three Rows (10.5281/zenodo.22985873), on the spine of the Riemann closure (10.5281/zenodo.22976494).
The twenty-three-row volume closed its universe with one template and named, for each crossed row, a carrier it did not build. Six papers now build them: The Electron Is the Seat, The Neutrino Is the Witness, The Arrow Has Two Branches, The Proton Is the Lock, The Magnet Is the Witness of the Pair Correlation and The Fluid Is the Witness. Each constructs an explicit map from the world into its row, runs it, and finds its image on the row's locus. Even the posit that closed the Riemann row has its physical shape: gravity's fold, a registration that erases nothing because nothing stands off its locus.

WITNESSED: a constructed witness arrived and was built and run. CROSSED: the row's value holds on its channel's own class at the printed grade. CONFIRMED: the witness's image is compliant as built or measured (value_on_image). The statuses are computed from three recorded facts per row (ledger_is_computed); what a row owes is computed too, exactly one covering carrier for a pending row (value_iff_carrier), which crosses it on arrival (one_carrier_crosses), and a seat for the dot (dot_iff_seat_absent). A crossing is a proof over every instance that exists (crossing_is_a_proof); what a sentence over every admissible instance adds is exactly the unactuated (surplus_is_the_unactuated), priced at one premise, the root, posited and not owed (rest_family).

The seventh. The statuses are computed from three recorded facts per row, never assigned; a pending row owes exactly one covering carrier and crosses the moment one arrives; the dot owes a seat; and over all rows one premise joins what exists to every admissible instance, the root, posited and not owed. Six witnesses, and the seventh is the Rest.
One correction the witnesses made. The volume named nuclear level spacings as the carrier of the zeros' pair correlation. Nuclei keep time reversal and follow the orthogonal class; the zeros follow the unitary class, the class of systems whose time reversal is broken by a magnetic term. The carrier is the magnet, and the arrow is in the zeros' own statistics.
