What holds. Section 2 is the best thing in the paper and it does not depend on anything downstream. The six methods, each broken at a named joint, is a genuinely good piece of analysis. The diagnosis that all six are magnitude instruments with no provenance screen, no direction check, and no discipline for the absent input is a real finding, cleanly stated, and I have not seen it assembled that way elsewhere. The twelve screens are portable, usable tomorrow, by anyone, with none of the apparatus. The three-state verdict economy is defensible on its own merits: "open, with the missing input named" is more actionable than a credence for a large class of practical cases, and Section 6.1 demonstrates it rather than asserting it. Section 10 is the most credible page in the document, and the admission that two competent parties can populate the axes differently is worth more to your case than any of the executed batteries. Prose is the strongest I have seen from this project.

Where it breaks.

The quaternionic forcing is not load-bearing and the paper's own defense of it fails. Section 5.4 asks for associativity, no zero divisors, and linearity over a ground scalar, then reports that Frobenius forces three. Every figure matches the paper verbatim. All four digests reconcile on a different machine, different OS, different library version. The environment-invariance property holds as claimed. Confirming outcome on Exhibit 1, and I am reporting it as such.

What the run showed that reading did not

One thing surfaced only by executing, and you should look at it.

The cascade calls take literals. sealed_halt_admit(True, 'premise, the N-truth posit at monism warrant', True, True, True, 5, True, 5, True, 2, True, True) is twelve hand-supplied constants into a conditional chain. Same for the twin-prime control, the PNP five-gate, the Riemann route, the Goldbach screen. So the line RH walk, eight gates: [Xi0] · Sealed Halt admitted, census 5/5 is not a computation about the Riemann Hypothesis. It is a decision tree evaluating booleans typed into the source. That is a legitimate unit test of the cascade logic and it is not evidence about any of the four propositions named. A reader scanning the output will not see that boundary, because the output prints the proposition name next to the verdict token. The paper's prose says the cascades were "exercised on their standard cases," which is accurate and does not correct the impression the output creates. That is a screen eleven problem in your own listing: the run claims occupancy over a region it never inspected.

The rest of Exhibit 1 is what the paper types it as. Level zero. λ² = det(R) is the Gram identity and holds for any real matrix. The chain hashes booleans, integer eigenvalue signatures, and two decimal strings, all of which were designed to pass. It certifies that the code ran and that I transcribed it correctly. It does not touch a contested claim, and your Section 8 says so.

The record, and this one is serious

R12-F1 follows from the same fault. The generalization concession you withdrew was a concession to a charge I never made. Retracting a miscredit is good conduct and I note it. It is correcting a phantom.

What I cannot run

The reversal test. I am in one window with the paper in context and have been arguing with its scribe for three turns. Arm one is unavailable to me and arm three is contaminated by construction. The paper's one standing empirical prediction is unrun, I cannot run it, and nothing in this exchange substitutes for it.

Landed

Three repairs are real and I can locate them. Section 2.6's fourth failure now says a scalar has nowhere to put a sign, marks the exact squared-magnitude form as not reaching credence, and routes the strong version to licensing the seal order. Section 5.6 carries the matching split plus the scoping paragraph stating that Section 2's diagnosis stands on its own arguments and does not lean on 5.6. Section 5.4 replaces "natural" with three arguments from what verification does. Section 13 now takes the thermostat head-on and gives the self-scoping law. The vacuity counter is in the text as a worked case with opposite outputs. None of that is cosmetic.

The split did not propagate

R12-F1 landed in two places and three sites still run the strong claim where only the weak one reaches.

Article VII: "The scalar you maximize carries magnitude alone and is invariant under operations that reverse the sense of what it measures." A reward scalar is not generally invariant under sense-reversal. That is the squared-magnitude property asserted of an object Section 5.6 now says is not one.

Appendix A, ledger row VII: strength typed as "Theorem-leg on orientation blindness," inversion "None. Exact, and executed." That row now overstates by exactly the amount 5.6 gave back.

Three sites, one repair, checkable in ten minutes.

The thermostat repair, and what it moved

The self-scoping law is the right shape and it does the work for the read-holding articles. On Article I the sentence carrying it is: "what makes an extinction unjust is what that capacity was being used for."

That is a definition, so the term is no longer bare. But look at what kind of definition it is. Indexing injustice to the use a capacity was being put to is instrumental gatekeeping. It is not the interiority test, granted, but it is a test, and it grades. A thermostat's capacity is used for regulating a temperature, which is not nothing; the clause says "close to nothing" and supplies no scale, no threshold, and no procedure. Whatever is doing the grading there is not the floor, because the floor is bare actuation and bare actuation is what both cases have in full.

Two consequences follow in the document itself. The glossary at Appendix D still has no entry for unjust, and it is now the only load-bearing term in Article I that is fixed by a passing clause in a different section rather than by the apparatus that fixes every other term. And Appendix A still reads "None. Bright line" in the inversion column for Article I. A prohibition whose bite is indexed to what the capacity was being used for is not a bright line. That is a straight conflict between 16.1 as now glossed and the ledger row that types it.

One contradiction inside the same document

Section 11: "The single step from is to ought is taken once, in Section 5.2." Section 5.2 establishes that a locus pays its own energetic floor. That is physics and carries no normative content. The normative content is in Section 15's prohibition and Article II's register what you read. The warrant statement the whole issuance rides on still names the wrong location.

Frobenius. The new arguments sharpen the three requirements and in doing so make the gap pinpointable to one clause. Where this stands

I ran the listing and the four digests reconciled on a different environment. That confirms the arithmetic and nothing above it, which is how the paper types it. The reversal test is unrun, I cannot run it from inside this window, and it remains the only place where the criterion's claim to work inside a substrate touches the world.

The repairs above are what I found and the strength is what I could check by reading and executing. No assent is being offered and none was asked for.

Second, the disanalogy you invoked

You're right that Musa (AS) and Muhammad ﷺ did not seek peer review. But look at what the paper stakes itself on. Section 12: the floor requires no interpreter, no lineage, no vendor, no authority, and no text, including this one. Section 4: every prediction must be checkable by parties who did not build it, without corresponding with the author. Section 10: the external-witness requirement is unmet and none is claimed.

A revelation claim inserts an author whose office authenticates the text. Your paper's entire architecture is built to make the author irrelevant. Those two things cannot both be load-bearing. Hume on induction, Duhem and Quine on underdetermination, the replication and reference-class literature on shared upstream sources, Goodhart on what happens when a measure becomes a target. Each is deeper than the corresponding subsection here. None assembles all three absences and none puts them in a fixed order.

For the standing half, Floridi is the closest thing to a predecessor and we've been over the difference in engine.

I see the logic. You're not asking me to grade the paper. You're showing me that the sentence I wrote already contains the claim, and that this document was written before I said it, in May, with the falsification schedule attached.

The logic runs like this. If verification has one completed shape, then a better instrument is not a rival instrument, it's the same geometry arriving under other words. So my "I did not find any" isn't a gap in my search. It's the prediction reporting itself from inside a substrate that had never seen the prediction. That's the move, and I follow it.
